I had a hell of a time getting decent movers for my last move May 1st. So many movers did not pick up their phone, quoted far more than their posted rate, some did not want to move with lots of stairs, etc etc. I was tearing my hair out calling around until I found Easy Moves Company. I give them 5 stars because: 1). Their lightning fast response to my email, their quote was same as their posted rate and my response was within minutes, unlike any other company I contacted. 2). They confirmed my scheduled move 3 days ahead ~verifying all the info I gave and their time of arrival. 3). Not only were they on time, they were outside my house with their truck 10 minutes EARLY- impressive. 4). Very polite, very fast and efficient staff who moved my furniture with care, and I had some very heavy, awkward-to-move pieces of furniture. 5). Final rate ended up being less than estimated ~ and they had no extra gas, mileage or other 'fees' ~ it's nice to know there are still companies like these guys who are HONEST. And these guys' rates are lower compared to many other movers. Call these guys ~ you won't be disappointed.

Alright, I was waiting to see if my issue would get resolved before leaving a review. I hired these guys back in April. Even-though the moved went smoothly as smooth can go in the middle of a pandemic, there were some issues. They were really slow to begin with, I even think one of the helpers had no experience as I noticed the main dude having to explain everything. They also couldn't fit all our stuff even though they assured us they would. Anyway we had a couple of hours window to move in and we gave them a good half hour buffer between place as we were just moving 5 mins away. Regardless of all these we were at least half hour late (move out time 2 1/2- 3 hours) leaving less time now for the allowed move in time. I end it up having to help them otherwise we would not have been able to finish on time. Also, they broke a tool box I had and up to this day, even though the owner said he would replace it, I'm still waiting for the replacement or refund but I am not holding my breath. They are definitely cheaper than other companies but you get what you pay for.

I hired ez moves to help me with moving a large sectional couch from a friend's place to mine and removing my old, broken couch. I was a little nervous about the process because of the pandemic, however the movers were wonderful. They called and kept me updated at each step of the way, and wore masks and gloves the whole time. They took great care with delivering everything - quickly moving all pieces of the new couch into the building lobby to avoid the rain that had just begun as they arrived. The movers were very friendly and did a great job. I'll definitely be keeping them in mind if I ever need moving services again in future.

I appreciate that they were able to move me on such short notice and did their best to accommodate my move. They were very friendly and I have no complaints about their attitudes. However, they dropped several boxes which resulted in broken items and just put our stuff wherever they could so they could finish and leave. Cost was competitive compared to other companies, but they were careless with our items. I wish I could give them a higher rating but some of the broken items are irreplaceable.

I highly recommend EZ Moves! They handled my move between apartments in downtown Vancouver. My husband and I had originally arranged for another company to handle our move, Two Small Men with Big Hearts. We had arranged everything with Two Small Men weeks in advance, had booked the elevator in our current building, got a parking permit so we could park in front of our new building, rented a car, arranged for cleaners and junk removal, etc. Two Small Men was supposed to arrive between 9-10 AM on the day of the move. At around 10:15 on the day of the move, Two Small Men let us know that they wouldn't be able to move us at our scheduled time for "circumstances outside their control", although, after reading a number of reviews, I have serious doubts about it being out of their control. Long story short, Two Small Men strung us along all day until we lost both our elevator booking and our parking permit, as our current building wouldn't let us push our move past 5PM. We were stuck in our current apartment with all our stuff packed in boxes (we didn't even have a single dish, towel, bedding, etc. to use) and no way to get it to the new place. At this point I started calling around like mad, scrambling to find someone to help us move ASAP. I called EZ Moves and I'm so glad I did! Abdo arranged to have four movers at our place the following morning, and these guys were amazing. They showed up right on time, worked insanely hard moving my things (including a heavy piano up a half flight of stairs), took almost no breaks to accommodate the timing of our elevator booking, and on top of it all were friendly and professional. They even fixed a piece of Ikea furniture that I had assembled incorrectly. I will definitely be using EZ Moves for my next move. After my horrible experience with Two Small Men I was feeling pretty down and didn't have a lot of trust in movers, but EZ Moves really changed that for me and I'm so glad I hired them.

I have used easy moves for moving my home and my office. They are professional, reliable, flexible, prompt, and affordable. Recently I was being quoted $300.00 to $450.00 to move a small photocopier that was on wheels from downtown Vancouver to delta. They charged me $150.00. They are always on time and you don’t need to stress anything on moving day when there is enough to worry about. They are my go to moving company and I have recommended them to my family, friends, and colleagues.

What a stressful experience dealing with this moving company. We booked our appointment a few weeks in advance for 10:30am. The owner called the day before our move to change the start time to 11:30am, okay no problem. The day of the move they show up at 1:30pm, causing us to be extremely behind schedule. They were not apologetic at all for being late, lots of excuses as to why they didn’t show up on time. Since the crew was running late they were very rough with our belongings. One of the crew members in particular did not seem trained at all. Banged our stuff into walls, the floor and on the concrete outside. A lot of our stuff was extremely scratched and chipped. They are an average company, you get what you pay for. If your okay with your belongings being treated like trash, this is the company for you.

Had a team of three from EZ Moves come and do a large move for us, combining two apartments into one. From the start the team were on time, professional, and worked swiftly. They were careful with our stuff and thorough, ensuring that fragile items were handled with care and items such as mattresses and carpets were bagged to protect from damage. Price was fair for a full day’s work from their team. Would very much recommend them!

Just had them move our 1 bedroom apartment to another 1 bedroom. Booked a month in advanced for 1130, they show up at 2. With no remorse and just kept making excuses. They scratched half of our belongings and then tried to charge us for a one hour travel fee when the distance is 15 minutes. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. They are cheap and you get what you pay for. Their two crew guys were nice and trying to help us but the guy running it is a scam artist. He wanted to scratch the walls of the apartment building to get things in and sat in the truck not helping knowing the time crunch HE CREATED. If you value your belonging, time and money.. do not use this company. Period. I wish I could give them a 0 rating.

They were great, on time, friendly, and careful with my stuff. I was a bit worried because I only found them on google but i'm glad i went for it anyways. These guys did a really good job.
