We hired Mandy and Prabh from Raptor movers to help us move from Downtown to Markham. Not only they offered us a competitive quote, but they were extremely professional and diligent right from the point of arriving at pick up location on time, wrapping some of our fragile items, loading and unloading our stuff and finally completing the job within the stipulated hours. We would recommend their services and would hire them again if we have to.

The main dent was that their boss calculated the fee based on his estimated hours. It turned out his guys finished earlier by 1hour and half, for this he should charge for the actual hours they took to move.

Moving houses is the tedious thing to do. To have a stress free move you need a good mover and packers who can help you. I found one viz. Raptor movers. I used their services to move from a 4 Bedroom house to 4 Bedroom house, the move was smooth, because everything went as per plan. They showed up on time, the actual time for entire move was as per the estimates they provided. No damage to any items or houses. They dismantled , packed, moved and assembled the furniture exactly where I needed. I recommend going with them. To have smooth moving - ask them to visit your place, get an estimate of time and money, confirm date and time (always try for the first slot of the day, there will be no delays, mine started at 6:30 am) , go by their instructions for move and you are good to go.

Our family moved on 15 th of May 15 mins down the road in Brampton and we decided to hire Raptor Movers for this job after examine of many companies on Kijiji and Craigslist and marking out raptors from all of them according to their previous customer reviews. We are very happy with our decision to work with them. Pre-move: From the first meeting with KD we were impressed with his thoroughness and willingness to help us. He was prompt with his estimates and lived up to the expectations he set for response times with communications, etc.. We rented some rigid plastic crates and we bought some moving supplies from Raptor movers and they were delivered on time prior to moving day as promised. Moving Day: The crew showed up on time, laid down their runner mats and got to work immediately. Our crew was made up of prabh,guri and karan(hope I got their names right). They each introduced themselves and were very friendly, had positive attitudes and were helpful all throughout the day. These guys kept their pace up and didn't slow down as the day went on. Everything was wrapped up safely and packed securely. They were able to fill every cubic foot of that truck - my wife and I were amazed. The crew worked very well together, were clean, respectful and there was no colorful language, etc. either. Once they loaded the truck up they drove to the new place, laid down the runners again and got started unpacking.they also packed most of our fragile furniture and wrapped the remaining to protect from damage or scratches.me and my husband notice the movers were working without any breaks and hence we order food for them so they had a 20 mins break and started working right after they finish the food.the job was done in 10 hrs but we paid for 8 hrs of labour plus truck fees. Negatives: None. That said, if there was anything that was unexpected or out of line with my initial expectations, it was that one of their trucks had broken down so the crew had a smaller one than was initially supposed to come. As such, they had to do an extra trip. However, company took responsibility for all this and did not charge for the time of the second trip which was a very fair way to deal with it so I can't even say it was a "negative" experience. Summary: The day was uneventful which, to me, means it was amazing. I can't say I've been able to say that about any moves I've done myself in the past. Nothing was damaged or lost and everything was done within the estimated timeline. Several times during the day my husband and I would step back and comment to each other how good these guys are at what they do. Overall we paid 986$(917 $ for the move and rest for the supplies) for the whole move including the moving supplies and cost for rental plastic boxes.All in all, it was a great experience working with the team of Raptor movers and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to any friends or family of mine in future moves.Keep up doing the good work Raptor movers ????

I had expected that services working on an hourly rate would go slow and delay as much as possible to get more hours, but Raptors were not like that at all. I don't normally write reviews, but wth with these people they are THIEFS. WHEN I ASKED WHY I HAD TO PAY MORE THAN IT WAS QUOTED THEY DIDN'T GIVE ME A CLEAR REASON, I LOST A LOT OF MONEY WITH THEM. Raptor Movers were amazing! They showed up on the day of the move on time and brought their truck. Within 5 minutes of being there they had already started loading stuff into the truck. The team of 4 was very respectful of our space and our items. They disassembled our large furniture (beds, shelves etc.) and wrapped it in plastic. They laid down matts and runners all over our house to minimize any mess. They even brought their own tape to close any loose/open boxes we might have had. When we got to the new house, they laid down the runners again and quickly got a run down of where each of the rooms were. They moved everything into the house into the correct rooms and nothing was misplaced or broken. They worked quickly and they charged us very reasonably. They made our move very easy, quick and painless. I would highly recommend them.

