Pretty good place for pizza and if you go into the restaurant in the hotel, especially in summer, it's always packed at dinner time with plenty of happy faces. We love the variety of pizzas that they offer and the crust is excellent.

Poutine is not at all what it is claimed to be. Pretty sub par. I ordered for take-out, got there 5 minute before my order was ready, there was maximum 5 minutes delay between when I picked up and started eating. When i i open container, the cheese curd were all melted on top creating kind of a weird blanket. Gravy was not thick enough so it all ended up in the bottom instead of coating fries and gravy. I cannot pin point what, but gravy was lacking in term of taste. Other big thing for me that is suppose to be basic for good poutines, is cheese curd throughout the poutine, not just dump on top, halfway throught, you barely have cheese with your bites. Don't claim that it's the best poutine west of Montreal. Pretty far from it actually.

We ordered delivery. Fast service. The food was phenomenal. We got pizza and Caesar salad. The pizza came hot and was some of the best pizza that we've had in a long time. Highly recommend if you go to Banff you need to stop in and visit.!!!!!

I've had the pizza many times before and it always tastes fresh. The last time I ordered there was a mix up with the order and it wasn't delivered. When I called them to figure out what happened, they were extremely apologetic and made everything fresh for me and gave me a cake as a apology. I make it a point everytime I visit Banff to order from Carlitos Pizza..Been doing it for years now. There Food is always fresh and delicious 5stars. Today Jan,12, 22..5:30pm Lol We ordered a Pizza..sat in the car and Devoured it!! Unfortunately our battery died in the car. What a disappointment. I don't think I have ever had a pizza so dry and and hard to eat. First of all I was told to expect it in 45 minutes or so. It took about 20 minutes extra. The pizza was so dry and almost inedible. The dough of the crust was tough and overworked. I felt like I was gnawing on a piece of cardboard. I wouldn't be surprised if it was dry because it had been sitting under a heat lamp. Pretty expensive for a 12 inch as well.

We have been ordering pizza from Carlitos since they opened and it’s our only go to when we’re craving pizza or just looking for a break from cooking after a long day of work. Their menu covers all the bases and with lots of vegetarian options, salads and appetizers, it’s enough keep the whole family happy without overwhelming choices. Who doesn’t love a pizza party!!!?? The management here truly care about quality service and ingredients, and to top it all off their online ordering system is as easy to use as it is efficient!!! ***No one is perfect and mistakes can happen anywhere to anyone, please try and be patient with all the service industry businesses in the valley during peak busy season***

Love Carlito's I've been ordering Carlito's for a long time and they are great everytime. What compelled me to write this review is the latest delivery of PERFECT garlic fingers Just spectacular. I gotta add in the burger is one of the best I have ever had too. Thank you Carlito's! Oh and all that extra sweet sauce was put to good use!

A nice place to have pizza. The restaurant is not super big however it's cozy and the food is really good. The menu is not overwhelming, which is good, and price wise it's not too bad for Banff. The service was super friendly!

Took our family of 6 there for dinner and had a great time! The pizza was delicious and poutine was excellent. We asked for some amendments to the menu for the kids and the waiter handled it with ease and made it work out so everyone was happy. Icing on the cake? Total bill was so affordable!! We were walking down the street and saw on the chalk board GF pizza so we thought we would try it b/c I'm a celiac and pizza is a rare treat. My fiancé loved the GF pizza and the best part was the GF cost the same as regular no extra charges like some places. They had a great selection of poutine but was told the gravy was made w/flour not corn starch or I would have indulged.

We came in from Calgary for the weekend and wanted pizza. We ordered the pizza, wings and fry combo. Absolutely delicious, fresh and we got it ahead of when they said it would be delivered. Would definitely recommend and will order again when we come back to Banff.

If you're staying at a hotel that's a bit far from the city, you don't have to go all the way. There is a quite good restaurant from 7am. There are also bagels and muffins take-out for those who don't have time in the morning. If there is buffet, you are lucky and you shold try it only $ 15.95 including morning coffe.

This is not the first time I've had this issue either. I was quoted an hour for delivery, it took an hour and a half, and the pizza was stale and cold by the time it arrived, clearly it had been out of the oven for more than an hour. Avoid this place at all costs. The product is good but they don't care at all about service.

Don't get the Burger, but I HEAVILY recommend the pizza and the poutine. They advertise the best poutine west of Montreal, and they may actually be able to state that. Gluten free dough on the pizza is decent, but the toppings are what make the pizza delicious. Definitely high quality food. Service is nice, though it takes a bit of time to cook the pizzas. Overall a great place for a meal. Plus, they deliver!

Amazed at how bad this is. In fact, so bad that it compelled me to write my first google review! We ordered their spaghetti and baked spaghetti for takeaway and it took about 25 mins. That’s quite long, but was willing to overlook it if good was good. We opened the pasta and was amazed at how horrid it looked. The spaghetti (before stirring it) just looked like the instant sort. And I’m quite sure that it’s just spaghetti with store-bought sauce because there’s no real ingredients in it at all. Also, the baked one was massively burnt at the bottom. Quite sure the spaghetti originally comes in these “takeaway boxes” and then they just plate it if you eat there. The spaghetti also comes with garlic toast - and if you see, it’s barely even toasted (only on one side) and there’s literally no garlic or even garlic oil at all. Maybe they forgot? Paid about $30 in total, which is honestly ridiculous. Getting an instant meal from the supermarket would have been cheaper and probably nicer than this. I don’t know how they can even call this place a restaurant!! I’m mortified.

