I was left in the lurch on a cross country move. Mike was my hero and in one afternoon scheduled the entire process from pick up in Ontario to delivery in the west. 1 star is being very generous! If you want to move the date you ordered a truck or you like your belongings to get there in one piece don't get this moving company. They moved us 3 years ago, they brought my fridge in upside down, needless to say it was Unusable after that. I stupidly gave them the benefit of the doubt and ask them to move us again, hoping maybe they would have hired somebody that knew what they were doing this time. My House closed on Wednesday August 1st. I made arrangements for them to come at 8 AM Tuesday the 31st, Monday evening at 11pm they messaged to say that maybe they would be able to move us sometime in the afternoon... They never showed. We were left scrambling at the last minute to get somebody to help move us! NEVER AGAIN!!!

Great service start to finish! Very professional company. Friendly staff. The estimate for our move was fair and accounted for everything. On moving day crew was on time and started work right away. Staff worked VERY hard all day. Showed good hustle and was professional the whole time. Move took less time than estimated, and final bill reflected that from what we were originally quoted. Of all the tasks involved in moving and of all the services we dealt with, TMM was the one who did what they said they would and delivered without a hiccup. Amazing experience this past April with this crew. We paid less than what was quoted. The guys worked hard and came well prepared to protect our carpet and hardwood! Would definitely use them again and highly recommended from me!

Mike and his team came to our rescue after a move gone wrong. They moved our house a 3 bedrooms from Almonte, ON to Kingston, ON. They were fast, on time and on budget. Everything was wrapped and protected, they used floor runners to keep the floors clean. Had no damaged items. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

I am a real estate agent in the Ottawa area and now that the busy real estate summer market has slowed a little I thought that I would take a couple of minutes to say how much I appreciated the professional, hard working team at Total Move Management in Kemptville. We decided to move on the, as it turned out, hottest weekend of the year! The crew showed up right on time, worked steadily, without complaint, all day and were polite and courteous. we even had some interesting conversations. They were amazing! After loading the BIG truck we all looked around and realized that we actually had twice as much stuff as we thought. OOPS!!! Later I called Mike MacIntosh, the owner to see what could be done because it was late Saturday afternoon and the guys were really hot and tired - we all were. Mike said that all the guys were off the next day because of the long weekend but that he would come early on Sunday morning before leaving for a move up north. Wow! Mike showed up at 8am sharp with the BIG truck again - on the Sunday of the long weekend!!!!! We all pitched in and completed the move. Now here we are in Prescott in our new home. I don't know what we would have done had he not come to the rescue. Many thanks to Mike and his crew for a job well done! I highly recommend this company. We have used Total Move Management on 4 occassions to move our daughter to and from Alberta for post secondary school and again for our son when he relocated to Alberta to live. In all cases the management and staff were polite, thorough and accomodating making a stressful time easier. We are now planning a big move and we are confident that Mike, Susie and the staff will handle us with the care and understanding. We would highly recommend them for all your moving needs big or small!

Years after this company agreed to move furnature for me, they still have not returned my property to me as agreed. Only use this company if you want to get stolen from, then lied too and insulted. Terrible experience, with still unresolved issues.

I would not recommend this moving company. The team that was sent to my home consisted mainly of inexperienced teenagers with a lead mover who went missing and spent a great deal of time on his cell phone, leaving move of the grunt work to the teens. A 2 bedroom bungalow took 9 hours and that was without any appliances and me having placed 98% of all the boxes outside ready for the truck's arrival. I was grossly overcharged for packing boxes. There was no follow-up and I left a message for the Sales & Marketing Mgr. to call to discuss my concerns, no one has returned that phone call, no surprise. Consumer beware!
