Smart movers Canada is the most trustworthy and reliable moving company I have dealt with in my many years of moving experience. Office staff did a great job quoting me and responding to all my inquiry in a prompt manner. Team of 3 movers arrived on time and were very professional. Movers protected everything, they treated my items and my home with great care, and have awesome customer service as well. From my own experience I found them very committed, skilled, organized and affordable. Overall, I'm very pleased with Smart Movers. I researched many moving companies and spoke with some of them, but every time it was something wrong. Some of them were very expensive, another didn't have availability, lots of them seemed as unprofessional at all. I spent more time and found smart movers. The lady on the phone was very knowledgeable and personalized. She put a very good impression by explaining everything in details and took time to review the prices with me. That was very nice and professional. I decided to go with them. On the moving day, three movers arrived right on time with large truck and their equipment and supplies. The movers were very nice and experienced. They packed all my stuff carefully and then loaded onto the truck. I was especially impressed how easy they handled with bulky and heavy furniture. They were absolutely awesome and skilled. All process was very organized and efficient. I sincerely thank them for making my move so smooth. They truly deserve this recommendation.

We recently received a service from Smart Movers Canada. The whole experience from the beginning to the end was very impressive. Movers showed up on time, were very nice and efficient. They packed all our stuff, were very gentle with it and nothing was broken. At my new place they unpacked the furniture and brought it up to the main floor / upstairs / downstairs. We have used Smart Brampton Movers three times now and the service has always been amazing. We have a lot of expensive furniture and they were very careful with your belongings every time. Moreover our piano was handled very gently and professionally. Everything was packed and wrapped up very nicely. Movers were efficient, friendly and hardworking. This time I was very cautious and called a number of companies and asked them too many question. Reception at Smart Movers was very courteous and answered all my questions patiently. Hello everyone. So we got contact to this movers company off the internet. We had a WHOLE house to move and it was amazing how efficient and good these guys were. Hubba and Stef we absolutely phenomenal. We've never had a good experience with a moving company because they either over charge you or there is always something scratched or broken but can't believe how well these two guys by themselves were extremely cautious with our stuff especially all our antiques and they were really quick with what they did. Moved from a basement . No boxes, 1 king bed plus dresser 1 queen bed plus dresser 1 couch 1 tv stand 2 side tables 2 shelves (not alot of stuff at all). Guys came asked if I wanted wrap I said just the beds as it was snowing that day they said they wrap the dressers as well so the drawers won't fall out. ONE hour later only thing in the truck is 1 couch meanwhile both guys are still "wrapping". I called two of my buddies and I started lifting my own furniture out of the basement since these guys were obviously trying to milk it. I told them this isn't an all day move we need to pick up the pace here. Took em almost another hour just to pack the truck. For starters both guys that came seemed like nice guys so that's not an issue. The issue is these guys are paid hourly after the first 2 hours so they slow right down and it's so blatant and obvious. Even my old man was trying to figure out how wrapping can take so long. All in all a good service but they need to stop milking the customers and just do the job. A move as small as mine should not have taken 4 hours. And we even lifted half the stuff out for them to speed up.

Pathetic and lie Movers !! I had booked this company by reading the reviews last week (which now I have realised are fake) and it was pain in ass. I never thought of writing reviews in such a way but they the way they did move enforced me to write it and help people not to spend their hard earned money on such a unprofessional/dumb movers. They broke my furniture and then they are like... "sign the paper that u agree that I will not hold movers responsible for these items Otherwise we will not move (this is in the middle of move when half of stuff is loaded in truck)".....I had no option but to sign that paper and make them move.....out of 2 guys one guys is over phone after every 20 mins ..and when I asked him about time constraints they are like this is our boss over phone... how come they can waste 20 mins for smoking cigarettes downstairs but for extra 5 mins they are charging half an hour charge..when I called their Management they completed responded in a negative manner. Finally I had to call my friends and ask for help to complete move to get rid of these basterds !! Guys even if u require to spend little more money..go with professional movers. Never recommend this movers !!!!!?