This place sucks, took forever for the food to come. It took an hour for our food to come, and the waitress I think I saw for about 4 minutes total. My father got the wrong order, the plates they gave us had a fly on it and the food was mediocre at best. Also we got the initial drink and no refills after that, I don't even know if they offered refills since the waitress was missing most of the time we were here. The vending machine here also stole my $3. Don't come here, save your money.

They said the delivery time would be 50 minutes, when it really took 1h 20 mins. Ordered the Carlitos pizza thinking it would be a favourite, and it tasted bad; very bland. The poutine was just average. Expensive. Don’t recommend. Save your money and order Domino’s pizza instead.

We picked this pizza place based on the Google Review scores. We had never heard of Carlitos Pizza prior. The average score is 4 but we find that to be slightly high. The man who answered the phone to take the delivery order was very patient and kind. He is very easy to communicate with. The pizza itself is where the average score comes from. We ordered the Hawaiian pizza (because Pineapple DOES ????belong on pizza) but found that there was mostly just cheese. There wasn't much in the way of Pineapple and ham which is kind of the point. The thin crust was decent. More tomato sauce with more seasoning would have been appreciated but what we got was decent. It was nice that they delivered right to our hotel room. We in no way would dissuade people from eating from here. It is a decent average pizza ????place. One piece of advice would be to brand the box that gets delivered. It makes for great, cheap advertising.

Really disappointed AND WILL NEVER GO BACK. I highly NOT recommended it. We usually drive from Edmonton couple times a year just to eat there as we are from Montreal. It was authentic food just like back home. Wish the original owner was still there, she was on point and knew was she was doing. The food is not like it used to be, they served us burned and warmed up fries they were hard as a rock. My mom got turkey deli meat in her clubhouse instead of real turkey and the black end of the tomatoes on it. It was not appetizing AT ALL as she didnt even eat anything on her plate. You guys definitely need a new cook because you will lose customers. The servers were not trained properly and felt bad for them because they were so lost and didnt really know what they were doing That was the last time for us at Carlitos Pizza. The quality of the food was terrible and it is really disappointing.

Was looking for what I considered an off the radar pizza establishment. Found it! Banff Ave access, hidden inside a Hotel - you have to look it up yourself as an initiative - clean, quiet, minimal patrons, so started to wonder what I had done? Turned out excellent service, maybe too quiet of a server, but polite and efficient, so tipped accordingly. Pizza was super hot and a thick crusted tastey wonder. Great experience. Will visit again.

This takes way too long, if your busy just say your busy not just make empty promises, haven’t even tasted it and wouldn’t reccomend

Redelivered (and brought fries to make up for the mishap, thank you) however the ranch wasn’t ranch, it was a runny dill sauce and the pizza tasted like cardboard : ( If you’re craving pizza or diligence, I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this place. The food was cheap in both price and quality. Unfortunately, the service was quite poor too. There was only us and one other couple in the restaurant but the waitress was too busy visiting with some friends that came in to serve us. I hate submitting a poor review (I submit almost all good reviews) but we left disappointed. Others though seem to quite like the place so maybe it was a bad day.

A nice late night dinner, but definitely just stick to ordering pizza. Tried the beef donair and chicken wings and both were just okay. The donair was fresh but lacked flavour and the wings were dry and didn't have much meat on them. The pizza was the most popular choice.

This is a fine place to enjoy a drink and great meal. Yuki went out of his way to make us feel welcome and recommended the Poutine, a Canadian specialty. I had not heard of it before. Fabulous ! You need to give Carlito's a try.

The cheese pizza was awesome and what we needed. Update: Revisited again. It was still good and they delivered straight to my room at another hotel. My only critique is that their ranch dips are all very runny.

Montreal style poutine? YES!! We were looking for a late evening snack and wandered on over here for poutine. Soo worth it! I felt like I was in Montreal. We tried the all meat, the Italian, and the galvaude poutine, all of which were absolutely fantastic. The portion size was large I almost couldn't finish...almost lol. The fries were so good and didn't get soggy and the cheese curds were huge and of course squeaky as could be. Price points are amazing and the salads, wraps and pizzas looked amazing as well... I will have to try those tomorrow because I'm going back ????????????????????????

When I went to pay my bill I was told "I was going to give you a discount but don't like what you said so no discount and you don't have to tip me". That was nice of her. We ordered just before their last order. We feel very sorry for them but they were very nice and welcoming! All food were very good, especially "Fish & Chips". The fish was huge and tasty. And "Roasted Veggie Salad" was just amazing! Our son doesn't eat salad not much normally, but he liked it. It was a big discovery for us! We will definitely come back again!

We love this Local hidden gem restaurant! If you like lots of cheese on your pizza, this is the place we recommend. Hot, cheesy and delicious! Poutine is the best and try their Roasted Veggie Salad! Never had this beautiful yammy salad anywhere, but here!

I also wanted to clarify that on the menu, they say that the dough is homemade, but it looks more like a pizza dough that we find in the supermarket ... in short I think for a pizza at this price, quality is not there at all. (Original) Nous avions commandé une pizza aux épinards (enfin apparemment, car au goût, ils étaient inexistants). On ne le voit pas sur la photo mais des tomates crues étaient posées après cuisson (ou décongélation...). Je voulais aussi préciser que sur le menu, ils disent que la pâte est faite maison, mais elle ressemble plus à une pâte de pizza que l'on retrouve au supermarché... bref je pense que pour une pizza à ce prix là, la qualité n'y est pas du tout.
