I move a lot. 13 times in less than 10 years. 2soldiersmoving is by far the best movers I have ever used. They are fast and communicate very well. The guys were hilarious and actually had personalities. Made the move fun and easy going even after I made them go up and down stairs with the heaviest piece of furniture by accident. LOL. I would HIGHLY recommend. Thanks guys. You rock!

There quote was 100% dead on and they even went out of their way to use their own money and bought pizza for me and my family that were also there. I highly recommend them.

I hired 2 Soldiers to move my household from Brantford to Hamilton. They arrived early... one good thing. First problem they would not take my TV, (even though I had discussed it with the person on the phone and they insured me it would be taken....they left a lot of items behind in the house and garage/shed. Said they didn't have room. I have NEVER run across this before and I have moved alot. I had to hire someone else to finish the job. Nothing like having to hire movers after movers to finish the job. Upon unpacking, lots of broken items, scratched furniture and broken glass. I know some things can get broken in a move... but not to this extent. A cabinet (been in my family for over 100 years)with two doors on it, one door the glass was missing which we had discussed...after the move the second door glass was missing... they didnt say a word about it, had even cleaned up the pieces of glass maybe hoping I wouldn't notice? except there were small pieces of glass at the back of the cupboard... if you know you broke something own up to it...don't hide it. Boxes were piled 4 and 5 high, though marked glass/fragile.... I am afraid to continue opening boxes as to what I will find....I was very disappointed in this company....and would not recommend them at all. Did talk to the head guy on moving day with my complaints, he said they would get back to me... never happened. I do have to say that the two younger men doing the grunt work were very polite

Excellent service. I highly recommend them. They showed up on time. Took great care of our furniture. Where helpful and enthusiastic in their work. They worked hard and did not waste any time. Very professional. It was a very hot day and due to Covid they had to wear masks all the time, they never complained once. Nolan and Carlo were awesome - we could have never done the move as quickly or efficiently without their help. They were extremely accommodating with the quirky situation of us moving next door and not being able to get the key till later in the day. They powered through the total of 9 hours and just kept going till the job was done. And on top of it all...they brought coffee...twice. Plus, it was also fantastic that part of their fee is donated to Wounded Warriors Canada. Way to go guys!

In the last 5 years, I have moved a total of 4 times. Each time, I did the move on my own as I was hesitant to hire movers due to negative stories I have read online. This time, I was moving into a larger, new build detached home, so I decided to give 2 Soldiers Moving a try after doing research online and seeing the many positive reviews. I must say, I regret not hiring them for all of my previous moves! The experience was nothing less than 5 stars. Both Ryker and Shawn were assigned to my moving job. They were respectful, professional, and very enthusiastic. Though the moving process can be quite tiring and stressful, these two provided many laughs and were genuinely positive. I also communicated with Nolan and Deanna on the back end to organize and finalize the moving process. Both were great as well, and I appreciated how quick and easy the communication process was. I highly recommend this company! If you are looking for a moving company that is professional and handles your things with great care, 2 Soldiers Moving is hands down the best option!

HORRIBLE COMPANY Asked for a quote, was sent an email telling me that my date was available and asking for photos of the items (for insurance/quote purposes). I sent the photos back in a day, and am told that my move date is no longer available, I can have a booking 2 weeks out??? Moves are apparently scheduled "first come first served"?? PARDON ME FOR PRESUMING I HAD BEEN SERVED, because apparently I was not!

Nolan and Will, who did the actual move, turned what was a very emotional time for me into a stress-free, dare I say "enjoyable" experience. I couldn't believe it when they saw an old family picture tucked into a corner, and asked about it. They had noticed a photo of my grandfather, in uniform, taken during World War I. We then had a chat about my other family members who served in the Boer War, and WW II. These guys epitomize the best qualities as movers - and people. The guys worked their asses off and were very professional and respectful (just what you would expect from ex-military). Nolan and his team were polite, respectful and efficient. They carefully wrapped various pieces of furniture and pictures to ensure nothing was damaged. They reassembled furniture as necessary at the new location. Even though it was a 10-12 hour day, their energy never seemed to waver and they worked as hard and efficiently at the start as they did at the end of the day. Also, they managed to get a few pieces of furniture on another load to my home in another city and I found them to be as professional, efficient and friendly as with the initial move. They came in with blankets to cover the floors to keep the slushy snow to a minimum, they wrapped everything and were very careful to not bang doorways or walls while moving our furniture. When I moved from Brantford I was so busy working out the details of my new house that somehow in the stress and paperwork I forgot I had to get my things there and rushed last minute. Full disclosure I did try another moving company first but I was quoted over double what 2 soldiers did. I come from a military family (never served myself) and checked out their website. They hire vets donate a portion of proceeds to a program called wounded warrior that helps out vets coming home address and transition from the horrors of war back to civilian life. Above everything that I’ve mentioned so far they were accommodating on time and would get back to me with any questions I may have had generally the same day. When the packed and moved my belongings they took great pride in their work treating my belongings as if they were packing their own. When they arrived my belongings were in the exact shape they were in before they packed them. Also they were more then happy to move my things exactly where I would have liked them. The only regret I have is that I didn’t write this review sooner. Friendly punctual respectful economical.... couldn’t ask for more...

