Hang and his crew did a great job for me this week. It was a long distance move on a short notice. The team guys carefully packed everything in the home loaded in the truck. Upon reaching the destination they unpacked everything and assembled all furnitures. Not even a single scratch on the furnitures!!!. Great job guys. Joseph

Not a company that goes by their word. Said they would pick-up a couch for $200 and deliver it on their way through Edmonton, but they never showed up. My wife called multiple times today to confirm. Spoke to the manager once at 6pm, and he said he would get back to my wife but did not respond again. Will never consider their services in the future.

As for belongings they took the time and utmost care to ensure all belongings were carefully wrapped and transported. Very efficient and good workmanship. Definitely would recommend these guys!

We recently chose Four Seasons to pick up our IKEA large order and deliver to our home. The whole experience and dealing with Hany was a positive one! Hany remained true to his word with his quote (even tho there ended up being more boxes than originally thought). The delivery was on time and the movers were very kind and respectful. Needless to say I would use Four Seasons again in the future and highly recommend!

DO NOT TRY TO WORK FOR THIS COMPANY. I apply for the labourer/mover position. I got an interview and it went well. They tell me they want me and then a week later not tell me anything about working. So i call them asking when i can start and they say that they're tying to find a spot to put me this week. That was 3 weeks ago. i haven't heard anthing back from them since.

I tried to hire them for a move, they didn't respond to my messages in a timely manner. Once we got the move set up they failed to show up. When I called he told me it was my fault as I wasn't good at communicating. When I asked exactly where the commication issue was and pointed out that we had confirmed that the move was happening and he hadn't requested any other info he said his guys had got busy. So his guys got busy, he failed to show up for a confirmed job, and he tried to blame it on the customer. I hired another company, I wouldn't trust them to move my stuff at this point.

Just a big shout out to 4 Seasons Moving for making our insane fridge delivery a laugh and being so helpful. after 3 attempts at delivering a fridge (manufacture had incorrect measurements), the guys were able to get us our proper fridge and they were soooo kind and funny. They were professional and made sure nothing got scratched or damaged and gave us some good pointers for setting up the fridge. Our haul away was a pain but they did it with a smile and a couple jokes which made it such a better experience. Thanks guys!

Very rude and un professional movers. They didn't interduce themselves, were making fun of my wife for no reason, swearing and making fun of our house. As a professional mover I thought they would have at least made sure to lay down floor runners or at least asked if shoes were okay in the house. I will be telling my landlord to never use 5hem again and would not recommend to anyone to use such an un professional company in the future

I hired these guys to move two heavy refrigerators from one house to another. They were efficient and careful not to cause any damage to the walls - not easy since refrigerators weigh 250 pounds+. They were polite and on time, and the cost was exactly what I was estimated. Very pleased and I will call 4 seasons Movers for my next move.

Super disappointed in this company. Booked a month in advance. Had one day left to move, and 15 mins before they said they’d be there, got a call that they wouldn’t make it. Even had a confirmation email and called them the day before to make sure everything was in order for the next day. So cancelled at 845 am. Got a call at 3 pm later from the company letting me know she can’t do anything for me so had to move all by myself with two females. I’m incredibly disappointed with the service and the ability to problem solve from this company. Will not be recommending to anybody in the future but in fact steering towards a more reliable company. They had no retribution or solutions. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Simply terrible, they destroyed our belonging. They left the mattress in the rain, broke the sofa and mixed all the items together kitchen with washroom. Everything is thrown every where in the unit. It is taking the restoration team days if we can recover anything. We are staying in a hotel for over a week now because the apartment is inaccessible.

Late post for the review. Delivery was done in July 2016. Was the worst moving experience I had to deal with. Stood me up twice, lied to me twice, poor communication skills, delivery was late by 3 days, damaged my door frame and couches. This man thought he did a wonderful job and was in denial he did anything wrong. The "owner" couldn't even call me with updates for no show and or change in delivery dates. The chick working the phones laughed when I called after being stood up twice and the owner now being late by 3 hous for the drop off. Then buddy has me sign a form later throws it in my face saying "I signed no damages." Lesson ed learned do not sign anything until after expectin the job. Then to top it all off the wonderfull "owner" Hany gave me advise on how to lie and cheat my municipality as well as advise on how to commit tax fraud. Do not waste your time and money on this man. I've even spoke to former employees of his and he is a terrible business man. Hany wanted a review, so here it is.

