Recently moved from an apartment to a townhown, and was also our first time hiring movers to do the job. Obviously most people rent a Uhaul, recruit their family and friends and have a pizza party, but with covid restrictions we thought hiring was the way to go. We were not dissappointed. Manny and his crew made the moving of heavy objects effortless, and were thoroughly organised when loading up the truck. Our townhouse had three levels and they made quick work moving everything up. We recently completed a reno prior to moving, so were worried about any damage done. They came and left with not a scratch, something which would have probably happened had we not hired them. They went above and beyond, were extremely polite and helpful, wore masks and on top of this their pricing was very affordable. Worth every penny!!! Colin was an absolute beast. When he says "I got it!", He got it!!! Big Dream Movers allllll the way.

I hired these guys for a small move. One guy was really experienced and the other guy carried my side bar and walked backwards onto a dolly. I gave them a hefty tip because they were nice kids and worked really fast. However. It wasn't until after they left that I noticed some problems, so guys take this criticism as constructive please. Many of my lighter coloured items were covered in a sludge, I'm thinking the moving truck probably needs a clean. The one mover had a strong body odour that lingered on some of my items long after they left. If you're going to be handling my things you should probably smell clean . They did drop my dresser down a few stairs, I'm not attached to it so it wasn't a big deal however had they dropped a more expensive item I would have been upset. One guy was running from truck to house. I think overall they sacrificed care for speed. Because they started 45 minutes late I had a feeling they needed to get to their next move. I would hire them again but I would ask them to take their time and clean their truck first. Hope that helps.

Looking for great movers look no further. These guys were friendly, super efficient and amazing to deal with and had great manners an added bonus. Probably the best customer service experience I have ever had which made the move much less stressful and that is worth its weight. We all know how stressful a move is especially with our young kids and dog roaming around but they were so great about it took the edge off. Collin Manny and Sway are wonderful young men book them up cause they are busy busy. We will definitely be dealing with them for any future moves. Great job guys ????

Extremely disappointed with these guys! I scheduled them a month in advance and confirmed everything before the day of. On the day of the move, these guys call me telling me that they will be 2 hours late! BUT THEY NEVER SHOWED UP! NEITHER DID THEY PICK UP MY CALL! after waiting for an HOUR after the delayed time, we had to call a different company, which ended up costing a lot more because of such short notice! made our day extremely stressful and expensive! DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE GUYS!
