My Storage unit got broken into after a month of being there. The customer service is garbage as well, very hard to get a hold of anyone that knows anything. The cost of shipping your storage container is upwards of $4000 which is insane. They also raised the monthly storage price without letting me know. Annoyed to say the least.

The staff were friendly and courteous. They were very accommodating with regards to the time frame of when I needed the cube. Cubeit is extremely organized with the on line forms to complete and the emails that followed as well as the reminder calls on the day of the delivery. The cube was delivered within the time frame slotted, it was clean and ready to use with a brand new one time lock specifically for my cube.Our experience ordering the cube was so convenient and helpful for our reno. I would highly recommend this company and as well I would certainly use Cubeit again in the future.
