Do not trust the unit price you agree to move in with because they just keep raising their rates up after you’re all moved in. This place is a SCAM! Shop around!! Awful business practice!!!

My grandson needed to temporarily store his belongings. We were in a very stressful situation at the time and a bit panicked. Vautra's staff were amazing. Kind, not pushy, they gave us great advice and helped us make some decisions regarding the size of the unit and timing for payments. Getting a unit was easy and emptying it just as easy. The cost was more than reasonable. I would use their services again without hesitation.

These guys are truly the best, when I released from the military after serving in Afghanistan I came here to store my most important items and it was such a relief there units were always in immaculate condition and there service and rates were the best around. It's the cleanest storage place I've ever seen in Brantford. Everytime I go, everything is in order, the inside office smells good and has no trash visible, the lines you drive down to go to your unit is litterless, and the units are the cheapest in Brantford. My only complaint about the place is that the hours are somewhat inconvenient. I get off work at about 4:30 weekly, and the place closes at 5. However! They're open pretty much all afternoon weekends, so that's great.

Great Place and the customer service is the best. The units are well priced and spotless as well as kept clear of snow in the winter. I have been renting storage space here for the past four years ( year round) as well as renting their Uhaul ( which are clean and in excellent running condition). My contact or go-to person is Peter, who has been there for me even on short notice. Thank you, Peter, you are the best, and I must add, a knowledgeable and dedicated worker. What I like most he will give you solution and suggestions to help one out.

I had never had to store my belongs before but when I got there i was greeted by a wonderful lady named Cecilia! She showed me the price of the units and told me how much belongs would fit roughly. I had a 3 bedroom apartment and had to store most of my belongings because of was moving in with family members. She was amazing throughout the whole process !

Upon realizing that the storage locker we rented from Vaultra was inadequate for our needs, we requested a refund. we were assured we would have our refund by the end of the day. It has been 2 frustrating months and many useless phone calls and still no refund. Every single time we called we were told action would be taken right away. How incompetent and crooked must this business be if they cant issue a simple refund? 2 months and absolutely nothing. The latest assurance I recieved was that we would recieve a cheque in the mail within 10 days... I highly doubt it... Avoid this place like the plague. Dishonest and unhelpful staff. Also...some business advice: The interior walls of a storage locker should go all the way to the ceiling. There shouldnt be a 2 foot gap allowing access to any locker in a unit with the aide of a ladder. Not secure at all. Plenty of better options in Brantford... dont even bother with this place.

Some men were changing doors on some units and ours just happened to be the one that day and we needed a few young muscles to help load what was going to be a difficult move for us as seniors. I have worked in this area for over twenty years and drive by your facility every day.Over the years I have watched your place develop into a good looking storage facility. What happened?It looks like it is abandoned .Garbage all over and the front lawns look like they have never been cut.The gardens in the front look nothing like your photos on your website,overgrown with weeds and no colorful flowers which I remember from years past. As for curb appeal there is none.If I ever needed storage this would not be my first choice.

I’ve rented a unit for the summer as a university student to store my belongings for the past 3 years and vaultra is always my go to. Celia is incredible and makes everything easy, could not possibly say enough about the wonderful customer service here. She is stellar at her job & has assisted me personally to ensure my needs were met; her service is the reason for my constant return and satisfaction. Absolutely recommend for any storage needs. I used to respect this company as they have always had friendly staff members and have accommodated my storage needs for years, recently I have found my experience with vaultra storage to be very unwelcoming as the new male manager seems to be very ignorant when dealing with myself and my family mainly towards women. I used to enjoy visiting the site to access my storage unit as I am a prominent member of nearby “buy & sell” communities in the GTA, now after having several visits to this location I feel that I will be looking into storing my items elsewhere, do not use this location as you will be put down and belittled thanks!
