I was excited to eat here since the one in Kingston is amazing, however this location doesn’t seem to care all that much about the quality. Over breaded chicken, grease drips right off of the food, and the taste just isn’t there like it is at other locations. The employees clearly don’t care about the customers or service.

Although I have never had a bad meal at this location, I find the service rather underwhelming. The music is so loud you can't hear what is being said over drive thru and you have to repeat yourself. Food is always tasty and usually hot.

Chicken tastes like they cook it in the fish oil June 6 2021 update, again I have had chicken peices that were warmed up in the fish oil, it was absolutely disgusting to eat chicken that tastes like fish and has the texture of beef jerky. I placed my order at 630 how do they not have fresh chicken during dinner.

Horrible service. Took 20 mins to get two deluxe chicken minis with one person ahead of me, who canceled his order because it too too long. My order was wrong as well. Not deluxe, only plane mayo on it. Very disappointing, I will never return.

Terrible service at this location. Was waiting for a 4 piece platter after 35 minutes waiting someone at the counter announced it’ll be another 10 minutes before chicken is ready. That would’ve been 45 minute wait for a 4 piece platter. I asked & got my money back, went to KFC & got a 4 piece meal in less than 2 minutes from when I ordered. 45 minutes wait in my opinion is absolutely terrible service!

The spicy chicken sandwich is addictive. Can't get enough! Great spices, really solid prices for value, and can I recommend picking up a box of biscuits to make your breakfasts that little bit more special for the week? This location specifically has a very loud speaker at the drive thru but excellent service all around. Happy to travel a little bit to get my fix when the service is this good.

Bad customer service, went through the drive thru, Forgot my water, chicken was fine, not fresh but not bad but my mac and cheese was like they just took it out of the fridge. Go in to ask for a refund on the mac and cheese and the girl says they can put it in the microwave or give me another side. I said no thank you I would just like my money back. She then rolls her eyes at me and got me the manager, he says the same thing I again said no I would just like the refund I then told him that he should make sure his employees are more mindful of rolling their eyes infront of customers. No apology for anything just gave me my money back. Fast food is heavily customer service based and I was not impressed.

Very disappointed in the service. We waited 45 minutes while at least 15 people that came after us were served, are their meals and left before we were even served, not to mention how many drive thru customers were served. When we were finally given our order we didn't get any sort of apology for the wait, no explanation, nothing. I realize it was lunchtime on a Saturday but why put us behind every other order? If you are running low on something and you see it's busy then you make more, right? I just hope that wasn't common practice for this place because the food was good but not worth the wait when we have a schedule of our own to keep.

Friendly staff, clean location, and fast service. I've been here a couple of times now to grab lunch while on the road for work, I've never had any issues with service, employees have always been friendly and quick, and even when I've had to wait a few minutes for something to be ready, I've always been told, and my food has still come quicker than I've been told. Food at Popeyes is pretty standard at most locations, but I find the quality here is pretty good. Definitely recommend here as a good, well priced meal option if you are in the area.

10/10 go across the street to swiss chalet. Took popeyes nearly a half hour to take my order with no line and another hour to fill it which was great considering my lunch break is a half hour. Literally watched the people across the counter move damned near in reverse at lunch hour with nothing prepared in advance. Shame too because the Kingston location has always been top notch on their service and food and I quite enjoy popeyes chicken. Brockville locations food I'd probably have been better off drinking the sludge out of their back dumpster while it was on fire with a silly straw.

I’m not kind of person who eat fast food but this place had good history in US so I said I will give it try. No complains the chicken taste so amazing even though was fried not grilled . Very crispy and the bread so soft with hot sauce ! Good job! Just one comment guys pls put the mask properly while working, the mouth has germs . Protect others and urself And yes recommended.

Possibly the best fast food experience I’ve had. Had the spicy chicken sandwich, mashed potatoes with a biscuit, and popcorn shrimp — everything was made fresh and was perfectly crispy. Service was polite and quick.

This is the probably first Popeyes restaurant you are going to find while driving from Ottawa/Montreal to Toronto along Highway 401. Its a few Kms when you take exit 798 on 401 West. Nice clean place, chicken is as good as any other Popeyes.

Yuk,yuk,yuk What a disappointment. It wasn't bad enough that the manager was totally lost, the food was nothing more than a plate full of deep fried, greasy yuk. The onion rings were under cooked which made them even more greasy yuk. I had the shrimp and fish. I like tartar sauce with that. They gave me one tiny container, enough for 6 tiny , and I mean tiny, shrimp. When I asked for more tartar sauce I was told that it would cost me 60 cents a piece. It cost me $3.00 three dollars just for tartar sauce. Never again. I gave them a rating of 1 because there was no " 0 ".

The restaurant was clean with lots of customers. The staff seemed friendly and inviting. One look at the calorie count for a small meal was enough to clog my arteries. My heart slowed and almost stopped when I saw the diet crushing calorie count. I was looking for a light snack with a low calorie count which doesn't exist. The aroma was pleasant however it wasn't enough to tempt me to eat a small meal with over 2000 calories and untold fat. they need a tiny meal pack for people who want to sample the food with eating a days worth of calories. However thats not why you go to Popeyes is it? The low star was for the non existent selection for people who want to try the food without putting a new hole in their belt.

