After a quick phone call and visit to the Cederland office, Ede set up a meet and greet to view the locker I chose, on her own time, just before opening the facility, at 101-Wayne Gretzky site! A Very professional and thorough presentation was given of all the info I was required to be aware of for use of the facility. She also gave me a tip about her "Amazing" cohorts, Lindsay and Tabitha. They lived up to Ede's word. Nice to be welcomed back as a client again!! THANKS staff at both locations in Brantford. :-)

The staff are helpful and always ready to offer suggestions. Payments are easy to do online or they also offer monthly billing. Thank you to all the staff in making my transition easly.

This is my second time renting a unit at access storage. The first time I had an amazing experience that’s why I went back when I needed another unit. The lady told me that I couldn’t get the “4 free weeks “ because of availability? Will not be using in the future if I need any storage units I will go else where .

Got a quote from this place Friday afternoon looking for a unit for this winter. Spoke to a very professional lady there I believe her name was tabitha. Was very impressed with her knowledge and her upbeat personality. Would highly recommend access storage reasonable rates and friendly personalities.

After 4 hrs of phone conversations where the employee I spoke to insulted me, 3 1/2 hrs after they took my money, I finally got a code to start putting things in my locker. An employee, after I'd been given a card with a number to call, came out of the office, even though she could clearly see I was on the phone, still started knocking on my car window to tell me I didnt follow her instructions properly and didnt call ext 2. I was on the phone with the company already so she shook her head in disgust and gave me a look before walking back in the office shaking her head. I will not go back as long as these employees are allowed to get away with treating customers like that. COVID or not 4 hrs to get a unit is unreasonable .Steer clear of the Wayne Gretzky parkway location. Park rd location is very nice though.

The office staff here are very friendly, Lindsay gave me a warm welcome to the storage building & a very informative walk through of the building & showed me how everything works. All in all a great first day experience. Going to be moving my stuff in soon, happy I chose this place. Good vibes. Secure, Heated climate control & they provide dollies. Bonus: This storage facility is extra extra secure as it is opposite of the brantford police station, great location planning guys! ???? 5 stars.

Ede and her team always provide top notch customer service. They accept deliveries on behalf of our company and let us know when something new arrives. Most storage facilities that I've used in the past say they'll accept deliveries for you, but then reject the package if they don't feel like dealing with it. We've been a tenant at Access for about 1.5 years now, and I don't think we've had a single missed delivery. Ede has even held packages in the office if there isn't room in our locker. I can't recommend this place enough.

Ede went above and beyond to find the perfect storage unit for us, and was always happy to help, and take time to answer questions, as were Lindsay and Tabitha. They all were were always happy to help anyway they could. we also felt the building was always safe and secure for us dropping off our stuff, and we always felt our stuff would be safe there also. It was always clean, and well lit, and we knew Ede cared that this was so. The rental prices are very good too. Thanks Ede, Lindsay and Tabitha, VERY MUCH, for helping make one part of our move less stressful!!

I like it so far, but I do have one thing myself and my sister were there not to long ago. But she almost fell inside the door. We didn’t realize that there was a dip in the floor when we walked in. She almost fell, so I was wondering if there could be a light when we first walk in. There are motion sensors lights but not just inside the door it’s to dark. Thank you

What a breath of fresh air in these covid times???? I am a senior in hopefully in the last move of my life, feeling a lot of stress with getting a mover, packing and finding storage ???? that was taken away when I walked into Access storage on Gretzky. On entering the store I was greeted very warmly by Lindsey and Tabitha who asked all the right questions to put me at ease, their customer service was above and beyond. I had a tour of the facility and was assured that they will contact me before my move to get my unit. Was a great experience. Last minute due to covid all moving plans moved up one week. My unit was clean and ready to move belongings in. I was able to come and go when needed. Price was great 1st month at 1/2 price. Pretty steep second month especially when I was out 2 weeks early and no refund, so be sure of dates when booking. Everything went smooth.

I rented a 10 x 10 heated unit for 2 months this winter. The first month was free which was a great incentive. The unit and facility are nice and clean and the staff were very kind, professional and helpful. Unfortunately the supplies they sell are more expensive then at Home Depot or Lowe's but overall, if you are in a jam, they have lots of boxes, packaging and other moving accessories there on site. I would use this storage facility again and would recommend them.

What a great experience I had with the staff at the Brantford location, this was my first time using a storage facility. The two ladies both stood up to greet me when I entered the office with smiling faces and a big HELLO. This was a unexpected experience which told me immediately,they know how to welcome customers and that they are aware of the importance of customer service. They answered all my questions explaining the whole system and made it very easy to understand. While I like that the facility is easy to access and kept very clean, I do have one complaint, or two. I don't like that the payment cycle is every four weeks instead of once a month. We sometimes have to pay twice in the same month which can be hard on the budget. Also, the price for our unit has increased by $40.00 in less than two years.

Access Storage is in a great location on the Wayne Gretzky Parkway - easy to access. The staff were very accommodating; as well as the Online Order desk. Everything went very smoothly - no suprises during a very stressful time. I would highly recommend Access Storage; we have used the location in Windsor as well and received the same accommodating service.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating, they made the process quick and easy. The only problem I have is that there is only 1 loading door for the inside units. we had to wait for 45 minutes to be able to unload our stuff.

Beware they are very , expensive and money hungry tyrants, (Money Gougers). You will have no problem finding better storage locations at a more reasonable cost. These guys will not flex at all. If your a day or so late into another month, you will pay for another month, where other companies are user friendly, and only charge for the additional days. I have a job that requires moving on a regular basis, so believe me, I know the difference.