Soldiers Moving moved me August 22. These guys were incredible! The move was seamless. My packing wasn’t the greatest. These guys took the time to wrap up fragile items and anything of value. They were careful with all of my belongings. I asked if they could move a large unwanted cupboard from my basement and bring it to the garage. We recently used used 2 Soldiers Moving for a move of a large 16 piece room dining room suite to a nearby property to accommodate a renovation at our house. Although it was a small, limited distance move, the Company met our schedule and worked quickly and efficiently with care to avoid damage. Staff wrapped all pieces (except chairs) for protection and carefully disassembled pieces when necessary, reassembling them at the new location. The cost was very competitive and exactly reflective of the rates quoted - no surprises. The company also donates a portion of the fee to Wounded Warriors Canada - a great charity. We have no hesitation in recommending the use of this company.

This was the very first time I had ever used a moving company and I must say, I would recommend 2soldiers to anyone. They were amazing from start to finish. Booking with them was so easy, and they were super quick! One of my pieces of mirrored furniture had cracked in the truck on the way to the new house. When the movers identified the crack, they immediately took care of it. They loaded the item back on their truck so they could get it fixed by one of their own guys. They would not even allow us to pay for the move until they brought my furniture back to me fixed. Not only did they bring it back in less than a week completely perfect, they also fixed a door on the furniture that was previously broken from years ago. If you are in need of someone to move you, you could do no better than to use 2 Soldiers Moving! They recently moved my husband and I from a 3rd floor walk up apartment down to the ground floor in the next building. Not only did they move us quickly and efficiently, but they did it with just 2 guys!! My respect knows no bounds as we had a lot of boxes and some fairly heavy furniture too! Nolan and Garcia took great care of all our possesions and made sure to carefully wrap the breakables. Nolan's estimate was also accurate to what he quoted as to how long the move would take. The fact that this company is made up of active and retired military also made a big impact for me, since the military is and has been a large part of my whole family's life. 2 Soldiers moving did a lot of things that other movers did not. They really care about customer service, and whether you were satisfied with the move. They also ask for information that other moving companies do not, such as pictures before hand and keep in contact with you through the process, to eliminate wasted time, and get you moved as quickly as possible. Super fast and friendly, clean and professional. I also did not have to wait for their arrival, and they moved me in a speed! Recommend highly!

Really liked the owner. There were a couple of broken items, which to be fair, I never even brought up to them afterwards. The final bill was a couple hundred more than the estimate, but there was a 2 hour drive. Since I never received a final invoice I'm left to assume that I was billed for time on a faulty truck they rented and returned. Much better than the horror stories you here about moving companies, and I should have contacted them immediately when I saw broken items. The blame is equal.

These guys were amazing! Called their office on SUPER short notice for unloading and Cassandra was nice (3 other companies had laughed and were not) and said she’d see what she could do. She called back and since our timing was unknown said to keep in touch-she even followed up when I lost track of time! Nolan and Garcia showed up and stayed til almost 10pm unloading!?! They were polite friendly and efficient. They honestly were the only part of our move that went smoothly! They offered to stay for OT to finish 1/2 a truck that was left but we were done so Nolan offered us to call the office and arrange w Cassandra for less than the 3 hr minimum if we couldn’t unload it over the next day or so, to be squeezed in between jobs. Absolutely amazing and genuine people! True lifesavers!

I contacted 2 Soldiers Moving based out of Brantford ON. about 3 weeks prior to my move. Received a phone call from Nolan the same day and explained that I had about a dozen or so pieces of furniture, electronics, a king size bed and a freezer to move to a new residence. We were moving a short distance from one place to another in Mississauga. Nolan explained their rates which I felt was affordable, and said that the move would take about 2 hours and that it wouldn't be a problem. We set the date and time and said he would contact me just prior to moving day to confirm. Received a text from Nolan a few days prior to moving day to confirm, and changed the start time (they were okay with that with no issues) to 11am, as I had booked the elevator in the building. Nolan and Carlo arrived on moving day on time and were shown what needed to be moved. It was explained that my 55 inch TV would need to arrive in one piece, or I would be coming to their home to watch the NHL playoffs. Nolan said I would be watching the game from the comfort of my living room that night. About 50 minutes later, the truck was loaded with my TV and another one wrapped in blankets. I was confident the move was getting done right. They followed me to the new residence prior to the elevator booking and there was another mover ahead of us blocking the ramp. Nolan and Carlo unloaded the small pieces of our stuff and began to take it upstairs. Once the other movers had moved, they moved the larger items quickly and efficiently. Overall, it took them a little under 3 hours (with the delay of the other movers) and I'm sure they would've been at 2 hours without the delay. I was very pleased with the overall experience with Two Soldiers Moving, and would recommend or use them in a heartbeat again. They were quick, hard working, personable and efficient. As a side note, they donate to the Wounded Warrior Foundation with part of the money they receive from each move, which is very admirable and has incited my wife and I to donate a little extra. Thanks again guys. We will definitely keep you in mind in the future.
