We had a great a great experience with manager Vlad and his crew that consisted of two very nice and personable movers who were diligent and hard-working. Vlad was able to provide us a quote amidst a pandemic by walking around my house via video call. The movers showed up on time with the truck and adhered to the rules of being indoors during Covid-19. The only hiccup with the move was that our stairs in our new home are much narrower than the home we moved from. Yet, the movers were able to get all items upstairs with a little repositioning & elbow grease. I highly recommend using Metropolitan Movers Halton for any move as the overall value and expertise were more than I expected and very much appreciated the personal service they provided.

Unbelievably terrible experience We have moved several times over the past 10 years (6 times) and this was by far the worst experience ever. We moved from a small home and it took 15 hours when previous movers took half that time with same amount of furniture and far more distance to travel. They sent a two man crew and one of them was inexperienced. They damaged furniture, floors, and walls. My son had to help move furniture because of the inexperience and lack of proper preparation of this crew. Was assured that the manager would call me to discuss but it has now been almost a week and still no call, no email, no correspondence of any sort but they certainly took payment from my credit card rather quickly. This was a $2000 dollar lesson. Find another company folks. Shame on this company for not giving us the courtesy of a discussion to find a remedy for damages. There seems to be no accountability with businesses these days.

Vlad & and his team did an amazing job moving several boxes for our company from various locations. They were very professional, responsive and everything was done in a timely manner. Would highly recommend this company for anyone looking to move.

Metropolitan took my reservation a month in advance, and sent me a confirmation. On moving day they were to arrive at 9:00 a.m. They called and could not make it until 2:00p.m. At 2:00 they no-showed, and I called. They would try for 4:00. at 6:00p.m. they called me back and said they could not find a crew. The explanation- These things happen you know. Worst moving company in Ontario...strike that....Canada.
