We hired King’s for our recent move, and they were a dream team. Mike, Corey, and Jeff were incredibly friendly, efficient, careful with our belongings and our home, and made the move easy. They made the day stress-free, and we would 100% recommend them to our friends and family!

We had a terrible experience with Kings doing a cross country move. The initial quote and sales process was very professional. Nigel, one of the principals, was available to answer all questions promptly. From the day of the move onward things started going badly. The movers left the job mid-way thru to hit the liquor store - apparently to drink 'later' - but I have no way of knowing whether that was true or not. The information that Nigel told us about the process also proved to be false. Our goods were picked up on Tuesday and we were told that we'd hear that day or Wednesday when the goods were to be dispatched and when we'd be able to expect delivery. We needed to schedule a move-in window at our new home and also arrange accommodation in the meantime. We didn't hear from Kings or Nigel in the promised window despite repeated phone calls. At the close of business on Friday the receptionist finally gave us what she termed as a tentative ETA, which was at the back end of the promised delivery window despite Nigel repeatedly reassuring us during the sales process that we were likely to receive our goods at the front end of the delivery window. Subsequent phone calls and requests for call backs to Nigel went unanswered. We finally got an email where he apologized for 'missing' our calls but no attempt to pick up the phone and call. Weak and unprofessional. The delivery driver, who was super, also complained about Nigel ducking calls regarding issues the driver had with the move. So in summary we received our goods in more or less good condition despite the movers taking a booze break; it took about 7 days longer to receive the goods than initially promised; and the management at Kings refused to get on the phone and discuss any of the concerns we had.

I have used King Mover's for a couple of moves now. I have always found the King Team to be respectful, professional and they have always provided added value service! In the 3 moves with King Movers, I have never heard any complaints or "That's not our job" from the King Movers team. Nigel, I wanted to thank you. This positive review is way overdue. We moved in August and have only the best things to say about King’s - from quote to delivery. We opted to move over two days and both crews were really good. We especially enjoyed Mike and Mark on Day 2! Professional, careful, organized and just super nice guys. We came to King’s after a...ahem... “interesting” experience with a competing company and the experiences were like night and day. So happy we found you guys. Used Kings Moving Burlington for our family move to an area west of Ottawa. Both the loading and unloading crews were great. Special mention to the team that loaded our house in Burlington who were outstanding, polite, professional and efficient while my wife and I dealt with the last minute issues on our end that seem to arise when you think you have everything covered. Special Thanks to Rob and Al who made the trip up and unloaded . I would not hesitate to recommend Kings to family and friends. Nigel and Greg the owners are professional , polite and respond promptly to questions and inquiries. Very competitive rates. You will not be disappointed if you choose King’s!

Great company! They have looked after my friends and family members moves countless times. They have clean modern trucks and put floor runners all through the house during the move. Furniture pad wrap,mattress bags and move items with extreme care. No hidden extra charges and well worth the money. They may not be the cheapest movers out their but it's evident why with the quality of services they offer. (Very efficient staff ,movers, modern trucks, insured workers and the proper equipment to look after all your life's possessions.)
