From the moment I spoke to Tonya I knew everything would be fine. Kind, helpful and so professional are the words I would use to describe her. A very professional company with such wonderful and honest people. The men were very careful with my furniture ,upbeat and smiling and so very courteous. My mother is 86 years old and she is still talking about the service we got from Fred's ... I would highly recommend them ... they are Brantford's #1 movers ... I can't say enough good things about them. If I ever move again I am calling Fred's for sure ... and if anyone I know is moving I am telling them to call Fred's for the BEST SERVICE in Brantford ... for sure Brantford's #1 ... excellent movers and the best move I have ever had. Moving is so stressful but not if you use Fred's - they take the stress and worry away big time. Thank you boys for a great and worry free move.

I used Fred's Storage for my move because they were recommended to me by someone. They showed up with a very small truck, which made it necessary that make two trips. The individuals they sent to move the stuff were highly unprofessional, and did not take care of our possessions in any way; they seemed more intent on making it all fit into one trip than actually taking the time to pack properly. Perhaps if I don't think we have a piece of wooden furniture that made it through the move without being damaged. There was even one cabinet that they tried to hide behind some boxes because the damage was so extensive, and other things we found later were damaged as well. The owner gave us a slight discount on the cost, but it just didn't make up for the bad experience overall.

I asked them to move my stuff and they left everything at the dumpster of my apartment building. When I called them back, they offered to rectify the problem but never did. I got charged a disposal fee from my building and I have yet to hear from them. It's been a year now

I, without an ounce of hesitation, recommend the gentlemen at Fred's moving. Today was the second time we've used their services and just when we thought we couldn't be happier with the service we received during the last move, the guys exceeded our expectations again! Ted, Ed and Mike were outstanding. They laugh, joke and make you smile during one of the most stressful days a home owner can go through, even in 41 degree weather. They remained professional and worked like dogs to ensure the day went smoothly and our personal items were taken care of. Fortunately, but unfortunately, this will not be the last time we use you! See you again in May - steel furniture and all lol ????

I have found the staff at Fred's to be just excellent all the way around and the movers could not have worked harder! I will be honest in saying I had a couple small items broken, but I probably should have put the very delicate and important items in my personal vehicle, and that is what i would recommend to anyone who has sentimental items. They can never guarantee what they didn't pack. Btw, to the lady that was upset that she was packed up by 11am and charged until her house closed at 5pm... what would you expect? The truck is loaded and cannot be unloaded. You pay for the truck and the men. They are on hold for you until close just like you are. Be glad they didn't put your things on the front lawn and say "Good Luck" like some movers might. these guys are professional and fair.

The moving team showed up on time and worked hard to complete my move. They were very accommodating and helpful. They took good care of my furniture and crates, nothing was damaged. I had some heavy stuff and lots of stairs, they never complained! I would highly recommend them for any move. The price was fair and reasonable.

When called, there was alot of hymming and hawing. All I wanted was 1 cabinet moved from house to the other and I got ignorance and unsure of their job with an unknown cost. Not very professional.

We had booked a local mover to move my senior mother. They did not show up on moving day. After some frantic calling, Fred’s sent Austin & Eric after they finished another job to save the day! They were awesome! Thank you Fred’s Moving!

These clowns think it's standard practice to call you and ask to move your moving date and wonder why you start to question there ability to understand why you booked a date to begin with ?! Then whine endlessly that you questioned them...anyone can move a piece of furniture..common sense isn't very common. Sorry I hurt your feelings.

Am extremely disappointed with this mover. They damaged most of my furniture during a move in April 2021. They refuse to communicate or cover the costs of the damage. Avoid this company.

Cannot say enough about the excellent work, professionalism and positive attitude I have seen with the Fred's team. They even hauled a couch over the balcony to the second storey only to lower it back down when I decided it did not look right. The latter on a different day and at no additional charge. Their care and kindness set them apart from any other moving company and they will certainly be my number one mover in the next community awards. Well done Fred's you are the definition of customer service and excellent value!!!!

Great movers have used them bunch of time over the years and have always came on time and got the job done just as they did today would recommend them ???? and was surprised when they asked if I thought they did a good job to leave a good review so after doing so I read some of the bad ones and cant believe the guys I got would do what they are saying but I guess not everybody can't be pleased

Buyer beware! Low estimate to get your business and high final price after the move leaves you no option. Do yourself a favour and get an honest estimate elsewhere. Not recommended.
