We had a super experience with the team at 1 Pro Moving & Shipping - Movers Burnaby. All emails and phone calls were returned promptly, our quote was accurate and the moving team was absolutely professional on the day of the move. We had a difficult move with a high rise elevator switch as well as stairs at our new place in Vancouver. The guys arrived 10 minutes early on a Sunday morning and were friendly and very efficient right from the start to finishing. Highly recommend them !!!

We hired Tarek and his team to help us do a bit of a complicated move. We had things in storage and things at our home.. Tarek was an absolute pleasure to deal with and his team was professional and caring. 1Pro Moving also had comparable if not better rates than other companies that I had called. One of the fun parts of the day was when Tarek was giving advice on how to arrange our bedroom furniture and deciding which piece of furniture should go where! that's going above and beyond! Awesome experience with this company for my move in downtown Burnaby! I was shopping around for movers for a while, and 1Pro moving was the best and most reasonably priced area company I could find.No hidden fees, they were upfront with moving costs. I do not recall all the names of my movers but they were three fantastic dudes - very communicative and easy to work with. Super efficient, highly professional, and knew exactly what they were doing. Would hire this company again

The whole team handled our furniture and fragile items with care. We have done two moves with him and he treats us like family. We plan to move again in the new year and will calling Tarak again!!