Issue 1: I don’t feel it’s proper for your staff to take up a seating area for a break when you have people waiting to sit down. My father there with his walker and no place to sit. An establishment like yours should have its own space for breaks. Issue 2: it’s a pretty bad thing for your staff to smoke right outside the front of your establishment where your customers have to walk into and out of the store. It’s pretty disrespectful. Issue 3: we had to wait a very long time for our order while 4 orders after us got their food. Not a happy customer.

Decent quick stop for deliciously spicy/savoury battered chicken. This location could use better management however. The manager took our order and then proceeded to leave the establishment to go talk to a friend in the parking lot. The girl working at the front was kind but basically just stood there waiting for help from the back, when there was clearly Cajun fries and spicy tenders sitting ready to be served. Food was still decent when she finally served us and she threw in an extra dipping sauce. If not for her, we'd likely given the place 2-3 stars.

Apparently 5 cold onion rings is a regular order of onion rings. Very disappointed. Again no masks worn correctly. First and last time we will be going Popeyes in Brockville. We ordered in the drivethru and were told our food would be ready in five minutes. While the food is okay the services needs improvement. Went twice, first there were issues with the order.first time was a missing dipping, so I let it go, second time order a 3 piece spicy, platter with mashed potatoes and mac and cheese, get 2 pieces mild chicken, fries, no biscuit, second combo again fries instead of mashed potatoes. This time I call, inform them, and go back, get nicked and dimes over the chicken, only one extra piece is given. Double check every order and while the cashier are nice, the managers and team leads are horrible, and treat the polite staff poorly in front of the customer.

Normally I love Popeyes and the steps they take to take care of everyone. But today I had a very troubling encounter at this store when the main sales staff exporting the food failed to understand how to properly wear a mask. It was very unsettling in today's day an age to have someone handling my food with their mask only covering their chin. I'm not pleased with the education and enforcement of all protocols at this location.

Tenders were raw. They did not have large cups for the platters, instead I was given a single can of coca cola. When I asked for another they refused. Took the food back to get a refund and no one could even look me in the eye. Definitely will not be returning. If the place was busy and they were being rushed I would be more understanding but there were only a few other people in the restaurant.

Cody was taking my order when another employee SHOUTED his name to point out he messed up the customer ahead of me. Later on someone from the kitchen shouted for Cody to get back to the kitchen. There was a lot of chatter from the 7 or 8 staff. They had a whack of cooked product sitting on the warming trays. The chicken was good not as greasy as KFC but the staff need retraining by head office.

Congratulations brockville on finally getting a proper chicken joint unlike kfc. Hope y’all enjoy it. Let me give you some advice. Make sure you get the biscuit and Cajun fries. Both are proper. Also the chicken must be spicy to get the real Popeyes experience. Welcome to great chicken.

Hygiene is bad. The cashier is putting his hand inside my cup without washing his hands. Fish was small and bad. Bad experience overall. I did not drink my drink because he put his dirty hands inside it. I hope they will be aware of this.

I find the staff to be rude. This location advertises delivery. They never answer the phone. And when they do its hit or miss if they are delivering. Too bad this location gives this chain a bad reputation.

The worst experience ever in Popeyes.Ordered chicken tenders and specifically requested to make fresh.Manager and employee didn't care and gave us the old tenders sitting there.I told the employee that these were sitting in the tray from before but they said sorry these are fresh.Manager did not care.Food was gross, we tasted it and threw it away.Will never come back for 2 reasons.Manager and employees are clueless about customer experience.Secondly, they don't care if someone can get sick by eating gross food.

Service is awful. Have given this location 4 chances. You have to repeat the order multiple times, every time. When you’re ordering 1 combo that’s an issue. The order usually isn’t correct. To top that off you wait in the drive thru 15+ minutes almost each time. I could understand if they were busy but 15 minutes every single time and with 1 car ahead already waiting is ridiculous. Kingston is a way better location. Cue a flood of positive reviews to counter a true one, which I can only assume are owners or employees.

Waited 1/2 hour for chicken to be ready at 6.30 on a Thursday. Fries are a waist of a potato.To your response that was the day before no wonder you can't get things right.Some people should not be in the food business you are lucky its a franchise

Brockville location has sacrificed Health and Safety standards to open on deadline. This resulted in an employee (now former) to share a warning with consumers; photo's of the store and their several Health and Safety violations. After seeing the condition of the store after it JUST opened. I will never eat there; and I ate a hot dog after watching how its made, and it fell on the floor. Just some perspective

The staff is rude, the manager was oblivious and condescending, they cant ever get an order right, even if your the only one in line, the store is filthy and some of the employees have trouble following covid protocols. Awful experience. Do not recommend. I would give zero stars if possible.

Third time was the charm for me. First try was close to opening day and waited 40 minutes for a simple order, as did the others in line. Second time the chicken had a fishy odour and I didn't eat it though the fries were fine. Tried again last week and the service was fast and friendly at the drive through and everything was hot and delicious.

Drive through is exceptionally slow. It took over 10 minutes to pickup order after it had been placed. Very friendly, but don't expect speed!

A good spot to grab food on the way from MTL to TO. Glad that it had the convenience of a drive thru and service was quick, less than 2 minutes between ordering and receiving food. The chicken was hot, juicy, and crispy, and the fries were tasty. The biscuit was a little on the salty side, but still good. The drive thru employee was so polite too! Would definitely come back

Food was decent tasting however my problem is that these Popeyes employees always have difficulty identifying the chicken breast. I have come to understand that it's hit or miss, and if you don't have time to check before you leave you'll likely be screwed.
