We have oversized furniture and they really packed it quite well and unpacked it with the same love and care. We were very impressed with Erick and his crew as they worked tirelessly for many hours. I needed to get my entire sewing room up a flight of stairs in our new townhouse. That included a 7' x 3.5" tempered glass table top. At least 800lbs. I booked 4 guys for 2 hours and they finished absolutely everything in 1 hour. That included a brief planning meeting on how to handle something as heavy and fragile as a giant sheet of glass. The move was flawless and the guys were very cheery and understanding. I even had them hand bomb 100 boxes of fabric and an assortment of pine cabinets upstairs. Highly recommend.

Absolutely Fantastic Movers. Arrived on time in a brand new 5 Ton truck, the three fellows that showed up went at it from the moment they came. Had us moved from Tsawwassen to Vancouver Island in no time and even managed to save us a couple hundred dollars over the three other quotes we received. Positive experience.

Unbelievably terrible movers who ruined 4 pieces of refinished vintage midcentury modern furniture by wrapping it in packing tape!!!! Then avoided talking to us for 2 months. When Erick finally came over to serve the damage he offered us $400. Insulting. An then Erick was rude and mean in front of our kids. Do NOT let these people into your home.

Aris movong made this move very stressful. I communicated with this company prior to the move, checked checked and triple checked id have no issues come moving day. The company refused to move several items that day, which I, a 125lb woman, ended up moving myself. I also moved many boxes for them, trying to speed things up. This was only the tip of the iceberg. The email responses were unprofessional, and the content dishonest. I do not recommend this company.

Their service was good, however they seemed incentivized to be extra slow to extend the process, unless I had to oversee every small detail. A 1-bedroom aptm move, with everything packed into boxes and ready to be moved, cost $600.

They completely broke my LCD HD TV, dropped my 4K TV (cosmetic damage), scratched my 4K monitor and my 1440p monitor, and broke my fan. I called them and left a message and I have not heard back. The moving guys were polite, however I would not use them again.

We moved in early March and we were very impressed by Aris moving moving services. Showed up on time, the crew was professional and friendly. Flooring was protected, care was taken with the furniture and they were quick to load & unload the truck. There was a lot of stuff to move and they did a great job. The price was competitive and the service was great. Hope to not move for a long, long time, but I definitely would recommend Aris moving to anyone looking to hire movers! Thank you!

Do not trust them in any way!!! Do not provide your credit card information to them in any way, or do not enter your credit information into the company's website. They illegally charged us about fifty percent more, I had to block my credit card to prevent further abuse. They will have no commitment to do their job, even if you have booked and paid a deposit. Especially if you are committed to moving out at a certain time, do not trust them at all.

Aris movers moved us from Port Coquitlam to Kelowna. The 3 fellows who came were excellent, very respectful, loaded the truck to the brim, only one item was broken and that was a flimsy book case. All kinds of fragile precious items went on the truck and none were broken. They took some big items too for us. It's amazing to see professional movers pack a truck and these guys are professionals wow. I like that this company is inclusive, the 3 gentleman were multicultural. We definitely recommend this moving company. This is the second time we have used them. Once for a short distance and now for a long distance. Thank you Aris movers.

I was extremely hesitant to hire a moving company as it would be the first time doing so. The guys arrived 2.5 hours late and I almost called the whole thing off as I was just sitting there waiting. They did call to advise me they’d be late and this is very common in the moving industry. Andre and Victor showed up to the storage locker where my belongings were. I asked if I had to stay around and they said “no”. I was very uneasy about this as I am trusting two complete strangers. I underestimated the quantity of things I had and I could see in their eyes that it was more than they thought it would be. I went to my new place and waited for them. They arrived about 4-5 hours later. They unloaded all my things and put them where I asked. They did NOT stop for one break. These guys worked very hard. The whole thing cost $400 more than quoted however it was my fault for underestimating. These guys did not waste any time. They wrapped the necessary items for protection. Not a single scratch, dent, or stain anywhere in our brand new townhouse (with carpets on stairs) or on the furniture. I am impressed and so happy I trusted them. Great work Victor and Andre!!

