AT first I was hesitant because of the negative reviews I read, but I guess we should all remember that people only write bad reviews and never good. I wanted to share my great experience with Livingston because of that. Their price and service was really great, it took 3 weeks from dropping off the car in Montreal, QC and arriving in Vancouver, BC - all during a pandemic where service should have been slower. My car had zero scratches or dents, it was exactly as I dropped it off. I would definitely ship with Livingston again based on my experience I had with them.

We used Livingston as part of our move with Purely Canadian movers from B.C to ON. Their service was excellent. Peter picked up the car on time from our home and the process was simple. I called a few times to get ETAs and Kathy was wonderful answering all my questions, emailing within a few hours to let me know what was going on. They estimated about a month for full delivery and they delivered in just under that time. The only information that would have been helpful is the process of the time it takes to offload the vehicle vs delivery, as it was in Toronto for three days before they could get it out to me in Guelph. Troy delivered my car which had zero damages and was in perfect shape. If I had to move a vehicle I would certainly consider them.

So far the experience has been very disappointing. It has been more than 2 weeks and my car is still sitting at the origin yard. ETA provided is another two weeks, so in total over a month to ship the car withing Canada from Montreal to Edmonton. Will not recommend this service to anyone.

Shipped my car from Toronto area to Vancouver area and Livingston was great. Vehicle arrived a few days earlier than expected and in the same condition as when it was sent. My summer tires and emergency kit were left in the car and everything was as it should be, even the personal stuff that was accidentally left behind. Great customer service- from the time I requested a quote to the pick up of the vehicle in Delta, the staff were helpful and quick to respond. I'm sure the cars they usually ship are much nicer than mine, but they took care of it just the same!

They took longer to get my vehicle from Vancouver to Saskatoon then the other company did to do a full service on it load it on a boat and come across the ocean. Definitely not using them again.

As a automotive dealer, we have had an excellent experience using Livingston. We need vehicles moved from all over Canada and use them every time. Their dispatch team has great communication, and are always helpful when issues with logistics come up (which they always do when trying to organize these types of moves!). They go above and beyond and as our dealerships transport coordinator, I would recommend them to anyone and everyone! A special shoutout to George, who is a rockstar on their team!

Highly do not recommend, left my perfectly running classic car sit outside in the blazing sun during Vancouver's heat wave in July for 10+ days, left it running for hours and while loading it they must have stalled it allowing it to roll backwards which jumped the timing belt a cog. Then tried to start it so many times the battery was killed and phoned me up to tell me to come and get my now non-runner. Zero compensation and they take zero responsibility for anything. These guys should not be shipping classic car ever, hire a transport company that actually cares.

Very UNSATISFIED and DISAPPOINTED with the service we received from Livingston. Our order # is 517126. We used Livingston to transport our vehicle from SK to BC in January. We trusted the company to do a good job but we were wrong. When we handed our vehicle to Livingston, it was new, clean and in perfect condition, no damages at all. However when we picked it up, we found damages/scratches ALL OVER the vehicle, which are likely to be the result of a very bad car wash with mud and sand (or just a rude wipe with a cloth full of mud and sand). We were, and we still are, very frustrated. In order to fix these, we had to follow Livingston's claim process to make a claim. We had to take the time to visit several car details companies to get the estimates Livingston required - all car details companies told us that these damages could not be easily removed and our vehicle would need a whole car polish which would cost from $800 to $1000. We took the photos Livingston required. We sent them the claim package and hoped to get things fixed, but we received a denial in the end. Livingston told us that they believe the damages are minor and are from normal wear and tear. What kind of minor damages would cost $1000 to fix? Also, the point is the damages were made during the transportation period by Livingston, so they should be liable regardless. We could tell the difference from damages resulted from bad wash/wipe and damages from normal wear and tear. These are clearly NOT from normal wear and tear. We sent them photos showing the mud marks left from the car wash/wipe but they just ignored them. We are really disappointed with Livingston. We paid them around $1200 to transport our vehicle. They damaged it. Now they don't admit their own fault and expect us to pay another $1000 for their mistake. Why??? This is so unfair. We thought an international company like this would have done better. We deeply regret our decision to choose this company to transport our vehicle. This was the first time we used the company but will be the last. We will definitely NOT recommend Livingston to anyone and we will share our experience with all of our friends and families

We shipped our car from Vancouver Island all the way to Halifax. From beginning to end, it was a super success. We were able to organize pickup and delivery, door to door. The car arrived 3 days early, in perfect condition. The entire trip took 19 business days and they quoted us a very reasonable price. I was able to call in for regular updates, they were very helpful about informing us exactly where the car was. We would recommend Livingston to anyone shipping a vehicle over long distances.

Moved my vehicle from Vancouver to Saint John, NB. There was limited information on when it would arrive and how to track it. I call when they estimated that it would arrive and it was in Halifax. They said they would call when they were headed back this way as i was sorting out my rental car lenght. It showed up with no notice to the moving company where my furniture was. When they say make sure there is no personal belongings in the vehicle listen to them. My vehicle was rifled through and a bunch of personal stuff was stolen. I had a cell phone holder, charging cables, leatherman tools, all "car" stuff in my center console and it was all gone. On further inspection even the spare time compartment had been check for stuff. Disappointing but fortunately that is all that was stolen. When i contacted them they said you shouldn't have personal stuff in the car. No Sorry, just i will let our dispatcher know. Fortuately there was no damage to my vehicle like the other review. So i can't complain too much. Just make sure you do not leave Anything in the vehicle.

There is a 100% chance this organization will provide you with the worst possible brokerage experience anyone could ask for. From Dolly Nazareth being the worst customer service rep I have ever dealt with and not submitting all of the paperwork necessary to clear a shipment to Lana Su incorrectly copying a VIN number causing headaches, delays and additional costs (none of which Livingston helped with) - you will be amazed at just how bad a business can be to deal with. I would highly encourage you to give your business, money and time to anyone else. Literally... *anyone* else.

We shipped our two vehicles from Toronto to Vancouver this Spring. All facets of the process were handled professionally, with great care to detail, safety and quality. One vehicle belongs to my wife, who loves her car. It arrived on time and in great shape. The second one was a brand new truck, and it too arrived on time, in order and ready to drive. We had to delay the pickup a bit because of COVID restrictions. Livingston was understanding. I would not hesitate to use them again and would recommend them to others. They offer a great way to get vehicles moved long distances.