They are the best in business. On time, affordable and efficient. I moved my stuff from Mississauga to Ajax and these guys did it so well. Wrapping and unwrapping the furniture, carefully putting all the boxes in and out of truck and accomodating some loose items even though their policy is no loose items. Karen & Mehdi were very courteous throughout negotiations, they gave me most economical rates. I opted for fix quote as I had bad experience of moving previously where movers irritated & delayed packing to lengthen hours. But Karan & Mehdi were accommodative. I had used Raptor Movers for two of my moves and they were great. I coordinated with Karan and he was super helpful and very transparent. First day when the movers arrived, we had to reschedule at the last moment due to unforeseen issues from my end and the guys were so understanding and didn’t make any fuzz. I had planned to move from Brampton to Markham and I had confirmed a new date for the move with the guys and they happily obliged. In the mean time, I had to unfortunately exit out of my lease from the new place in Markham due to a lot of issues in the new place and had to move all my stuff to a storage. Karan gave a reference which was pretty great and I had got the storage for free as well. So the guys packed all the stuff in my home and moved everything to the storage facility. I along with my family then stayed in hotel for a week and half and continued the rental home hunt. After we found another new home in Markham, the guys helped move from the storage to the new home. For both the moves, the guys were so awesome and very professional. The pricing was also reasonable and they were extremely transparent with the invoicing, rates, services and coordination. More than that, the guys were very flexible to my needs, timing and planning. I would certainly recommend Raptor Movers to anyone. We had a need for a very large house move with the white-glove type of service. After interviewing and reviewing many moving companies we end-up selecting Raptor moving company as he sounded confident and very professional. Since this was a very large move, some of the team members arrived the day before and dismantled large objects, the rest arrived early the next morning and moved us with the help of three trucks and many hands. I recently hired Raptor Movers for a move from Toronto to Ottawa, based on the reviews online. I have had a bad experience with movers in the past so I was very hesitant. The Raptors Movers in particular KD- answered my calls and provided answers to my questions each and every time. On the day of the move, two movers arrived- Garry and Rooney right on time at 8:00 am. Throughout the entire move they had a positive attitude and handled all of our items with care. As we arrived in Ottawa, our Service Elevators were only available until 8:00 pm. They managed to move the larger items with the Service Elevator. However, after 8, once the Service Elevator was no longer available, they did not complain and made the best of the situation. They managed to unload our items within 2 hours. Overall, I would have to say that Raptor Movers are probably the best movers I have had thus far and I would highly recommend them to everyone! I rarely write reviews however, the price point, customer service and positive attitude far surpassed my expectations! Thank you for the great experience.

If you want the WORST MOVING EXPERIENCE OF YOUR ENTIRE LIFE, call up Raptor Movers! Called me the morning of my move saying they werent going to show up, begged them to come, they come and FORGOT MULTIPLE ITEMS AT MY OLD APARTMENT. You want to be yelled at and not have you phone calls returned? Hire Mandy and her men to not move your stuff in the agreed upon time, have no one return your phone calls for hours on end, and have her tell you to shut up and “listen to her” while she yells at you! Wow the worst day of my life and I have Mandy to thank for it! Three times I had to move back my agreed upon move out time. My move was schedule for 1, and they showed up at 5:30! They didn’t even have proper seatbelts for their men in the trucks! Three guys jumped out of the back when they arrived!!! Terrible terrible. I would never hire this company. All of their 5 star reviews are fake. Their photos are fake. Their men walked all throughout my house with their wet winter boots on. Never trust this company.

