They were wonderful. We would never have been able to move all our stuff by ourselves, especially in a pandemic when help is hard to get! Ryan and crew just moved us from Burlington to Niagara on the lake. We moved out of a stacked townhouse with a lot of stairs. The guys worked fast, efficiently and despite us having a lot of loose last minute items, were friendly and kind. What I loved most was how they were happy and laughing the entire day- and always asked where we wanted something placed. I never heard a complaint and they were also sweet with our dog who could get underfoot and was barking. They were really great to work with and I would definitely recommend them for your next move.

Just had our move today and I can honestly say everything about the moving experience we had with this moving company was fantastic. They managed to get all of our furniture out and in to our new house with no damage or mess (even the big sectional couch we had in our basement which we struggled to get there in the first place). We hired Rockstar Movers based on their positive reviews. Ryan provided us with a quote and secured our moving date quickly. He and the guys showed up on time and I must say that Dennis (the lead for our move) and the other guys busted their butts moving us from Mississauga back to Milton. They worked like machines - much faster than I've seen other moving companies work and we appreciated it. Everything was handled professionally up until we mentioned our cabinet was broken during the move. This is the reason I am giving this review 4 stars and not 5 stars. My cabinet had to be taken apart since the guys couldn't get it out of the house. The guys promised us they'd take it apart and put it back together. Since our move ran later than expected the and it was 9pm the guys didn't want to put the cabinet back together so my spouse was going to do it. This issue was nobody told us they broke it AND they charged us to move something broken out of our old home and into the new home which is wrong. They also left it in my office in pieces and the part with nails was left face up which was very dangerous since we have young kids in our home. Ryan eventually agreed to pick it up & dispose of it (and not charge me to do so like he originally proposed). He apologized to my spouse but still never reimburse us for the $ we spent having the guys take apart (break) the cabinet and move it. We consider ourselves very reasonable people. We had proposed we buy a new cabinet as long as we were reimbursed for time spent moving our broken one and the broken one was disposed of. We thought this was more than fair. If you hire Rockstar and nothing breaks, I am sure you will be thrilled with the experience.If something does break, I wish you better luck and service than we experienced.

Ryan and Zack moved me 2 days ago and were nothing short of fabulous. The crew were on time and worked very hard with no wasted time. My move was totally completed in four hours and I expected between 5 and 6 hours! Their hourly rates are very reasonable and they are experienced and trustworthy. I will definately use Rockstar again as this was the easiest uneventful move I have ever experienced.

Based on 5 star reviews I contacted this company for a moving quote. Due to covid19 restrictions I was asked to send pictures of the items to move. I took pictures of all items excluding boxes of course (gave a rough estimate). I was told by Ryan I would have a quotation the following day. I followed up the next day and was again told it would be another day. I still haven't heard any response from them. I suspect my move from an apartment building was of no interest to them I have since given my business to another company who was more than happy to help me.

Literally look no further. We've done multiple moves (my wife is on her 20th move) and Rockstar movers were hands-down the best movers we've ever used. Extremely professional, prompt, communicative, empathetic, careful, efficient - I don't have enough adjectives to describe. They NEVER STOPPED loading the entire time they were there, and when we had issues in our logistics, they found a way to come back the next day and go beyond what we initially asked for. We've used them all - the big guys via corp relocation, the local movers, the mid-size moving companies, and had issues on some level with all. This is the first time we had zero to criticize a moving company, which we just plain did not expect. The best of the best. Again, look no further, hire Rockstar Movers and you will not regret it.

All I have to say is - WOW! After having multiple moving experiences with multiple movers Ryan and his team are head and shoulders the best I have ever seen! Ryan is a very laid back, easy going guy but once him and his crew start working they are simply machines! Rockstar's pricing is extremely fair and reasonable and not only competitive but well worth the value even if you were to find a place cheaper. Beware of those movers who are always available and always so cheap - they are that way for a reason. Ryan will also not try to sell to you. He is honest and up front with his estimates of effort and pricing and he will do what he can to accommodate your situation. With most things you get what you pay for but in this case you get more than you pay for just in the way Ryan handles his clients and their needs and how his team performs. 5+ stars all the way!
