I have been using Browns for 7 years and have been a very happy customer. They have moved my house several times, my business, my wife's business and we also use them to deliver sensitive, high value, large products to customers. In the years that we have used Browns there hasn't been a single incident of item damage or damage to property. They are extremely careful and when it comes to sensitive & heavy items they are complete pro's. Movers tend to get a bad rep because most of them deserve it. Browns stands out in the crowd by offering first class service and doing an excellent job.

I was a referral to Brown's moving. Thought word of mouth would ensure good service. However, this was not the case. Not only was I overcharged hourly, I also had to rescue the driver at the scales with my belonging as he didn't have a drivers licence. They also broke the arm of my kitchen chairs, and I have yet to hear a response from Ann at Browns moving for compensation for the repair. I can not give this moving company a good rating.

Awesome People!! After attempting to move some of the items myself I quickly came to realize I needed professional help. I phoned Brown’s Moving & Storage early morning before and Ann couldnt have been more accommodating. She was able to re-arrange her company’s schedule in order to help. Movers showed up early to prep and hammered out my move in no time. These guys are very professional, polite, courteous and incredibly knowledgeable. Everything arrived to our new home in the same condition as it left. I also needed to throw away couple of things and the owner Kieran took the time out to drop if off in Coquitlam Waste in rush hour on his own time. OUTSTANDING !! Brown's Moving is a fantastic team. They moved us out including a piano down two flights of stairs efficiently and with smiles on their faces. This is a hard working and diligent crew that cares about your possessions. I had asked for both packing and cleaning services along with the move. I give them 5 stars as they consistently exceeded my expectations in all aspects of their service. Ann was friendly and flexible to work with. I was given a fair quote and had no surprises as the end of the move. I really appreciate the use of reusable totes instead of having to buy a bunch of cardboard boxes I have to deal with afterwards. Difficult to find such honest movers these days, highly recommended for you moving needs.

This was the worst experience in moving in my life! The boss/owner LOST many things by leaving allot of items ( we were told ) out on the front lawn as they would not fit into the truck and when they came back from unloading at the new location - the microwave and all else was gone, not limited to - several boxes of NEW wine glasses, many valuable pieces of keepsakes and much more. The only thing that was dropped off for compensation was an old, huge microwave that can not even fit onto the counter much less into a microwave kitchen placement by the stove! I will further keep updating how we want to make sure everyone that reads comments from clients that have been used and abused by the two trickster / married couple. The good and the ugly to quote the movie! Be advised to not believe a thing they say! It has been almost 5 months for me to calm down enough be be this nice!

I was looking for a place to help my sister move, and found this place! They answered right away! They were coming from Abbotsford, and we needed people and they were available after 5pm! Most places finish around that time. This being last minute, and later in the day, while raining! Very impressed at their "can help and driven attitude!" They were very communicative. Great experience with this company! Very professional, young & energetic movers. Wrapped and moved everything very professionally and nicely. We were so happy with their service. Sent us 3 men, we had a piano and a very heavy glass top dining table which they did a wonderful job moving them. Thanks Kieran and Ann! (Browns Moving). Highly recommended.

I have consulted with a Lawyer as a result of my experience with this mover. They broke a very expensive dresser and admitted to doing so. At that very moment, I witnessed one of the other movers attempt to lift the broken dresser with the use of one of the dresser drawers as leverage!! I was stunned at this behaviour. They refused to compensate me. They also left my storage area looking like it was hit by a hurricane - like they literally threw things in and incredibly, placed a large pane of glass at the entrance so I couldn't access the room. I have photo evidence. They returned to fix it (over one month later), though this should never happened and again demonstrates the lack of care I experienced. Until just recently, they had an "F" rating on a BC business review site for making unsubstantiated claims about the training of their employees on their web site!!! Anyone considering a mover should consult the Canadian Association of Movers.
