QMM were professional and very responsive. I had my goods packed in Calgary and then stored for many months. Last week I received delivery to my new home in Kelowna. The team that performed the delivery were professional and helpful. I have only had 1 broken glass in all of my belongings (there were a lot). I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Professional movers, very punctual and efficient. Our move from Calgary to Ottawa went pretty smoothly, everything arrived intact, nothing was misplaced. We packed everything ourselves, however dismantling of furniture, transport, delivery and reassembly was well taken care of. Very happy with the service, would use again if need be.

QMM was exceptionally good. The move coordinators that I worked with in both Toronto and Calgary were very responsive and the driver was just as good at keeping me updated on the move. The most impressive thing was how friendly everyone is. I wasn't expecting much going in because there are a lot of horror stories about moving companies, but QMM was one of the most professional businesses that I have worked with in a long time.

I have moved many times in my life. Without question, my latest move with QMM was the best, most seamless move I have experienced. From start to finish, all who I interacted with were fantastic. The packers did a good job. Things were not labeled correctly and well enough for the movers to re-assemble the furniture together in our new place. When they showed up, they tried to say they didn't take anything apart which was not true (it was a different crew). Hardware was missing and they took a piece of our bed which caused my wife and I to have sore backs for weeks. Our main contact with QMM was on vacation and the rest of the company was useless without her. They did not communicate well with me after they did not assemble the bed correctly, and took some valuable wood with them that was part of our bed and had to re-deliver the pieces. This caused me a lost day of work because I had to stay home. I would not recommend them. Also, do not ask them to unpack the boxes...they just make a mess.

I had high hopes for this company given some of the good reviews but unfortunately they were a huge disappointment. Firstly, when a QMM rep and I did a video assessment of my apartment, the rep quoted me as having 4000 lbs of furniture for a 560 sqft, one bedroom apartment. There was no way I had this much furniture and immediately felt there was intention to inflate the price. I'll admit I was a bit lazy in my search for other moving companies, and as I had to move quickly, QMM was the best option available. To get the price down I had to remove some items from the move ( eg. my bed, bbq, and a dresser) which I sold or gave away to friends. Once the assessment was completed and a deposit paid, I was given a liaison who would be my main point of contact. There were a couple instances where I had questions which needed a quick response (24 hours). The liaison never got back to me and caused some unnecessary stress. I then was provide some forms to fill out that I was given a week after the company's own policy (eg. provide one week before move out date). Again I had questions here and did not get a response from my liaison. Lastly, QMM lost a family keep sake passed down from my Dad and had no answers. Simply a "we don't have it" and offered nothing. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience.

I would give a 0 star if possible but that's not an option at all. Horrible customer service. Emailed for a quote, never got a reply. Then called for a quote and was told someone from the sales team will call me back. No one ever called me back.

Overall 7 out of 10. I liked the personal touch, but why 3 people in the chain instead of just one constant? The upfront price was double everyone else, knowing that most do then raise their prices later. Our agent over promised on the timeline and I had to push and push to get the promised schedule back on track....which they did meet. Original quote was off by 30%, a little high. Movers on both end were polite, professional and on time. No damages, nothing missing.
