I continue a great deal. I will must an evaluation the first run through numerous individuals migrated us. This can be my second continue that has a Transfer Intended for Less, and maybe they are only simply like the first run through. Your huge truck lines more often than not are moderate moving and in addition charge a great deal relating to far and away more terrible project. A continue relating to less gives astounding movers, furthermore a really decent learned male at work doing the specific citations. Thanks a lot to Frank's Worldwide Moving.

Simply Perfect! Corey and team moved my aging Mother in Law out of her apartment. They were on time, friendly, thoughtful, very reasonable and QUICK! The Apartment supervisor was hard to track down to put the elevator on service but Corey and team motored on and got the move done without a single negative comment about the elevator not being on service. THE BEST Moving experience I have had in my 40+ years of moving myself and others. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

First, they may be extremely responsive via email and I usually got an answer within minutes, several days a week. They will answered every question I actually asked honestly and offered ideas if they were not able to cater to the request.

Terrible. First they wouldn't remove a chair in our old house because they said it wouldn't fit. One of us got it out by ourselves, so they obviously could have done it if they tried. Next they wouldn't take a couch downstairs because, again, they said it wouldn't fit. We're pretty sure it would have since the old owners had a couch down there. They banged a piece of furniture into the wall creating a little hole, which they said they would come back to fix. They never did. Lastly they left a box of garbage with water bottles, coffee cups and the sweepings from their truck; which they hid under our bench.

wrote a review for Frank's Worldwide Moving a week ago. And not surprisingly, they deleted any negative comments. This company didn't have the decency to return my inquires and kept me waiting for weeks with no answer to how they would help me make our move. They did next to nothing to find out any information on when a slot would be available. Completely unacceptable service. I would strongly suggest not using Frank's Worldwide Moving under and circumstances.

Scott, Cory and Pat crushed it! We had to be out of our current house and into the new one in the same day and we had no issues at all. They were easy to get along with and would definitely recommend to anyone needing a moving company.

Quick, efficient, tidy move. Furniture was well treated. Months later when we realized we had lost a mirror and checked with them, the staff were kind enough to tell us they had found one and didn’t know the owner so kept it in the warehouse. Great service overall.

This is the fifth time we have used Franks services and i cant say enough about their service each and every time. We needed to move out with two weeks notice and they made it happen. Showed up 10 minutes early ready to roll with two trucks. Helped us plan and dispose of some of the garbage. Local move within Kingston. 3 guys and a truck. Flat fee of $125 including tax. No hidden fees or surcharges. Movers were very efficient and emptied my previous home within an hour. Got to the new place and they were just as efficient moving the items to the apartment building. The small elevator slowed them down, but that didn't stop them from continuing to unload the truck by the elevator to keep things moving. Very professional top notch service. One of my items got dirty, but they took ownership and got it professionally cleaned. Very impressed and would use their services again without question.

I will never use this company again! I have used them before, and were fine. but, this time they over charged me, and I also found one man very rude, he told a a lady that lives here to F-Off. The price I paid was way too much, as they were NOT careful with my stuff, they didn't seem to care about customer relations. I got one hour refunded and should have at least got 2, as they came too early. NEVER get these men, arrogant, not caring about FRAGILE marked boxes, one leaked from being turned over. One young lad was good. They will get back what they put out. Greed gets no one any where. 1200 for a move in the same city. I told them I could not get in till 4pm or after, but still they come early?! No tips this time!

I went to buy moving boxes for my upcoming move. It was quick. Bob loaded them into the car for me. I was in and out quickly. The movers were just as good. The moving truck showed up on time. The movers were polite. The moving crew wrapped everything. Nothing was broken. The price was good and better yet the price was accurate. I will use Franks Worldwide Moving again. It is a busy place. They do warehousing and distribution for some large stores. Just don't park in front of the loading bay. The forklift is going in and out all the time. Thank you Franks for a great move.

Incredible experience with Frank's! Called to have them help my husband move a 500lb sailboat cradle into the backyard - they went out of their way to be here within the hour. Had it moved in 15 minutes with no damage to the landscaping! Very friendly, efficient, professional - from the phone call to the service. Would definitely recommend!

I had always moved myself and didn’t know what to expect with a moving company, but I cannot be more glad to have had Frank’s Worldwide Moving help me this time! Adam, Charles, and Travis were professional, kind, and efficient. They took great care in protecting the floors, carpet, and walls of both my old and new home. They came prepared with sheets, plastic wrap, and belts and wrapped my furniture as needed. There is a charge associated with the house/belongings protection, but in comparison to other Kingston moving companies their hourly rate is stellar for the excellent service provided. 10/10 would recommend Frank’s and 10/10 would recommend this team of gentlemen! I’ll certainly be looking to work with them again for my next move.

Disappointed with our experience. We said face masks were to be worn in the house and one staff member was not pleased with this and came into the house more than once without a mask on. Not acceptable. Seemed put out when asked to have one on. Would not recommend during COVID.

When you pick a mover to move all your possessions to a different city, you need to trust them totally. You want them to be careful, professional and inexpensive. Usually you can have 2 out of the three. Frank's Worldwide Moving is all three, and more. There are no hidden costs. It was a complicated move with storage. All the men knew their jobs. My lamp broke and they replaced it no hassle, It is no wonder they keep getting voted Kingston's #1 mover.

Frank the Mover were amazing. They put mats on my floor and doorways to make certain they didn't teil anything up. They even moved my desk through the window when it wouldn't fit through the doorway! They were fast and thorough. Overall, would hire them again and would recommend them to my friends.

Not sure if I would use a company that has drivers who make dangerous lane changes, tailgate and throw coffee cups out the window. Followed one of their going in Princess Street. Wish I had dash cam. Considering the condition truck it would be a good idea not to attract attention to it. This was Saturday March 6 around 11:00am between John Counter and Bath rd.

Love the delightful way helpful StorQuest is out of all the capacity places I already had this one was the most straightforward start up from me and they let me pick an area that was anything but difficult to get to and more advantageous for me. Frank I thank you for your awesome administration notwithstanding when I do discover my place I am considering as yet having a capacity there so I can simply have a sheltered place for my things.

Neighbor I my apartment building used their service. Elevator not to be locked out till 8:30am. They were here at 8 and took over the elevator then. I am a senior with walking and balance issues and use a walker. Took my dog out for potty using elevator at 8:05. Returned elevator used for moving company. They unloaded it. I went up to the fourth floor with my dog using walker. At the floor neighbor belongings blocking the hallway from movers. Pointed it when moving must leave lane one side open due to fire code. Mover instead of moving some articles so I had access to my apt. Grabbed walker out of my hands and placed it other side away from me. Leaving me without my ability walker and to walk unassisted through the blocked area. Company has no compassion for those with mobility issues including the client who hired the company for her move. She also uses a walker. I will also file a complaint towards this company to Human rights.
