The movers are courteous but speak a French and a very basic English quite difficult to be understood. The set # 1 was to pay close attention to the coffee table that is new from last week. I have said many opportunity to be very careful there and was told she was not heavy, yet the mover used a strap of move which left marks on the table they n had not covered before. When calling the owner of the company, it was announced that he has no insurance, it has not been cooperative and never offered solution. He accused us of wanting to avoid paying the move as we had prepaid and never asked for a refund, only to send someone to repair the brands. Moreover, one of his own movers confessed to us seeing his colleague make the marks on the table with the strap. We moved only 2 appliances, 2 mattresses, a bed base, the coffee table and boxes since we bought new furniture that would be delivered directly to our new address. On the phone we got angry spouse and the owner hung up on him, in addition to block Facebook (where we found the company) to avoid bad comments on their page. We have not had either bill, the owner told us she had been left on the couch but we have not moved from the couch. We do not recommend this company at all. Frankly, for the price paid (we were told it was 3 hours minimum, and $ 85 / hr for 3 movers. In the end, the move took 3 hours but we instructed 4h, and the total rose to 400 $), we will deal with real professionals next time. (Original) Mon conjoint et moi avons fait affaire avec cette compagnie pour déménager et nous ne sommes pas du tout satisfaits du service que nous avons reçu. Les déménageurs sont courtois mais parlent un français et un anglais très basique donc assez difficile de se faire comprendre. La consigne #1 était de faire très attention à la table de salon qui est neuve de la semaine dernière. J’ai répété à plusieurs occasion d’y faire très attention et on m’a répondu qu’elle n’était pas lourde, pourtant le déménageur a utilisé une strap de déménagement ce qui a laissé des marques sur la table qu'ils n'avaient pas recouverte avant. Lors de l’appel au propriétaire de la compagnie, celui-ci nous a annoncé qu’il n’a pas d’assurances, il n’a pas du tout été coopératif et n’a jamais offert de solution. Il nous a accusé de vouloir éviter de payer le déménagement alors que nous avions payé d’avance et n’avons jamais demandé de remboursement, seulement d’envoyer quelqu’un pour réparer les marques. De plus, un de ses propres déménageurs nous a avoué avoir vu son collègue faire les marques sur la table avec la strap. Nous avons déménagé seulement 2 électros, 2 matelas, une base de lit, la table de salon et des boîtes puisque nous avons achetés de nouveaux meubles qui allaient être livrés directement à notre nouvelle adresse. Au téléphone on conjoint s’est fâché et le propriétaire lui a raccroché au nez, en plus de le bloquer sur Facebook (où nous avons trouvé l’entreprise) pour éviter de mauvais commentaires sur leur page. Nous n’avons pas eu de facture non plus, le propriétaire nous a dit qu’elle avait été laissée sur le divan mais nous n’avons pas déménagé de divan. Nous ne recommandons pas du tout cette compagnie. Franchement, pour le prix payé (on nous avait dit que c'était 3h minimum, et 85$/h pour 3 déménageurs. Au final, le déménagement a pris 3h mais on nous a chargé 4h, et le montant total est monté à 400$) , nous ferons affaire avec de vrais professionnels la prochaine fois.

I booked IDigus for my move within Montreal. I chose them based on feedback on FaceBook, but since they did not give any time estimate how long it could take to move all my furniture (provided the list of all items) from one address to other I was a bit worried they will be slow. Other moving companies I contacted gave me time estimate 7-8 hours (in spite I did not have much furniture). IDigus moved my belongings in 2h and 10 min. Both men were very professional, quick and accurate. They did not hit even one corner of furniture. Dressers were wrapped in blankets they provided, mattress in cover I bought. They were carrying my big washer as a peace of paper. I had a feeling both men has worked together for a long time and know perfectly what and how they are doing. I would give more stars if that would be possible since they exceeded all my expectations.

worst experience with this company. broke an expensive equipment and overcharged me at the end. (even tho they broke my DJI Stabilizer and damaged my hair purifier). When I called their boss, he agreed to lower the price to $400, I then agreed and ask him for his email. I then sent him an E-transfer of $400 that he received. He then told his employees to close the truck and leave with all my belongings. I stopped them and called him back. He told me that if I wanted to see my stuff again to pay him another $220 to re gain possession of my belongings. witch makes a TOTAL OF $620 that equals 5 hours of work, even tho they worked for 3 hours. I refused , then he told then we leave with your stuff, you can call the Police if you want. when the cops arrived, I asked then owner of the company for a copy of the contract. and realized that they wrote that they started at 9:00 witch is false. they edited the contract after I signed it. they made me sign the contract , then wrote 9:00 am (where it says time). They wouldn't let me get. a copy of the contract. One of the cops told me that the Police understands the situation, but could not do anything for me because of the law '' article 1592 et 2058'', and told me that it was best for me to pay them the full amount than to contest it in court. I agreed , and sent another $220 to the boss of the company. he then told he's employees to drop everything on the sidewalk, even my mattress. (AFTER PAYING FULL PRICE EVEN AFTER THEY BROKE MY DJI STABILIZER and DAMAGE MY AIR PURIFIER) I felt so violated WROST MOVING EXPERIENCE I'VE HAD IN MONTREAL I feel like I've been scammed. they were really dishonest and unprofessional The police felt so bad for me that they offered to help me put my belongings inside of the building .

On a écorché le coin d’un meuble, perforé une chaise rembourrée sur le dessus et en dessous, plusieurs objets de verrerie et de décoration. Après quelques tentatives pour le récupérer, on ne m’a pas remis un ‘dolly’, genre de diable sur 4 roues, complètement neuf. Dans les circonstances, ils sont beaucoup trop chers. Je saurai maintenant qu’il existe des déménageurs au tarif fixe et à moindre coût. Même si la température est très humide, le client n’a pas à subir les impatiences des déménageurs. Je ne les recommanderai pas.

C'étais la 3e fois, les deux premières fois j'ai eu un service absolument exceptionnel et le dernier déménagement a été un fiasco total : 2 déménageurs- 1 seul qui descendait des boites et des sacs, l'autre était dans le camion pour ''placer le stock'' - mon frère a dû les aider pour accélérer la cadence. Aucune couverture n'a été utilisé, ni pour mon îlot de cuisine, ni pour ma table de chevets en bois etc. j'ai des meubles auxquels je tiens et l'un d'eux a été abîmé et o m'a dit qu'il était comme ça à la base... Ils sont aussi repartis en oubliant une pièce, heureusement le temps pour revenir n'a pas été chargé, mais avec l'heure de pointe et tout, cela à fait augmenter les coûts et j'ai du m'énerver au téléphone pour que cette portion soit créditée.
