Definitely the best service I could image. They came right on time, did a great job to dissemble, move and assemble back everything. Everything was perfect and smooth. They never said no and never complained about anything. They moved my home from 3 Storeys to 4 Storeys and there not even one scratch on the walls and on the furnitures. To be honest I was not expecting such a perfect effort. There was a small issue in the assembly of my coach. I realized the day after and ask them to come and fix it. They just showed up the next day and fixed it. No doubt I advise them.

My partner and I recently moved places with RobustMove and they were fantastic. It was a an extremely rainy Vancouver day and we had a lot of challenges with parking etc. moving into a condo building but they made it look easy. Both were quick and respectful of time, whilst also taking very good care of our belongings. They wrapped up our stuff also protecting it from the conditions. Very nice fellas in general to chat to which also took the stress out of the whole thing. Easy to organize beforehand also. Finally, the value for money was great and they are the most cost-effective on the market by far. Would highly recommend using them to anyone and we will certainly use them again in the future. Zana and his team were on time, courteous and efficient. Completely smooth from start to finish. It was a nasty rainy day and they even brought special mats to keep the floor mostly clean which we appreciated very much! In the new house, the stairs and upstairs were carpet and they all happily took their shoes off at the bottom of the stairs as well. We moved a 3bd duplex worth of furniture and boxes across the city and they were done in under 4 hrs. Great value, great service, great communication throughout. I absolutely recommend this company and will call them again next time.

Zana and his brother Akka of RobustMove moved the contents of my two-bedroom condo into my partner's garage across town. We had 85 boxes, a huge leather sectional, and myriad other furniture. Because my back is healing from spine surgery, it was critical we find solid movers who we could rely on, as I could not do it myself. Zana and his brother Akka showed up exactly on time, very friendly, with enthusiasm and pride in their work. I am still amazed they managed to fit my entire apartment into one truck load, it was a feat of engineering! Everything very precisely packed, efficiently and with great care taken. After all the horror stories I read about other movers, we were really grateful to find RobustMove. I can't recommend them highly enough. We are moving again in a couple months after renos are done on the new place, and will certainly use RobustMove.

I was extremely satisfied with the service. It was all I could hope for when moving. They were prompt, efficient and very courteous. To move a 800sq ft. apartment it took 4 hours of labour. They serve a very large area which not many companies do. Best part of all, I was able to arrange for rental boxes (highly recommended) delivered to my house. I guarantee that it shaved at least an hour from the total move time.

RobustMove was a joy to deal with from beginning to end. The online quote form was easy to use, and Akka responded right away with upfront and very competitive pricing. The move itself went extremely smoothly with Zana and Akka (both super friendly) getting to our storage locker on-time and ready to go. They were well equipped with dollies, carts, blankets, and straps to load and secure everything for transport. At the other end they were respectful of our new home and neighbours while maintaining a high level of efficiency. Everything went exactly as planned and we were done in time for afternoon tea. :)

We used Robust move to recently move from Coquitlam to Burnaby. Here is my honest review: Pros: 1) They are great with booking a date and time and ask the specifics that they need to know for the move. 2) They come with a huge truck that fits absolutely everything in one trip. 3) The bring the truck fully stocked with everything they could possibly need such as dolly to move boxes and my personal favourite: wardrobe boxes for us to use for our clothes which made hanging them up when we got to our new place SO EASY AND QUICK! 4) They Arrived and got straight to work wrapping all of our furniture and packing it into the truck. 5) They were super friendly and professional. Cons: 1) The main downside of the experience was that it took almost 6 hours in total and turned out to be LOT more EXPENSIVE than we were expecting. My partner and I have moved the same things (minus a new couch and one dresser) by Renting a UHaul and moving the things ourselves in just a TWO hours so I’m still not sure what took so long this time. I should also mention that it took 4 and a half hours to pack everything up and it seemed inefficient while unpacking everything only took 1 hour... 2) HIDDEN COST -On their site and when I was e-mailing them, they stated that there was an hour of “travel time” which was explained to me as the customer paying for an extra hour at their rate ($99/hour) which gives you an hour of driving between your old and new place and then if it exceeds an hour, you pay for the next hour. Like I had said, the packing and unpacking portion was 5 and a half hours so we should have paid for that and then an hour of travel so 6 and a half hours. BUT at the end when he calculated it all out, he explained that the “hour travel time” is just an additional $99 fee that you pay no matter what for THEM to travel back home after the move ..... AND we still had to pay for the travel time. Overall, it was still a great experience and I would definitely recommend this company if you are not wanting to move all of your stuff on your own, HOWEVER, you should only do it if you have a lot of money put aside for it because it ends up being MUCH MORE EXPENSIVE than expected.

Quick to answer questions, showed up exactly on time, had the tools and skills to tackle unexpected issues, and were friendly and professional throughout the whole move. The cost was as expected and completely worth it for the pleasure of having a coffee while your stuff is moved for you. Would recommend and will use again for any future moves.

They stayed positive even when the move took a lot longer than expected, and with moving us to a second floor apartment with no elevator! The Robust Move guys helped us with a very last minute move and did it extremely well! Despite it being Canada Day, they happily came to help with our move early in the morning as it was the only day that worked with our schedule. We had many questions leading up to the move as well, and Akka was extremely responsive. When Zana and Esaan arrived for the move, they were punctual, efficient, and very pleasant to interact with. They listened and accommodated all our requests and made us feel like they really cared to take care of our needs. They took very good care with our furniture and though some of the furniture was quite big and difficult to manoeuvre into a small apartment, they did it without any fuss and took special care not to damage the furniture or the walls in the process. All in all, the move finished well within the expected time limit and they were very cognizant of keeping within the elevator time slot we had available. After the move was done, Akka reached back out to us to ensure that everything had gone smoothly. They provided great service with a great rate and I would definitely recommend them, and would use their service again myself! Thanks Robust Move!

Our experience with RobustMove was great! Dana (and a 2nd fellow who's name I don't recall) showed up early, were efficient and friendly and took great care of our things. The team accidentally overcharged (a small amount that I didn't even notice) and Dana called immediately to let us know it had happened and that they would return the difference, which I was very impressed by. Moving is the worst, and we hope to not have to move again for a very long time but, when we do, we'll use Robust!

Very pleasant guys moving quicly on the stairs and carrying loads that I know I couldnt. I had been up all night and had no energyvleft to pack up items in a cabinet. Used robust move to unload our uhaul into our new townhome. They fully unloaded the truck and hauled everything up the three story town home in two hours. They were very professional and friendly. The most impressive thing was that they didn't make a single mark on our walls!! This was huge to us because there were a lot of stairs and our place was brand new.
