We booked to move with Jay's this coming weekend, not because they provided the best service, but because we were kind of stuck with a short timeline for our move. After a lost quote, them having our wrong email address, being told multiple times "we are working on your quote right now and will have it to you by ___" we finally were able to book our moving truck. When I went to go pick up the boxes I was told the moving date we originally booked will no longer work. The earliest they could move us would be 6 days later (which doesn't work because we need to be out of our house before then). They had wardrobe boxes, but no bars to hang them on because they were all out. There are 3-4 people working at the office, all of whom cannot seem to answer any questions without talking to someone else in charge whether I phoned or stopped by in person. I feel bad for the one girl working in the front office who seems to know everything but is completely handcuffed because everyone else doesn't know what is going on. Long story short: the customer service when you phone or email is terrible, no one knows what is going on. They are very disorganized. We wasted over a week not being able to book another mover because Jay's told us our date would be fine when we asked for our quote.

I have used Jay is moving and storage on several occasions now as well as recommended them to clients and they have always been fantastic. I certainly appreciate the fact that you can buy packing boxes there and return them once you were all done and get a return credit back on them. The staff are always very personable and the moving guys are very courteous and professional about what they do.

Everything was excellent about this company but a minor thing. I talked to Bruce about a potential earlier delivery compared to 4-12 days and I was told that the operations section can make it faster but it didn't happen. The delivery took place 11 days after loading date. But again, Bruce was so nice and responsive, workers were cautious in both Saskatoon and Vancouver, and there was no damage to our furniture. The experience with Jay's and ATLAS was good.

My boyfriend and I were to have a replacement dishwasher delivered by Jay's. I received a call with a delivery time which did not work with our schedules. My boyfriend works out of town Mon-Fri and I also work a Mon-Fri, 8-4 job. Jay's advised me that they do not deliver in the evenings and only occasionally on weekends (when they have enough deliveries to make it worth it). At this point, I had my name down to have the item delivered on the next available Saturday. I later called back to schedule a weekday delivery as I had arranged for someone to be at my house to accept it. No one showed up, nor did I even receive a phone call to reschedule. I called into the office to see why. They said the note for a weekend delivery was still on file. After I told them to remove that they were quick to "rectify the situation" by having the dishwasher delivered either the next day (Friday) or on Monday. So I arranged someone to be at the house AGAIN to have it delivered on Monday. Once again.... No delivery or phone call... So I called the office again. The Saturday note had STILL not been removed. I requested to talk to a manager and the best they could do for me after screwing up the delivery twice, was to offer to deliver it first thing the next morning between 8 and 9 (Which they knew I worked). They then offered to deliver it on Saturday. They have now had this item for 2 weeks! Absolutely awful customer service.

DO NOT book this company. They have Geransky's Moving with them now, the quality and the service is TERRIBLE!! I had to call the office as the movers were over an hour and a half late. They finally showed up almost two hours late. There were almost a dozen spots on the walls that needed to be repaired by a painter after their careless job. They also left huge scratches on a new piece of furniture, which could have been avoided if they wrapped it properly and took more care packing their truck. I was told management would be in touch several times and never heard from them.

We had a refrigerator delivered today by Jay's...The two young men were so personable, and hard working...got it in although a tight squeeze! And they removed our old refrigerator! They lifted it up like it was a feather lol It could not have been better service. Thank you so much!

Quote process great, moving experience good in past. Problem is, they knew we wanted to move Sunday and Monday through the whole process. Then as the weeks approach we find out they take Sunday and Monday off??? "Oh by the way we want to move you Thursday Friday and saturday as we take Sundays and Mondays off!!!" Causing huge stress to our family's plans now, and should have been disclosed at time of booking!!!! Not cool

I received a phone call from your company on July 15/2016 at 12:30 pm advising me that my washer & dryer which I purchased from Home Depot last Sunday , July 9/2016 would be delivered by your company on July 16/2016 to my residence between 4pm to 8 pm. We were advised to make sure somebody would be home at those times mentioned. My wife & I had plans made earlier for that time , but we cancelled them to wait for our delivery. Well, guess what, nobody from your company showed up, so we waited around for nothing thanks to your great delivery. I contacted Home Depot & talked to the Duty Manager, who of course apologised. He advised me that this wasn't the first time your company has done this. I know in the future that I & my friends will be looking at a different moving or delivery company if the need arises. You didn't even have the courtesy to contact me to advise that you couldn't make the delivery on the day mentioned. Wayne Donovel

Do not hire Jays moving. Bruce Pongracz will promise everything and it will not go as planned. They Shipped us to Ontario in a regular transport. All our possessions are damaged from improper packing. They didn't have the loads properly weighted. They unloaded out stuff at a different person's house due to they way Jays packed and labeled the loads wrong. I paid for someone else's move and weight. I am still hounding atlas for the refund. It was supposed to be sent in July then Oct. Now they forgot so December 15th they said it will be issued again. As for Jay's saskatoon and Bruce Pongracz will just send you to customer service and you will never see him again. Once you approve your move with them you won't see or hear from Bruce Pongracz. You just end up paying and getting screwed. Thanks Bruce Pongracz.

The two delivery guys from Jays moving and storage delivered a washing machine and dryer to us today-they were very polite and friendly and very helpful-they helped move the appliances into the house and even took away our recycling- I highly recommend this company and their employees for their efficient friendly and helpful service ????

Been to this place delivery appliances 4-5 times.. extremely rude receivers will take forever to unload 5-6 appliances. They will prioritize their work instead of respecting your appointment time.

Excellent! First class all the way. Moved from Saskatoon to Ottawa and the communication before and during was superb. No breakages al all and the moving crews proffesional and friendly. Best price in town too! Highly recommended.

Jays is contracted by Costco to deliver oversized items in Saskatoon and area. I had booked a delivery date 2 weeks in advance to have a tv delivered to a rural address an hour outside of Saskatoon to which they delivered. 3 days before the delivery date Jays called to cancel the delivery because they didn’t have a truck going my way with no new expected delivery date. They would let me know when they would have a truck coming my way because they were not going to deliver it until it was worth their while. They told me they only get $45 from Costco to deliver and only deliver when they have something else going that way. I can’t believe Costco works with this company.
