Brad and his team came in to move us out and in for a renovation project. They were incredibly efficient and reliable, and I would book then again in a heartbeat. My best example of their professionalism is in regard to our washing machine. As they were moving it back in, the mover noticed the hose in the back was leaking. They took immediate responsibility for it and took the time to fix it. We didn't have to ask or push, they just did and the repair is great. I highly recommend them.

I hired JP's Moving Services to complete my recent move within the city. I was so pleased with my overall experience with them. There were four movers, Matt, Jamison, Dennis, and Terry. They were all very friendly, and personable. They worked fast and efficiently while loading all my belongings, and again when unloading. I was really impressed with the way the movers handled my items, taking care with the fragile and breakables. They didn't take any breaks, or even stop for lunch. I was impressed by their work ethic. I highly recommend these movers, and have told my friends about them too.

From the second the movers came out of the truck to introduce themselves, smile and check what needed to be done, they wasted no time at all in getting down to work. I moved out of my townhouse yesterday with JP's Moving Services Ltd. What an INCREDIBLE bunch of guys. So professional. And what a phenomenal work ethic. They were the BEST! Couldn't have asked for anything better. I chose them because of their reputation and professionalism. From my first phone call with Brad until the last piece of furniture was placed in the living room, i was not disappointed. . The movers were polite and hard working and their truck was very clean.( unlike most moving companies). It took less time then i figured, and the price was right. We were hesitant to hire a moving company at first, but we will absolutely not be moving by ourselves again. These guys were SUPER fast, friendly and efficient. What would have taken my family 4-5 hours and numerous trips took a total of 2.5 hours from arrival at our house in the country, to departure at our apartment in the city. It was such a stress free experience with zero damage to our house or to the apartment building we moved into. If we ever move again, we will be calling JP's. I cannot recommend them enough.

We hired Jp's Moving company to move commercial boilers from the main level to the boiler room 2 stories down in an apartment building. These boilers were 7.5 feet tall and weighed over a tonne each. And there were 3 boilers. Not only did Brad and his incredibly professional staff move them, they did it without a scratch on anything, which i thought impossible. If you need anything.... and I mean anything moved, this company should be your first call!!! Great work and will definitely be using JP's in the future.

I booked a residential move a month in advance. Today is moving day, everything I own from forks to bed sheets are completely packed. They are a no-show. Their website and google says they are open today but no one is answering phone, text or email and their voicemail box is full. Their address is an unmarked parking lot, so there is no office to go to. I am completely baffled, it's like the weirdest way to screw someone over for no gain. If someone actually gets in touch with me and remedies this I am willing to change my review. For now I just want the service I booked before the new tenants want in! Unreal.

Excellent experience moving, came out a little more expensive than anticipated but the job was done right and without issues. Super efficient and the experience showed with both workers. Only complaint, requested non smoking crew but got two smokers. Not the end of the world as I was quite happy with both of their work.

This company did a great job moving us. We moved from an apartment and putting our belonging into a storage unit. They had no problem accommodating us. Brad (and helper, so sorry, I forgot his name) were both professional and have a great sense of humour. They also went above and beyond at the storage unit, we also had a smaller unit and when I asked if they could move the things in that locker and move them to the bigger one for us, Brad said no problem. I don't usually write reviews but felt this one was necessary. My daughter just moved today and hired JP's moving services. She had very little to move, and one additional stop to make on the way. When I said she had very little we are talking about a bedroom suite, a sectional an additional bed, coffee tables and approximately 20 boxes and totes. She received a quote and giving what she had we didn't think it would take any longer than four hours. The movers didn't not show up at 9:00am as planned but closer to 9:30. They were loaded by 10:30 the second stop was on the way for the additional bed which was already in the garage and ready to go. They apparently got lost on the way to the new location but finally arrived at approximately 11;15. They were able to park right out front of the apartment building and started to unload. Now you have to go through the main doors and a small court yard to get to the building entrance, so maybe 1/4 of a block if that. The elevator is on your immediate right. She is on the second floor and at the far end from the elevator. That being said, my daughter and myself were hauling things as they brought them up the elevator to the apartment ourselves. We found many times we were waiting for them to bring stuff up. I looked out the window on more than one occasion to find the owner standing there talking to my other daughter. I texted her a couple of times and said try and avoid the talking as they work by the hour. Don't get me wrong they were very friendly but you can walk and talk at the same time. I know it's tough times with Covid and all but I just felt we were seriously taken advantage of here. I did tell him I thought his price was high considering we helped out a lot to speed the process along. His comment was well that helped to keep the price down. I just think they wanted to drag this move out longer than was necessary and to top it off the final cost was higher than the original quote by $20.00. Seriously, very disappointed in this company. Considering my husband and I just moved from a 4 bedroom 4 level split to a two story townhouse and they also took down and set up the beds and did it in 8 hours with two men including travel time for just over $1700.00, I truly believe they took advantage of the situation and over charged us.

