I recently moved for the first time in 16 years and I am absolutely delighted with the service I received from Signature Moving and highly recommend them to anyone considering a move. I initially called a prominent moving company and they quoted me an astronomical rate, immediately pressured me to book an appointment and inundated me with marketing emails. That turned me right off. When I contacted Signature Moving on the other hand, I received a call from the owner Andrei who politely explained his services and asked me questions concerning the logistics of the move.He quoted me a very reasonable rate but did not in anyway pressure me to confirm. He also did not spam me with unnecessary emails. On moving day he was joined by his movers Maurice and Mark and together they moved my entire apartment from one location to the other in about two hours. The entire team was incredibly friendly, helpful and efficient in their job. Most importantly, all of my items which include hundreds of pieces of delicate fine bone china arrived undamaged. At the end of the day the final bill was actually less than the initial quote. It was a pleasure doing business with these guys.

These guys are the bee's knees when it comes to moving. They took a lot of care with disassembling, packaging, moving, and loading and unloading. I was particularly satisfied with how the crew would ask for directions and questions when they weren't sure, and they would advise us on how things are being conducted. It was looking like a rainy day in the morning but when these guys showed up the sky cleared up and everything was right as rain (metaphorically). We'll happily be repeat customers for sure.

Couldn't recommend these guys enough. Right from out outset with scheduling. Moving was all inclusive, whereas others will charge add-ons like insurance and longer driving time. Very professional and really cared for the furniture and belongings, wrapping almost everything. No damage whatsoever, even moving up tight stairways. And, these guys hustled. Worked hard, fast and with utmost care. Hiring movers can be stressful as they can sound great then are a bit sketchy when they show up. Not here. Thank you Andrei, Mark and Chris for a great move..

They stormed in and wrapped all my furnitures in either blankets or plastic wrap, and moved into truck very quickly. And I got all the help I need to fit my belongings into my new apartment. As the world is in the middle of a global health pandemic, if you are in the service industry and a customer asks you to wear a mask while moving services are undertaken in their home, the proper response is "I'll go and get one" NOT "We don't wear masks"; this was uttered whilst the other mover stood right beside him wearing a mask, and Andrei, the owner, did not. We were not impressed by this self-righteous attitude, as anyone I have encountered in the service industry since this pandemic started is wearing a mask. Particularly since they were in MY home! I would not recommend Signature Moving due to this. Also, professional movers number all the boxes and do an inventory; they did not. They also damaged a couple of items.

They were a friendly and polite group of movers, and were so well prepared for the job. For example, all of our fragile and awkwardly shaped items (like, televisions, dressers, and even barbeques) were wrapped/taped with blankets, individually covered in plastic, and removed of propane. Their truck was large and could hold an entire living room suite, two queen beds plus bed frames, and also a dining room table (which seats 6). They were prompt being on time and worked very quickly. Would absolutely work with them again; cheers to this team for doing a great job!

I have never hired movers before but I was short on time and needed the extra help. I honestly did not know what to expect but was hoping for the best. Andrei and Mark exceeded expectations. First, the booking process was quick and easy. Andrei was patient with me while I tried to figure out strata times to move. On the day of the move, they arrived early, ready to go. Again, they were patient as strata failed to lock the elevator for us and for one hour we had to wait for an available elevator to complete loads. Andrei and Mark worked quickly and came prepared. They covered the flooring in both places to not dirty up the carpet ect.. I was honestly blown away by how well organized they are and easy to deal with. They are professional but also personable. Settling the bill was quick and easy and came in under what was initially quoted. We did try to help them as much as we can ourselves which reduced the overall moving time. Everything was delivered, nothing was broken and their help made my moving day that much easier. I would definitely hire them for my next move and am recommending them to anyone looking for movers. Again, I cannot thank them enough for their help and the way they conducted themselves through a few unforseen obstacles on the day. Thanks again Andrei and Mark!!!

My husband and I had a logistically tricky job of picking up furniture and some boxes in two different locations in Vancouver to be delivered to Burnaby with the constraint that in the delivery location the use of the elevator for moving in had a fixed time slot. Based on the locations and rough description of what was being moved we received an estimate and there were no ‘hidden fees’ or unpleasant surprises of that sort – all good. The team showed up on time with adequate padding and everything they needed and was unbelievably efficient at getting things in and out. Nothing was damaged or scratched. The job was done very professionally and the coordination was impressive. Communication was smooth both in arranging the whole thing and with the team working. The guys were friendly and polite, very easy to interact with. When it came to moving, dealing with the furniture was the part that caused particularly high level of stress for me because of so many unknowns. Signature Moving made it a breeze, I am not exaggerating, and I cannot say enough of good things about them. We did not really `shop around` for the prices as we were under the pressure of arranging too many things to be done within a very short time-frame. For the money they charged we received an excellent service that exceeded our expectations. Needless to say, if you value service and quality, I recommend without reservations.

