I wish I could give Cassie and Matt a ten star rating. They both went above and beyond for my husband and I. We faced some challenges surrounding our move and they remained calm and professional from start to finish. They were also very personable and friendly. We would highly recommend Your Choice Movers to anyone who is moving.

We hired Your Choice Movers to move our combined, multi-generational home to two separate new houses. The team were amazingly efficient, careful with all of our belongings and were friendly and easy-going. Cassie and Matt saved our family time and energy, allowing us to get-on with some critical tasks such as settling the kids in, unpacking and tackling the mountain of laundry. We also had them assist us with moving our business equipment for the season which was heavy work! The team made record time in assisting us with a mega-move and managed to get this done on the SAME DAY as the house move. YCM is a seriously hard-working team! Thanks a million!

Matt was able to schedule our move quite last minute (one week notice) due to another cancellation which was very helpful. He and his wife arrived ahead of time, and helped us move in under 2 hours [with our help] despite the sunny showers! They were both very friendly. They do have a piano moving policy which applies to all pianos including smaller electronic ones. Highly recommended!

I hired Your Choice Movers to move me from Ottawa to Toronto. First, they came out to do an initial assessment prior to my move day which really helped to have things move promptly on moving day. The day of my move everything went as planned and I did not have to worry about a thing. I would recommend these guys as they really helped to put my mind at ease.

My experience was disappointing and frustrating. I needed the contents of a pod moved back in my house after flood repairs were completed. They left a voicemail with gave a tentative date for the move, which was before Christmas, and asked me to call back to confirm. When I called back to confirm they didn't answer. I called 20+ times over three days and left voicemails for them to call back, but they didn't. Just one minute to reply to a voicemail? Finally, three days later, they answered and said they couldn't confirm the move date, but called back later in the morning to say that now they could not move before Christmas, only in the new year. So, they didn't tell me, didn't answer the phone, didn't answer my voicemail requests, and they waited three days to tell me that they could not meet the date they had given. They have time to respond to reviews but no time to answer their phone. I am now trying to arrange another mover before Christmas. Sure, things change, but at least answer the phone or respond to voicemails and let me know.

We used Your Choice Movers for our recent move in Kingston, and they were phenomenal. Very professional, punctual, friendly, and extremely efficient. They packed our van for us, and we had about a third more room than we did on our last move, when we packed the van ourselves. When we arrived at our new place, nothing had shifted at all. We've moved a lot and have never made it through a move without something getting scraped or marked (this has been the case whether we've used professional movers or done everything ourselves). We're pretty low-key people and have just assumed that this is part of moving. This time, not a scratch--amazing to us, and so nice! A completely stress-free move. We're extremely grateful, and recommend Your Choice Movers highly.

Highly recommend!! We moved across the country and needed help to unload the U-haul once we arrived. Contacted Cassie and she was awesome! Gave me an accurate quote and was extremely flexible and accommodating as we didn't know exactly what day we would arrive as we were driving across the country and weather was unpredictable. They unloaded us quickly and treated our belongings carefully. Would definitely recommend!

We were really happy with our experience with Your Choice Movers! From start to finish our expectations were exceeded. Cassie and Matt were professional and knowledgeable and their team worked incredibly hard for us in extremely hot weather. It took a huge weight off to have them come in and take the lead. They handled and packed our belongings with more care than we likely would have. They communicated well and made great suggestions to ensure things would arrive safely. The truck was packed expertly - which is something we have learned from experience makes all the difference. In the end we had room to spare on our truck and despite a long distance move, everything arrived in perfect condition! Their services are highly recommended!!

During the pandemic I observed a woman (co-owner) driving the company pickup truck visit my neighbor in their apartment and no one was social distancing or wearing a mask/face covering. I don't know about you but I don't want to get sick from ignoring pandemic protection measures...Actually I am referring to when you visited about a week later when your hospitalized friend who had pneumonia got home from the hospital, you know that 2 hour visit where none of you wore a mask or social distancing ???? and just so you know it's Not a personal issue I'm just stating the facts and from what i've seen I personally wouldn't use your service.

They were polite, showed up on time, easy going and had fun personality, which really decreased my stress during the moving process. Despite booking my move far in advance, I was called twice, once a week before my move telling me it will have to be later than I wanted, (2:30 pm rather than 10 am), then I was called the night before my move and told that it will have to be pushed later due to another job that would take longer than they thought (5:30 pm rather than 2:30 pm) at this point I didn’t really have a choice. Then they called me the morning of my move and told me they couldn’t move me at all. The worst thing someone wants to hear the morning of their move when they have rented the truck and already spent the money with no one to help you move.
