I called to inquire something that would only take a minute of their time and I was hung up on in the middle of my sentence. Whomever answered the phone (unfortunately I was not able to get his name) is one of the rudest people I have spoken to within a company and should not be answering calls for this business. It is beyond disrespectful and unprofessional to be treated that way by any business. I was truly shocked and I frustrated by my experience.

The movers did a fantastic job. Very efficient and friendly. They came on time, did a perfect job packing he apartment, and finished on time. Everything was packed well and nothing broke or was damaged at all. It was so easy to coordinate even with dare changes and their movers were so helpful and diligent. Wonderful communication and customer care from start to finish. Really happy. I found them all very professional and careful in moving my stuff. Seriously great guys, they made moving so much easier for me. I would absolutely use them again and strongly recommend them in the future.

These guys were absolutely fantastic. They came to my home, wrapped all of my furniture with speed and precision as well as my baby grand piano, which I was most worried about. They took great care in moving my belongings into and out of the moving vans. The fee was more than fair for the work involved. Carefully attentive movers listened to my concerns and were responsive to arrange my move. Moving is stressful and they made it less so! Thank you! I will be recommending you to everyone.

This was an A+ moving team. These guys did amazing work and moved all of my heavy furniture with a smile on their faces. We reserved this company in July for a move September 1st. We called them a week before to make sure all was well and the day before the move. The morning of the move, they didn’t show up at the time promised. We called and told the truck broke down the day before and they would be there till 5 hours later in the day. Finally, Ant Movers showed up with a small half to truck and a trailer. They moved half of our belongings to our new place but didn’t wait in the queue for their turn because the guys wanted to eat. They finally came back and brought in the first load. They went back for the second batch. We were finally moved in after 10 hours. It should have been a four to five our event. I would not recommend this company. And we paid full price! Shame on you!

These guys made my move so much easier than I could have hoped!with the first contact online to follow up phone calls and the actual move itself... it was really smooth! And the guys have great personalities which totally helps on the day of... I moved a two bedroom...three hours, start to finish...so easy. (I moved only a mile away)

Two movers from Kingstown Movers were hired to show up on Saturday afternoon (2 July). Coordination was made with the movers the day before. The movers never showed up. The movers did not respond to calls or texts. 90 past the time they were supposed to show up, a cryptic text from them said “Just checked my phone. Will contact you when we can”. Never heard from them again. Strongly recommend that you DO NOT use Kingstown Movers.

Glad to say we had an awesome experience with Kingston Movers. We were dreading the moving process of our memorable and valuable belongings to a newer location. We had an entire apartment worth of furniture, electronics, cutlery, clothing etc to move, but their commitment to doing the job right was second to none and they worked unbelievably hard to get their truck loaded in time for us to move out. Kingston Movers were very professional right from the start, from scheduling a quote review, to the timelines in starting and then the careful attention to detail, this was a perfectly easy move. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to make a move.

Absolutely horrible!! I booked my move almost 2 months in advance. When booking I was told I would receive a confirmation email, but I never did receive one. I called an additional 3 times to have them send a confirmation, and nothing. This company bailed on me 2 days before my move. First saying they didn’t have enough staff and then saying their truck broke down. They said they couldn’t do anything for me and it was up to me to find another company. In the end my husband and I moved ourselves.

Absolutely horrific experience!!! I booked the move a couple months in advance, had several phone and email exchanges in regards to the requirement. They sent an external contractor with a pick-up and small trailer!! I received ZERO assistance from the company when I called to state that it was not even close to being sufficient. He was rude, said there was nothing he could do but reschedule. When I stressed this was not possible due to a legal close on the property, he hung up and the driver’s left the property without a word, leaving me in an extremely unacceptable situation!!! I can not stress enough the deplorable service and complete lack of professionalism experienced by this firm!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you Kingston Movers for an amazing service. This was my fourth move (first with Kingston Movers) within last 5 years and I can tell the difference, they are the best I have ever come across. They handled all my household stuff very carefully and neatly. They had some very fragile glass items to pack & everything came through without a scratch or break. Both guys who showed up on the moving day were very punctual, experienced, kind and respectful. All this helped me make what i thought would be a very stressful move into a seamless experience that was worth every penny.

They have sold to Metropolitan Movers. They were supposed to move us today, but phoned to cancel because their truck broke. They have no backup plan - no truck they could rent, nor could they call any other movers to arrange anything. “There’s nothing I can do. I’m going to hang up now” we’re the last words they said. Meanwhile I have to be out of this house because it’s sold. If you have to be out in a certain day, I would not rely on these guys. Unbelievably bad customer service!!!!

Good Work! I really didn't have to do anything on my own part except to be there to supervise even that was not needed. They had a supervisor there who helped move and directed what should go where based on size/breakables. All of our furniture was very carefully wrapped and everyone was really nice and accommodating. I was incredibly impressed by the movers how well they planned ahead on loading properly. They made sure not to damage walls, covered the carpets in plastic and took the long way around the back instead of making an attempt to get everything through the small doorway through the front. Everything arrived undamaged and on time. They did not charge me a cent over the estimated amount, no hidden/extra charges.
