Rent rotor tiller from Hudson each year. Was concerned this year wouldn't be able to due to covid. However Hudson has all covid measures in place and was able to rent my tiller as per previous years. Contactless, safe environment....thank u Hudson supply! Great friendly representatives!

They rent all kinds of things that are always well maintained, so they work when you get back to the site. Staff will carefully review operation and safety features with you so you know how to use your rented tool or machine back on site. Reservation process is pandemic friendly. And as a bonus, they are on an absolutely beautiful location on the bank of the St. Lawrence River, so you can chill a bit before you go back to work.

Sent my snowblower in to have a broken cable replaced. Took over a week to get it back. Phone calls not returned. Went into the business 2 times and it was closed during supposedly open business hours. Eventually got my snowblower back. Someone there took it upon themself to do some "extra work" on my machine and it was returned in worse shape than it was when I sent it there. I did not ask for any "extra work" to be done. When I questioned them about the "extra work" and damages all was denied. Since then I have had to put in over $400.00 to repair the damages and it's still not fixed. My advice is to go to anywhere else for repairs and stay as far away as possible from this place. Be forewarned! Only reason I gave a one star rating is because they did replace the cable and it's not a bad place to go to for parts. Keep in mind that there are other places in town to buy parts. On line is even quicker and more affordable.

Talked to salesman about a used lawnmower that he was fixing up for me. They finally got it ready after a couple weeks of calls. I told him I would be there in the afternoon with cash to pick it up. Then he called me at lunch that day and said he had sold it to someone else a couple hours b4 I was off work..... will never go back and i advise everyone to go somewhere else. They only care about the money not the customer.

What an awesome place. Was in the market for a new ride on mower and wanted a specific Cub Cadet model. Got in touch with Maurice through email and after a week of going back and forth with me not be able to make it there to see the mower, they dropped it off at my home on a Friday and told me to try it out over the weekend to see what I thought. No questions asked, here's the mower and let us know next week what you think. I live in Brockville and work in Ottawa and they did everything to accommodate this and make it a smooth transaction. I am now the owner of this ride on mower and a forever customer of G.C. Hudson.
