I'm moving my stuff after a bad breakup and the staff made things so much easier for me and were so so friendly and accomodating, it really took the stress out of thus part of my move. Also they didn't judge me about not knowing how to use a padlock so that's a plus ???? I would 100% use you guys in the future

We were using store and save for over two years with no problems. We paid extra $5 a month for 24 hour access because we stored our expensive Shelby Mustang. Recently there were issues with the key pads not working and the gate was stuck open for over a week. ( not good for security). We have been locked out of our unit three times after 11:00 even though we pay extra. Finally had enough and moved our car to Fort Henry. Closer to home and cheaper with free 24 hour access. Bye bye Store and Save.

Don't even think about looking anywhere else for your storage needs. Anyone can construct buildings to hold your precious belongings, but only a small percentage can provide the customer service level that Ede and her team at Access Storage have provided me over these past 10 days. I felt stuck in a "tough spot" needing to move my things & a vehicle, immediately & REMOTELY, in two stages. Sounded impossible! BUT on both occasions the call was met with professionalism, eagerness to help. They provide me recommendations & resources to help me and most importantly ----COMPASSION. (something we all crave for these days) They made what I thought was impossible, not only possible, but also pleasant, with ease and grace. Words cannot describe the level of gratitude I have. Good location. Don't buy a lock from there though. We did and we had to pay a locksmith to take it off. The price goes up $10. a month every year. It's a storage facility.

Great place to store. Staff is knowledge, met Lindsay and Ede. We thought we needed storage because our house sold. We saw some unit sizes, we bought some packing supplies. We were lucky and got into the new house. If we need storage in the future, we will be back to Store-N-Save/Access on Park Rd North. Thanks for the advise on packing Ladies, it really helped.

Excellent service and really clean units! I felt so welcomed when I went in to sign the papers for the storage unit. I dealt with Ede and she was absolutely amazing, she went above and beyond to even walk me down to my storage unit to show me exactly where it was! Even when I went to the unit a few days later Ede was working again and had the biggest smile and waived as we went in and again when we left! Now that's what I call excellent service! I will gladly recommend this place! Thank again Ede!

Although I never booked a unit with Ede, she contacted me weekly, working diligently to find me a unit for my upcoming move. Eventually finding one coming up at another Access Storage location.
