These guys just helped me move a 1000 pound pool table into my basement I thought it would be easy not so easy it was incredibly difficult had to make some simple cuts to my hallway to make it work but it is in and there was no other way they did everything they could to make it work and they were worth every penny they got and more absolutely great guys and I couldn't have asked for more!

I have a mixed feeling. The owner and his movers were helpful and gave me a good rate for inter-provincial moving. I had booked 18 feet truck. Later the owner told me there is another guy going to same city that does not have much stuffs, so told me that he would instead use a bigger truck and take both of our things. I understood from his business point that was an economical choice and I agreed but I was worried, things could get mixed up in loading/unloading. And as I feared, legs of my dining table was dropped at another location 50 km away. I had to later drive there to get them but the owner gave $40 as compensation. I was also worried if some of my fragile things could get broken. But fortunately, that was not the case. The guy that did the loading did a terrific job and put everything secured. But I was little unhappy with my sofa. I had given a plastic wrap to cover it, but still they looked a bit dirty.

Movers damaged my leather couches, antique dresser and broke a lot of dishes that were packed very carefully. I labelled anything that was breakable as FRAGILE and the movers were rough with those boxes. I didnt realize until after I had unpacked that there was so much damage. Most of my furniture or boxes were labelled where to go but most of my items were put in my living room unless I was there to tell them where it goes. A lot of furniture for rooms are all over my living room. I ended up having to unload with them so I didnt have much of a chance to communicate where things went. The movers took double the time it took normally to move and the owner and another person had to jump in. I eventually started moving boxes with them because it took so long. There were bad snow conditions and I didn't have an elevator in the new apartment but I had them move for me in similar buildings without an elevator and there were no issues. I have had this company before for moves multiple times and I was very happy with the results, thats why I am so disappointed this time around. Half an hr was taken off my bill but i still ended up paying double what I normally would pay. I like to support local companies but I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Highly recommended. Booked them a few days in advance, showed up on time and got the job done quickly. They were professional - didn't rush, took their time and did it right. Had all the supplies, blankets to protect and no issues getting heavy/large items out of a condo and down an elevator. Easy to book and responsive on any questions I had.

BUYER BEWARE - no showed on moving day!!! I scheduled this company weeks before my moving date. The morning of the move I received a call from the Owner at 8am saying the driver was running late for our 9am start and I should call him. I tried calling numerous times and left messages with the driver and Owner, saying I was not confident that they would be there as scheduled. I began to call other companies and luckily was able to schedule with "Two Men and a Truck" for the same day, who offered amazing service. I never did hear back from either the Owner or the driver, who no showed on my moving date. Terrible customer service, incredibly disappointing and stressful to deal with.

We chose this company based on favorable reviews and availability. We are deeply regretting our choice. We hired movers to make the process go more smoothly and with less issues, all it has caused is more headache. First they show up without proper floor protection, my carpets need to be cleaned now. Then while I was downstairs doing some last minute packing I was wondering what was taking them so long upstairs with the beds. Two hours to load up two beds because the owner doesn't supply his crew with the proper tools. I finally lent them some tools to get things moving along and directing them so things stop taking so long. They also used some of my material to wrap furniture, none of their own. And 95% of the furniture was not wrapped. I didn't notice this until it was too late. Before they headed off to the new place they got stuck with the truck. This company operates in Saskatoon SK and doesn't have proper tires on their trucks. To make it worse they don't supply their crew with any of the tools they need to deal with it. They didn't have chains, gravel/salt, shovels anything that could help them with it. Took the owner over an hour to get it resolved. I actually think it was a neighbor that helped in the end. At the new place unloading went fine, but again they lacked the proper tools and I ended up reassembling a bunch of the furniture myself. After they left I started noticing everything. There isn't one piece of furniture that does not have damage on it. My $2000 kitchen table is destroyed, the main support is broken and the top is chipped and gouged beyond repair. Bookshelf's have nicks and dings all over them. Bed frame has chipped wood on the leg. Our one desk the keyboard tray was ripped off during transport and they installed it upside down since the holes were ripped out. I could have fixed it if they told me, now it's ruined. It goes on and on the incredible amount of damage on everything. We contacted the owner after he didn't respond to our email and he said he chose to ignore it. Yes you read that right. Right now all he has is excuses and not willing to do anything. He told us they wrapped everything, that they have 50 moving blankets in the truck. I have a picture proving the furniture wasn't wrapped and the blankets were just sitting there. And they may have had blankets, but they didn't have tape or any padding for their belts. To top it off the owner defers complaints to his employees and blames us for losing money. It's not our problem he is unable to manage his business properly. Unprofessional. I'm regretting hiring movers; wish I would have bought my buddies a case of beer and rented a u-haul.
