Great for business as I can access 24 hrs. Very clean property and staff is very helpful. Units are alarmed so my equipment is safe. During winter the snow is always plowed. They also have heated storage which is great for my product and equipment that can't freeze.

Hence why I wouldn’t give any more than a four star to any storage facility. They don’t take any responsibility for anything really. Just rent you a spot and that’s it Rest is up to you and your insurance I guess. But if you are looking for storage space. This is a great company to deal with

Just visited the public storage march 25 around 3:30pm. Looks like a great place, the way I was signed up and all was a good professional manner. Was greeted by a very polite man with a lot of good advice and knowledge. He showed me the indoor climate control unit I preferred and it’s a very clean unit. I will use this place again if I need the storage, so far my experience has been good, although it’s only the first day I used it. Much better, cleaner and better secured than a previous place I used twice in the past.

We sold our house August 2014. We planned to travel and needed to store all our belongings. We checked out a few storage facilities and all, but Public Storage, had a faint to strong musty smell. Public storage is well ventilated, clean and easily accessible. We paid for a year and got a month free. We intend to do the same for another year. We would recommend Public Storage.

I had a very positive experience with Public Storage in Woodstock. The team in Woodstock went above and beyond to hold a spot for me to put my motorhome until it was done being worked on. I had no idea as to when it would go into storage , but with continuous contact with the Woodstock employees my spot was there when I needed it. When it came time to finally put the unit in storage, the Woodstock team was very easy to work with and explained the paperwork with ease. Thanks to all !

I used this facility 4 years ago for at least a year and now I'm back after checking other options, I came back to this facility because it's very clean, easy to access and I really like the indoor loading/unloading space! And BONUS!!!! The customer service is super awesome! I dealt with Jana 4 years ago, I was so happy to see that Jana is still there with all the same enthusiasm! I cant say enough about Jana. Customer service doesn't get any better!! I was very impressed yesterday as Jana was very busy and processed myself and another customer both at the same time, while another customer arrived at the door, and the phone constantly ringing. Saving all 3 of us and the customer at the door allot of valuable time!!! Every business needs a Jana!!!

We’ve been using this place for several year, for both inside and outside storage. The staff have always been beyond excellent and go above and beyond to help us if we ever need. Public Storage HQ is why I won’t leave 5 stars. I know they’ve received many requests to make the signing up process easier, especially for returning clients. Our information is already in your system, why not create a platform for the forms to be populated with our basic info at the least, or make it transferable. There are way too many forms to begin with, but to have to go thru it all over and over again when we know you have everything already doesn’t make sense. The only reason you didn’t loose more stars is because your staff are that awesome.

First off, let me begin by saying I have never used a storage facility. Now that I have, I will never use any other than Public Storage. The staff here were very friendly, attentive and helpful. In fact on one occasion I accidentally left my storage unit unlocked. The very next time I accessed my unit, the staff immediately approached and informed me of my mistake. This showed that the staff regularly checked each unit and gave me peace of mind and reassurance that my valuables were safe. I can't say enough great things about Jana and Public Storage. I used their facility 3 years ago, had a great experience and am now renting a storage unit again. The building is easily accessible, clean, well lit with an inside unloading area. There are carts that you can unload your items onto and quickly get to your unit, while staying out of the rain or snow. Jana is amazing. She is customer focused, has a sense of humour, knows the business and products and above all is patient. I have had to change my move-in date multiple times and she continues to assure me that this is not a problem. I rented at another storage place 10 years ago and would not go back. Public Storage, and Jana, treat their customers with respect and care.

I had my storage broke into. Someone scoped it out and knew what was inside (that part most likely has nothing to do with the company). After this happened, I found out that the security cameras just so happened to not work. So if you are looking for a secure storage unit, I'd 100% recommend not using this location.

I have been to others where the lanes are gravel and dirt and trying to access during rain and snow is very messy. After I no longer needed it, it was simple to cancel and costs were prorated to just my use time. Excellent customer service.

Easy to move in and just as easy to move out. Pricing was reasonable. Also the staff is very informative and open to cut prices if paying in advance. I had an outdoor unit and my items looked the same when I took them out as they did the day I put them in. Then units and facility is very secure with each unit having its own alarm. I never had a worry about my unit and belongings with security and offered insurance.

Their rates are fantastic, the building is nice and clean with an interior loading area and the staff are friendly and very helpful. I tell them I should be back in town around this time and they let me come in and get cought back up without throwing my stuff out of until. Maybe a little costly,,,but great place

I have a climate controlled unit here and although its a little pricey, the building is always very clean and well maintained. The ladies at the desk are always helpful and friendly. I have no worries leaving my belongings in this storage unit as it is very secure!

First time we have used a storage facility. Staff have been extremely helpful with suggestions to meet our needs initially to reserve units and making even better arrangements when space became available. All of our questions and possible concerns were answered. Jennifer was able to answer the multitude of questions that our home insurance company had. After honest discussions with her we decided to go with the insurance that Public Storage has for our household contents during our move. At no time did we feel that our interests were compromised for the sake of just renting a unit to us. All staff have been friendly and helpful. Our unit is easy to access, secure and clean. Movers brought our furniture out today, middle of March. It was easy to find and manoeuvre within. Clean washrooms for them. Got a call an hour later from staff who were doing a routine check of the lockers. We hadn’t locked it up properly. Went back and they reviewed how to do it right. Wow. A real good feeling about leaving our household furniture stored here. Thanks very much ladies.????????????