Signature Moving helped us make our recent move. We contacted them after researching online and reached out to them over phone. Andrei was very prompt in replying back, giving estimates for the move and explained the entire process. On the moving day, Andrei and his crew arrived on time with his truck. They were very professional and moved everything very efficiently and with care. We gave them specific instructions for a few packages which were fragile, and they took extra care for them. They provided mattress bags for the mattresses (with some extra cost), and wrapped the sofas etc in moving blankets to keep from being damaged. They also helped us arrange everything after unloading. The whole move was done very fast and the was completed in lesser time than estimated. The bill as well was below the initial quoted price. We are super happy with the service provided by Signature Moving. We were stressed out before the move, but Andrei and his team made it very easy for us and put us to ease. I never written a review but felt compelled to write this one. I have moved many times over the years always with biggest moving companies. I have never had a good experiences with other companies - always so many problems. I called Signature Moving to see if they could move me on a weekend with short notice. They were able to juggle their schedule and were able to help me out. Turned out to be the BEST MOVING EXPERIENCE EVER! I was downsizing and had furniture stored in several different locations. So this move was actually consisted of 3 different days of moving. Each 10 out of 10. Andrei and one of his staff Mark could not be more professional, hard working and kind. Patient too since I changed my mind several times as to where I wanted my items so had to move several items twice up and down stairs. No complaining or problem for them at all. Andrei and his crew were always on time, polite, clean, respectful, quick and extremely careful with my things. They are also very fair in terms of price. They are an absolute pleasure to work with. I am extremely picky and I would never ever use anyone else. They truly are the best movers in the city!

Truck arrived exactly on time, they asked me the proper questions and guided me, where needed, on further disassembling items for safety. Used this company for a local move. The move was scheduled for 9:00 am on a Sunday morning. At 8:50 the full crew was sitting outside ready to go. Having done many moves over the years this company was truly outstanding. The crew were extremely professional, respectful and hard working. They wrapped furniture and took every precaution to ensure nothing was damaged. They went above and beyond even fixing a piece of furniture a different company broke on the move in. The actual cost of the move turned out to be less than the estimate as they did the job faster than expected. I have never had that happen on a move before - Highly recommended

We would highly recommend Signature Moving! I liked how they were upfront with all their pricing, just call them for an estimate. They were accurate with their estimate of time and even finished early. Having the furniture prepared as they had recommended I'm sure helped (ex. removing the legs from the dining table, removing shelves etc.). Andrei and Marcus were very professional, we didn't have to lift a finger during the move. They wrapped the furniture, and were very efficient with the move. We wanted to switch the washers in the two places and this was not an issue at all. Very happy with their work and would hire them again!

Having dealt with movers quite a number of times, I must say, Signature Moving is the definition of Relocation Specialists par Excellence. Professionalism, Pleasing Personalities, Patience, Pro-Activeness and People-Empathy all wrapped into a team of highly skilled and very knowledgeable experts. The last item, People-Empathy, is that unique quality of caring for the items they're moving as if those are their own. They know how much it matters for their client to see those items in one piece upon reaching their destination. For example, I have a glass-top workstation which has been with me for 10 years, now. Even as it was already wrapped with bubble film in several layers, Signature Moving still reinforced it with a soft, heavy-duty sheet that ensured safe-handling of my fragile favourite. What I can say is that, they're not just there for the job ... they're men who love what they do and they do it with integrity.

We picked this company because of their review - it was the explosion of five stars (quite rare event) and we didn't regret. Andrei and Mark were so highly professional and efficient that our moving looked like a magic! One moment a pile of furniture and boxes is in one place and a couple of hours later everything is already in our new home. We didn't touch a thing. They care not only about our belongings, but also about our house: all carpeted stair were covered with a special liners! They also took pains to do a swap of the fridges located at two different places. This team works with ease and a happy attitude which makes the whole situation very light and cheerful although they to deal with heavy and bulky items and anxious owners.