I would like to rate them a 2 only and only because of their reliability and the way they conduct business. I had them booked for my move almost 3 months back but when the day came in they never showed up on time. The truck was supposed to be at my place at 1 pm and they were late by 4.5 hours as their previous job took longer. The story doesnt end here, i kept calling the owner and he didnt even had the courtesy to pick up the phone and tell me an ETA. The only thing he was doing was to text me that he is trying. I had a same day closing and it was so stressful and traumatic which only me and my family can feel but these guys did show up and didnt bail out, moved my furniture till late night. The only reason i wont recommend them is they have too much on their plate and it is rather to book someone who is into quality than quantity.

I really was hoping that I would have been able to do business with them and post a positive review. Unfortunately, they were incredibly unprofessional. First of all, they are unresponsive, and only respond after hours of waiting, saying they will call back 5 minutes, when in fact, they do not call. They then make appointments, where I then reserved the elevator. No follow-up calls, no confirmations. An hour before the pickup, and still nothing. No responses to my texts for confirmations, and then 30 minutes after the appointed time, mentions they have truck problems and cannot come at that time. They then offered to bring it at a different time in the day with their second truck, causing me to reschedule the elevator for that time. Again, no follow-ups, no confirmations, and as the time approached, again, did not reply to my messages and refused to have the respect to answer the phone to tell me this information. Again, I get a text saying a clients house is bigger then they knew about and they would come at 8:45 (15 minutes before my elevator time ends). Once again, no further responses, the time came and went, and still no responses. These people are incredibly unresponsive, unprofessional, and I am rather surprised by the positive reputation I see here. I had to post this review of my experience. I hope this is truly not indicative of how they run their company, but this has been my experience, and it was absolutely terrible. Honestly, If I could rate it a zero, I would.

Karn was amazing to work with. He and his assistant were very patient and very professional with their services. We booked them last Wednesday for Thursday evening move. They had to move a king sized bedroom set, solid wood with marble top from my parents into our new home. To begin with, the bed set was extremely heavy and to be honest I didn’t think they would get it down the stairs. They lifted with ease and was very careful to not scuff the walls or damage the flooring. The real challenge was to bring the bedset up our stairs as we have straight narrow stairs. Somehow, they didn’t give up and they got it up with little to no damage. Any other mover would have given up or would have been disgruntled but these 2 gentlemen were very professional and did not show any frustration. Great movers would definitely recommend them and use their services again. Their pricing was great too and NO hidden fees. Thanks a lot Raptor moving!

Raptors movers were great help. we hired them at a very short notice and they did a great job. Three hard working guys came in and they were very respectful and careful about the things that needed care , in no time they moved everything into the truck and on the other side they put all the stuff where it was supposed to be .It was really raining hard but they worked very swiftly and carefully and helped us to move into our new house.

We called 1 month before to get flat rate estimate .someone came and gave us good professional advice to save some money and stress as we had some day closing. Very unprofessional, First they did not come on the agreed upon date because the truck broke down, so I understand that happens. but We were told they will give us a discount and will be there next day at 6PM, showed up at 8:30PM, the Driver especially was very rude and kept saying "this is so much work and it will kill our backs" and "Why dont you give us more work to do now". They were well informed of exactly what we wanted moved. and on top of that no discount was given for the day they never showed or when they were late. Update August 4th - Don't know what kind of business these guys are running, Clearly they see my name so referring to me as "Saboor Khan" don't know what games these clowes are playing. Right after the review went up the owner Karan contacted me as to why I posted the review and starting with discriminatory remarks. Prior to moving day Karan came and provided us with a quotation to have our stuff moved. They were true to their word, and we were not charged any extra or did not pay any hidden fees . I don’t understand how this company has good reviews. One of the worst experiences I have ever had from the start. They answer the phone after you call them multiple times. Don’t worry they will answer the first time but once they know your number they will start evading you until the moving date. Of course they didnt show up on my moving date and give the same excuses I saw on other bad reviews (truck broke down and needs to be towed) they said they can have it rescheduled so I did that as I really needed to move cause other people were moving in same day they cancelled again this time the excuse was the alternative truck is parked very far away and we can’t be there on time. How is this company still in business
