I've moved over a dozen times in the last decade, and this was by far the smoothest and easiest move yet. Mark was very responsive to my phone calls and emails, so my questions were answered promptly and thoroughly. The team showed up on time and worked quickly and efficiently. I was charged exactly what I had been quoted - no extra fees or charges I hadn't expected. Finally, everyone was professional and courteous. The next time I move, I'm calling them for sure - I also recommend them to my friends and family.

Do not ever make an appointment with them in the afternoon. They said they would come 3.5 hours after the latest time they had promissed and as it was too late (7.30 pm) we ended up moving the day after. They offered a discount but sometime you cannot exchange your time with money.

Truly the worst experience I've ever had with movers. From Montreal to Toronto. They had two people initially, then we find out that there will only be one mover helping us in Toronto AFTER THE MOVE HAS BEGUN. Ended up with one guy in Toronto, he called at 7:30 am and I had to stay on the phone with him for 30 minutes directing him to the house. He has no gps. They did not decide to give us a refund or even a discount. I will be spreading the word of this company. They claimed we didn't have to help the SOLE man getting our furniture into our house, claiming that he was capable of doing it on his own. He struggled even with my help. He was physically unable to get the job done on his own. Unless he maybe dragged it across the staircase and damaged the entire building. I have never felt so ripped off and negative about a company. I will spread the word as widely as I possibly can.

The guys we're friendly but unfortunately they broke the stairs railing and forgot to add a pin to a door they removed. The owner did offer to fix the issues after which was appreciated. They also took a long time to dismantle our bed and missed parts when they reassumbled it. What was expected to be a 6-8hr job turned into 13hr which was costly.

Not very good experiences with them. They workers were working hard and thankful, but there were some scratches on my hardwood chairs as not being protected. one trip couldn't handle stuffs for a family of 3. Not recommended.

Awesome all-around. Moving is the worst, but a little less so with these guys on your side. Mark and his team were fast, efficient, and careful; I was completely reassured my belongings were in good hands. They came prepared with tons of protective blankets, disassembled and reassembled furniture, and even helped me with some last minute packing. Would definitely recommend.

We had a great experience with All Access Moving. First, they had the best price out of the 5 places I requested quotes from. There were a bit late, but it was rush hour on a Monday morning but once they arrived, they did not stop! The 3 guys were friendly, polite, and very hard working. But being affordable is only a real merit when the service is good, but Movers Montreal actually provides outstanding service. Their crew was really courteous, effective and careful with every single item they carried, and I must add my new apartment is on the third floor of a stairs-only building. EFFICIENT. The team who moved me were hard working and careful my stuff. Nothing was broken and it went really smoothly. They came equipped with blankets and even disassembled and reassembled my bed. I had old, solid wood (ie heavy as hell) furniture and moved from a second floor walk up into another second floor walk up. Not one of them complained about the stairs. These guys are machines! I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again.

We are often hesitant about hiring movers for our moves, as we are always concerned about any potential damages done to our items or floor/walls while moving, but decided to go with All Access Moving after reading its reviews. It's our first time getting movers for our move, and it was a pleasant experience. Items/furniture are treated with care, everything was wrapped, and they tried to pay attention to not damaging anything. A leg of our kids change table broke, but we know it's part and parcel of moving, nonetheless, we got a little compensation for it. So, A+++ for post-move customer service.

These guys deserve much more than 5 stars to be honest. From my first conversations with Mark to the end of my move, I could not believe how easy & efficient this company was. I've heard horror stores about movers in Montreal and am so beyond grateful to have chosen All Access! A couple weeks before our move, Mark had asked if we could change our moving date by one day & we had no problem doing so (he reassured me that we could still do it on the original day if it was not possible for us). Not only was he incredibly respectful and appreciative, he changed the rate for the "inconvenience." On the day of our move, they all showed up 15 mins early and were done the job within 3.5 hours door-to-door... we were expecting double that! Even Mark, the owner showed up and lent a hand at no extra cost. As for the movers, they were also very polite, efficient, respectful of our belongings - not a single piece of furniture/home was damaged. Despite having to move big pieces of furniture up 4 flights of stairs, they were still in positive spirits & made the whole process very fun! I can guarantee that I will use All Access Moving for any & all of my future moves and encourage anyone else to do so as well!

All Access Moving Co. was recommended to me by a friend who moved in 2019 - who gave these guys a very good thumbs up ! I used their services for a local move from West Island to 15km west in Nov 2020 and was most pleased & satisfied ! My dealings with them while setting up the move, through actual moving day - and afterwards was great ! They were friendly, easy to speak with, worked quickly and observed safe moving practices. I even used them to move my dad from Lancaster Ontario to Vaudreuil 1 week after me - that move also went very well ! The price quotes were fair & reasonable - and did not change when the job was done - I would definitely recommend these guys for a move !

Hired 3 guys from All Access Moving in March. They arrived on time, and worked super fast. They helped to disassemble my beds, desks and wrapped them with blanket. I would have like them to bring more protection for the floor, they didn't bring enough and the guys were walking onto my new wood floor with their shoes... Overall a decent experience.

I hired all access this August 22nd, 2020. The move was for my mother who was downsizing from a house to a seniors residence. The crew showed up on time and 1 mover began packing all of her fragile items, painting, books etc. She had accumulated quite a lot over the years as you could imagine. The 2 other men were loading the furniture while the other packed. I just must say, the packer and movers worked extremely efficiently in my opinion. I was expecting the move to take much longer but they were flying. The next day 2 men came and unpacked all the boxes at her new place. They patiently handled the unpacking as my mother indecisively told them where each dish went. It was time consuming but they didn’t complain once. Surprisingly, the final price was less than the quote Mark had given me, which was a first for me with a moving company. I’m happy I chose these guys and will be using them again next summer for my move.

I think I made the right choice to choose All Access Moving to move my family from Montreal to Toronto recently. The price was reasonable for the quality of service (Moreover many big moving companies don't offer next day delivery when it comes to long distance unless you pay an outrageous amount of money). The movers were polite, hard working and professional. They handled fragile items and went around tight corners with cautious. One thing need to mention is that when they had some issues with their truck on the road (something happened with its hand brake). They paid a tow truck company a lot of money to tow the truck all the way (about 400 KM) to my house! They had a choice to go to the garage to fix the problem first but had they done that, I have to wait at least for three additional days without any furniture. So I really appreciated Mark and his crew's effort. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends in Montreal.

I felt that they were very careful with my items. We had one item which was from Ikea which they had to take apart for us, and they put it back together as well (with no leftover parts!). Had to deal with a move and a friend recommended Mark and his All Access Moving team, as they had done a good job for them. Well, we ended up going with them and didn't regret it! Their team worked quickly and efficiently to empty the apartment, which was on a second floor. Once at the destination, they unpacked everything quickly and equally efficiently, putting the boxes where we asked, placing them in such a way to maximize space which was very beneficial for us due to our circumstances. During the entire job, Mark and his team were friendly, social, and helped make a stressful time easier to deal with, which was great. All in all, we were very satisfied with the work, and would recommend them to anyone!
