One of their drivers drove down our street and knocked out a power cable from the lines. Saw it, drove away, didn't care about it for a second. Called the company and they hung right up on me. Reported them to the police. Don't trust.

I used these guys to help me move my 1 bedroom into storage and they were great. They were on time, friendly and worked quickly, even in almost 30 degree temps! They packed everything really well and there were no casualties other than a mirror breaking, but I don't blame them as it was old. I would certainly recommend them for your next move.

I have never used movers myself until my most recent move on February 27th. I was a little nervous as I always heard horror stories about things broken, scratched and so on. However, JiffyMove was exactly the opposite. They were on time to my house, introduced themselves and got straight to work. They were courteous, careful with my belongings and efficient with their time. They asked where I wanted each item including boxes and even set up my furniture for me. Their price point was excellent as well. The final bill was actually way under what they had quoted as well. Thank you to Glen, Adam and Brandon K for an amazing miving experience!

Hello All ... justt wanted to compliment you folks on a job well-done ... your truck & guys showed up as specified, , loaded without fuss & arrived at my place with no mishaps ... the furniture was large, elaborately carved and finished and heavy ... they moved everything into my apartment bedroom, including lugging some of the really large pieces up 4 flights of stairs, in a completely cheerful and professional manner ... the bill was as specified without any surprises ... After being ripped off 2 years ago by North American Van Lines (A1 Moving and Storage) We were skeptical to use a moving company again. However, to our surprise, Jiffy Move did an excellent job. They were hard working, careful and efficient. We had the Air Force One truck with Kevin, Adam and Glen, great guys! I would recommend Jiffy Move and will happily use their services again!

I called Jiffy Move to ask about delivery times for a large package, and Tim was incredibly helpful in answering my questions. He was able to provide me with an update on where my order was in the system and a realistic estimate as to when it would be delivered including how big of a window they would need to make the delivery. Jiffy Move delivered my package quickly and efficiently within the window they gave me. The two people that came to bring the two large (and heavy) boxes were friendly and remarkably fast moving those boxes in despite a few tight doorways and hallways with some stairs to boot. I have not used a moving service in past moves before apartments but after this experience, it is definitely something I will consider for future moves.

I was charged one hour travel time plus 2 hours of work for a pick up and delivery that only took 1.5 hours total. Was also quoted $139/hr and then charged $149.

If you need your house moved look no further, these guys went so far above and beyond the call of duty it was rediculous. Moved my house 4 hours away through a snowstorm, had numerous issues along the way and handled it like true professionals. They were honest and open through the whole process, communication was constant and first class. Their team of guys work hard and are extremely curteous, show up on time, and get the job done with care and attention. I couldn't imagine using anyone else ever to move my stuff and neither should you!

Been trying for over a week every day multiple times a day leaving messages and callback numbers to try to book a move (used them twice before) and no one answers the phone or calls back ever... despite being in the operating hours. Also have tried their webform 3 times with no email reply either. If you want customers, maybe answer your phones? This is outrageous.
