9 out of 10 deliveries come damaged and/or late. I have waited seven years before writing a review. I have called in and asked what I can do on my end to make things easier for them and have also asked that they simply call if they dont have time to bring it out so I can come pick it up. They always promise to do that and have not followed through once.

My last 2 deliveries with these guy was terrible. The last Delivery was or still or is still sitting at their Brooks Ware house. It's been a week . It was supposed to be a overnight Delivery. The previous delivery they refused to deliver to my location cause of Covid . Like were different than the rest of the world. I don't Recommend High Way 9 to any body.

The customer service is below par with this company. We have asked for printed weigh bills every time they’ve shown up and get told to print them off their website. They’re more expensive by a large margin over their competition. When I call at nearly noon asking when my product will be dropped of while using them I get told that it will be here when it gets here. They also don’t seem to care when your product comes in damaged. I sent in a claim form on March 24/2021 and am still waiting for a reply on April 5/2021.
