We were very satisfied with Can Ridge's work overall. The job turned out to be more complicated than we foresaw (due to unexpected inaccurate weights), but the team came through by summoning larger equipment and a partner company. They started off somewhat slowly; nevertheless, they completed the work in very good fashion. They probably took longer than other companies we've hired in the past would have, but were also much more economical. The people were also very personable. We will definitely hire them again and we recommend them.

Called looking to book a crane to move some lock blocks. The salesman talked me into him supplying them said ok. Then he called back and said he made a mistake and they would be alot more, said ok. made me pay first. Sent the wrong blocks, sent grumpy guy, who leaked hydraulic fluid all over my yard. Now they will not give the money back for the blocks they did not send. They think it is funny to srcew me around for something they did not give me. They are thieves go somewhere else! find another crane company!!!! Shawn president ceo is the one who thought it was quite funny not to pay me back. He is trying to cover my review with fake ones? Would it not be easier to be honest?

Having personal machinery moved across the world is never easy when you can be there to assist the move and ensure it all happens smoothly, more so the case when you cannot be there for the packing and removal of the machinery. Can Ridge made this process very easy for me in my case, being stuck in New Zealand and not able to get back to Canada. I was able to put my full trust into their rigging, packing and handling of all my machinery while being remote. They were very communicative and easy to get in touch with over varied time zones and fully explained the process to me throughout. As this was my first international export, they ensured that all correct packing was done in the container and all materials were handled correctly to make the move as smooth as can be. I would use Can Ridge again for any future international moves as well as anything domestic I have as well. Very highly recommended.

The folks at Can Ridge are true professionals. From drivers and crane operators to dispatch and ownership and everyone in between, they know how to get the job done. I've relied on Can Ridge for years to move equipment around for various projects. My equipment is unique at times and requires special attention when loading and in transportation. On more then one occasion I've called with emergency requests and they've put in the extra effort to come through for me and allowed me to keep my job on track.
