PROS: -Good price, compared to others -Alesia, the admin, was amazing. She is so patient and kind and will tend to all your needs. -Don and Rico are friendly and very strong CONS: -arrived very late -wasted a lot of time via taking the elevator to unnecessary floors, taking every red light. -broke 3 expensive frames, air conditioning unit, and top hinge on the front door. -7 hours to move a one bedroom apartment (400-500sqft): 4 hrs moving things out, 1 hr stop over to grab a couple furniture from a friend, 2 hrs bringing things to new apartment. Start and finish were on the third floor. A little odd, it took 4 hrs to take the stuff out and down from the first apartment and half the time to put the same stuff plus more in the next apartment. -I felt as though I was being taken advantage of so they can charge me for more hours (personal opinion) I understand that these are hard times, but I'm going with more honest movers next time.

This was my fifth move and my third time hiring moving help and I wish this company was around the last two times I moved. It would have saved me a lot of money, time and headache. Much better, much more professional and at a fraction of the cost. I don't usually leave reviews but you all are pretty impressive for a new company.

Company managed by energetic, motivated and hard working people. The biggest issue with moving companies is the trust - you are literally putting your most precious possesions in hands of strangers and Exodus is the company you can most definitely trust. Great communicators , they are very accomodating and have a great pricing. I am definitely using them with my next move.

Communication with the office was great, the cost to get the job done was sensible and we paid exactly as quoted. The movers came professionally outfitted and took pictures of everything before proceeding. Don was especially pleasant to deal with and directed the guys perfectly. No damage was done to the property or our pianos.

Carlos and Alfredo were extremely professional and timely in the move. They worked non-stop for an hour and a half and we're extremely cautious with the furniture. With covid, they were extremely safe and always had their masks and gloves on. Definitely using them again next time.