From the first phone call when Brad took time out from camping with his family, I felt that I was talking with a straight - up guy who would be true to his word. From then until I paid and we shook hands, that impression never changed. They arrived on time. He brought along Travis who looked strong enough to pick up the back end of the truck. Everything ran smoothly and the move was completed an hour earlier than the time given by the condo board. Nothing was damaged and everything was where we asked it to go. I don't plan to move again any time soon. If I do, I'll be calling Brad.

In some cases the better the review the more expensive they were along with many extra charges. Then I spoke with Brad from JPS Moving and right from the get go I received a good vibe. My Husband and I booked JP's Moving Services. Brad the owner of the company, was very excellent to deal with. His customer service was just amazing. The guys came into our 2bed/2bath condo and packed everything up properly and trust me we have a lot of fragile items (nothing was broken). The move went with out any issues. The guys showed up on time and moved all of our stuff without any damage being caused. Which was awesome. The price was excellent and was just as Brad had quoted us. To sum it all up AMAZING!!! Here is my story if you have the time. My mom passed away and after 15 years in the same place I was moving out of town to her property. I was changing my life and stressed and anxious about the situation. I called Brad and said I had a few things to move as I moved all the kitchen and clothes myself. But when I returned home to meet him I had way more stuff and not prepared. He calmed me down and said he had extra boxes and would make sure we got everything I needed home even my motorcycle! I went from being stressed and in tears to being calm and even laughing. Once we realized I had more stuff and the time would take longer he rounded up two more of his crew that finished a job earlier to come help. Every employee that came was friendly and up beat. They handled my effects with care and concern. They had a system in place to move quick and efficiently especially when I forgot to book an elevator for the move which added time. These guys made me feel so relaxed and positive about this transition. Even when we got to my new residence I wanted to make it easier for then and just move things in the basement and garage and I would sort it out later. Brad wouldn’t accept that answer. He said no we will put things where you want them to make it easier for you! Honestly it was all these little things that added up that I’m truly grateful for. Sometimes moving can be scary and you feel out of control and unorganized but these guys validated my feelings and made me feel normal about these feelings. In the end they got the job done professionally and went above and beyond of any expectations I had. If you want a positive moving experience that leaves you smiling and feeling positive about your new beginning book this company. It I’m blessed and grateful I found them for my new beginning

Ryan, Devon and Cliff were a dream team for getting all our stuff safely and efficiently moved. Ryan fit it all into their largest truck like a Tetris champ! We did need an additional run from Edmonton and Beaumont for our lawn furniture, but were only charged for the drive to our location and back from our new location, not for the extra trip. Extremely reasonably priced for sure! I was impressed with my initial conversation with Brad (and with all other conversations) finding them to be honest, sincere, professional, and friendly. They looked after our belongings like they were their own. Professional crew that have chosen this as their career, and it shows! It was great to hear the crew comment, "No problem", when I had to change where I thought a box needed to be! Everything arrived in the same condition in which it left.The crew had a professional and positive demeanor. If we ever move again, they'll get our repeat business!
