The movers we had were absolutely helpful. They showed up on time, and got to work. They got our 3 bedroom house loaded into a truck in just under 2 hours, took utmost care in handling everything, and had a great attitude the entire time. They arrived to the new house and unloaded everything so quickly and brought each item to the room where it belonged. And I am glad they were able to fit me into their schedule on short notice. I would use this company again. I am plenty satisfied with their work! 10/10!

Such a skilled crew is what we needed for residential moving. We didn’t know how to organize all time-consuming tasks and pack the properties to provide protection for them. GetMovers’ manager provided perfect customer support and told me what to do, so I was sure the process to be easy. I like how I received a text, a call and text prior to move. They called the day before to reconfirm the details, the day of the move they called 30 minutes before to let me know they were on their way. We moved within city and nothing was broken in the move. To be completely honest, I was not impressed with the service. We moved a 3 bedroom house and the truck they had didn't fit all our stuff. We ended up having to rent a uhaul to get the rest of it. 2 of the movers were great and hard workers but the 3rd kid mostly just smoked and took bathroom breaks. Even after they said the truck couldn't fit everything, the kid kept bringing more out of the house which I then had to carry back inside while he smoked. It ended up taking 9 hours which was way longer than we were quoted and were not prepared for it to take this long or cost this much. When we got to the new house they damaged the walls in the stairway as well as some of the furniture. It would have been much much faster and less costly to have done this ourselves, and our furniture and walls wouldn't have gotten damaged. Needless to say, I'm glad the move is over. I wouldn't recommend this company. EDITED TO ADD: Every single piece of furniture that was moved was damaged in some way. They responded to my response offering "immediate resolution" however it's been 5 months and still nothing. And now when I call all I get is voice-mail. It's very clear they are not interested in resolving the issues.

From the first call they made it easy to book, confirm and schedule. Kenny and Ryan did a great job moving me. They handled the job like professionals. They made sure that the piano was covered with blankets for its protection and they were careful with my hardwood floors. Needed some help moving a couple of pieces of furniture, and they managed to help us with 2 guys and a truck last moment. They showed up on time and got everything moved in less than an hour.

I would strongly recommend using another moving company. The crew showed up 3 hours late with a truck that was way too small so 2 trips were now required......which equals more time (they charge by the hour). One of the two guys told me that he has a back injury so he couldn't move much, so I had to help move the heavy items (what am I paying for??) At the end of the first trip nothing was moved more than 5 ft in the front door. As the pile accumulated, I had to move everything the rest of the way (again, what am I paying for???) the gentleman with the back injury was dumping boxes with dishes upside down (this isn't a typo, boxes with dishes were upside down!) After watching them move one box at a time long enough (remember they are paid by the hour) I grabbed their dolly (they weren't using it) and emptied the truck myself. I fired them at the end of the first trip, now I have to rent a moving truck to finish the job . I wish I could say that I was exaggerating but unfortunately this is a true nightmare move.

But these guys just worked so hard until it was all done right. The move was better than we could have hoped for. I would definitely give crew and company five stars.

Called to inquire about moving a bathtub into the upper floor of my home (a 30-60min job for 3 guys with no other equipment required). The employee, "Justin", that I spoke to told me that they would charge $800 for the job and then hung up on me. Super unprofessional and very condescending tone. Will definitely not be using this company for our future move.