Aris moving gave us excellent service with our long distance move from Langley to Kelowna. The movers were punctual, friendly and took great care in handling our possessions. Ilia, Sukhi and Prabhneet worked hard and had a positive and friendly attitude. Andrea handled the booking and billing, she was excellent and accommodating. The movers picked up our belongings April 14th, stored them for us for two nights and delivered everything to us on April 16th in Kelowna and nothing was damaged! We had also booked a move out clean with Aris and the cleaner Rafael and his wife did a detailed thorough clean and were friendly and easy to deal with. For whatever it’s worth I work for a local construction management company. If all you are looking for is “nice guys” then here they are. I had the same two gentlemen on a few occasions and they are friendly, clean and well mannered. A+ However I’ve been rescheduled too many times to rely on them. There is always an excuse why they are late or they say “we can come tomorrow”. I’m scheduling my projects with enough time and space for my others trades…this one however is too unreliable to continue working with.

Terrible experience. The movers showed up an hour late. They put two holes in our walls that we had to rush to repair before the new owners took possession. The movers then told the owner of the company that we were moving things too and it could have been us! This was ridiculous as we weren’t moving things from that level AND we literally heard the guy fall then say it wasn’t him. I called their boss to complain, said it was a train wreck and he then told them as they were at our house which made things very uncomfortable. There was no offer to pay for fixing the holes other that they would look at it later- we didn’t have time for later. The move should have taken 4-6 hours and it took 9. Finally we told them to leave boxes in the garage cause we just wanted it over with. $900 later they only took off $50 !!! Couldn’t believe how unprofessional it was. Mistakes do happen, but you make it up to the person with an appropriate discount and maybe send another worker to help when it seemed like things were going off the rails. Hiring movers has always helped remove so much of the stress on moving day but this experience made it worse all around. I wouldn’t recommend using this company.

Awful experience. A driver from the company was illegally parked and while in the company vehicle decided to curse and threaten my wife who was walking by asking them to park appropriately. With people like this working for the company highly recommended to stay away! Very disturbing.

Service provided in April 2020 (see the crate in the photo) Poor customer service, slow response rate, the packaging was unprofessional with residue of packing material left inside the crate. The fee ended up 20% higher than quoted once they already had my items in their warehouse. Solid metal sofa arrived damaged with a snapped metal part. When requested assistance with insurance, they just fobbed me off with a 2 line response to to fill everything out myself - no apology, no suggestion to help or assist. The only upside is the delivery service they partner up in Australia with are extremely courteous and very helpful. Aris may be ok for moving a house, but not for transporting high end furniture as they's no expertise in packing such items. Note: Make sure insurance includes 'replacement'. The insurer used by Aris for or shipment (Cmis) refuses to offer a replacement and requested 20+ documents to get even the cost of repairs reimbursed. Will be filing a dispute via DCA as a result.

Absolutely horrendous. Ruined almost every piece of furniture by not wrapping anything when I specificaly told them to wrap every item. Dropped my safe and completely broke it. Told us to email them for an insurance claim but they never followed through. Now I am having to pay to replace most of my furniture which is costing me ridiculous amounts of money.

DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE OR AT LEAST DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER, THEY ARE NOT THRUSTWORTHY. Definitely will never use their service again, I paid the deposit by credit card (my mistake), they did not show up on a moving day, I called 10 times, no one answers me back, I sent several text messages and finally, they got back to me one hour after, we put everything in the garage, we moved some boxes with our cars 5 times to make it quick. We had 2 more people to help them with moving, they were late for 4 hours, we finish the moving in 2 hours. As they request we paid them completely by cash and then they charge me again for $490 by using my credit card information, after texting and calling several times again they only pay me back part of my money and they are not even sorry. They claimed that the movers worked for 3 hours which is a lie and I have the proof and they did not respect their quote and charged me $140 per hour instead of $125. And finally, they ask me to be thankful that they have finally done the job with much more price and with delay. Very stressful days for me and my family. And even they did not apology for what they did. I will definitely sue them for abusing my credit card number. I believe all the good comments are just from their friends not the customers.

I just want to say THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU:) This company is by far the BEST movers we have hired. We had them scheduled for the 31 of the month but then found out we could move in a day early, I phoned to see (on short notice I might add) if they could come a day early and they happily accommodated me. There were 3 men sent and they did everything including wrapping and taping everything so it was secure in the ride to the new house . They had 2 flights of stairs in both townhouses and never complained once always smiling and so very polite. One of the chandelier lights unfortunately got broken and the mover without question had his wife get the piece while they unloaded the truck. I am super impressed with this company and would recommend them to anyone. Outstanding customer service and a really nice crew of people. They also did not damage any walls :) again thank you for making our move as easy as it could be:)
