This place is one of my favourite brands and seeing that they had a store in Banff made me so happy! The staff were so friendly and helpful. Some people’s reviews here commented on the price of things at the store but if you know the brand, ingredients and what they stand for it’s very reasonable compared to other lesser quality items on the skincare market. Love this company and this store.

I purchased their soap back in 2017 when I visited and when I found out my friend would be going I begged her to pick me up some goodies since everything I want is always out of stock online! I love love love their products and mission statement. Highly recommend. Even ordering online is a great deal with the shipping rates!

Staff are so helpful and friendly there and you can joke with them and talk with them as if you have known them for years. AND!!! I was in the store in Banff on Thanksgiving day and had purchased a few items of soap and candles. When I got back home and unloaded and reviewed my receipts I noticed that I was charged the correct price for one candle by accidentally overcharged for the second candle. I called the shop and they were very kind and gave my information to another lady and she too was exceptionally kind and professional. After a few days they called me back and instead of reimbursing me for the difference they covered the full cost of the candle. Wow! I was utterly shocked. Their customer service goes above and beyond and I will definitely shop their online store moving forward but if I am ever in a city that has a storefront I will visit because I know the exceptional service I will receive! Great job ladies!

Nice products but when you walk in the mix of strong smells of oils is over whelming.... i could only stay in the shop for 5-10 min before it becomes too much. The soaps are lovely and are great on the skin.

On Friday Sept 14, 2018 I was travelling between Kamloops and Leduc with an extremely stressed out dog. None of the "over the counter" options were working to calm him down. I have a mini diffuser that plugs into my cigarette lighter location but no essential oils to help with my boys stress levels. The lady, I'm sorry I forget your name!, that talked to me on the phone helped by suggesting 2 oils and made sure that the blend wouldn't harm my dog. I used Stress Away and it helped my husband and my dog. So much so that Fergus, the dog, went from uncontrollable body shakes and panting to sleeping by Red Deer. All the staff was knowledgeable and kind. Thank you from one grateful dog momma.

I have bought some products from this store. Good products are soap bars and body butters. They are amazing for dry skin! A so-so product is shampoo. It's a bit pricey as 1L shampoo is over $45 but nothing special. Bad product is a shampoo bar. I threw it in the trash can after once use. Just do not waste your money.

Very poor experience here. Staff were extreamly condescending. When i asked about the difference between soap products I got a rude remark back stating "um its the composition". Great!!! Whats the composition cause im about to spend $45 on soap and id love to know! Then when i proceeded to check out the Miss said "this is obviously your first time here?" I found my experience very unpleasant and the staff rude and im not one to ever complain about this kind of stuff.

Excellent products however dispensing pumps detract from their quality. I have found their shampoo and conditioner products to be great. The problem is the pumps they've chosen to use are cheap and don't work properly. Strange for a company that prides itself so much on their carefully chosen ingredients. And frankly jarring given what they are charging for their products?

Honestly love their stuff! Love the fact that it is all natural products and they don't test on animals (that is a major thing for me). I have super dry skin in the winter and my face isn't as bad as it was last year! Can't wait to try to body oil next time I'm there. If you haven't tried their face products yet I strongly encourage you to. The ladies in the store are lovely and extremely helpful! Fingers crossed they'll eventually start a cosmetics line. :)