They called as they said they would when they were slightly off schedule, and driver called to inform me when they were on their way to deliver. My move last week was so much easier than it could have been. In addition to their moving all the regular furniture and boxes galore, I was so very impressed with the extreme patience and very hard work involved in dismantalling large Ikea furniture, moving it and reassemblling it at my new apartment. Wow. And inspite of my very best efforts, not all my possessions were packed. I was panicing. Richard just said "Don't worry - we will take care of it. And they did. With a sweet humble attitude.

I scheduled a move days in advance. Communicated clearly the addresses and contact information for pickup and delivery of my items. After waiting all day for a 10am pick up I was completely ghosted. I've since heard many bad things about this company. Very disappointing to say the least, even if their communication was better I could have offered some compassion and understanding but they just don't seem to care about customer service.

Worst moving company ever you have to deal with! The crews showed up late and none of them seemed to care. They were rude whole time, scratched my belongings, making inappropriate comments, and worst of all, they even steal your thing. And apparently they are known for that. They can operate this poorly only because they are based in Fort McMurray. Not many choices for people when it comes to choosing a moving company. I definitely recommend 4 Seasons moving for anyone's next move. Not only was Liam very accommodating with rescheduling my movers when a 1 day winter blast delayed the transport of my truck, the movers showed up at the agreed time and banged off the offload much faster then anticipated, whilst taking care for every item. Hired 4Seasons to move form Fort McMurray to BC. My stuff was almost 2 months delayed after the original delivery date. There were also some missing items which the company said they would ship to me, this never happed. When I tried to follow up I either get no response or nobody knows what I'm talking about. This company is the cheapest around for a reason. It's not that mistakes happen, it the lack to take ownership and responsibly of those mistakes that is the failure. Would never recommend for medium or long distance moves, spend a little extra money and look elsewhere!

Unbelievable. The two guys banged up the ceiling and walls, causing a LOT of damage throughout our new rental. Didn’t move some appliances into place claiming it “couldn’t be done”... baloney. Trekked through the entire place with their muddy work boots, leaving a huge mess. Spent more time standing around chatting and smoking while WE did the majority of the work. We paid top dollar so they could watch us do their job. Now my aunt’s back is out leaving her unable to go to work, the whole reason she paid for “professional movers”.

I'm going to be honest with anyone reading this; do not hesitate with chosing this company as your movers. Go with them.. On a last second notice, I had to move out of Fort McMurray. I called around to ask for quotes and 4 seasons blew the rest of the companies out of the water with their quote. Amazing. We just completed our move from Alberta to BC, They were professional, courteous, responsive, considerate and overall more than excellent to use the entire way. I did my research when looking for a moving company online, and they seemed to be trustworthy, and their prices were lower than other quotes received. Trust them 100%. They did all of our packing, moving across provinces, and unloading and the teams along the way were all awesome. They went as far as to hire extra guys to fit in a tight timeline giving by our building for unloading, without charging anything extra. They helped accommodate a family emergency in the middle of everything also. I can't say enough good things about them. Thank you guys for the hassle free experience.

Hello everyone, I just recently moved to Fort McMurray from Sherwood Park. I used one of the local companies to do the move for me and I would like to share my experience with 4 Seasons moving. I called the moving company and they took all the information over the phone. The estimate was sent to me by email in less than 24h and the price was very reasonable. I decided to go ahead and book the move with them and sent them a deposit of roughly 25%. They showed up to my house in Sherwood Park one hour late but the driver had called me prior to notify me of the delay, I was impressed with their professionalism. Once they got to the house, they covered all the floors, doors and rails on the stairs. The driver, with a smile, walked me through exactly what they were going to do and asked me if I had any specific requirements or requests before they started. They proceeded to wrap and protect every piece of furniture I had. By the end, I had 5 extra pieces to add and the owner said that it will be free of charge as "welcome to Fort McMurray gift", that made me really happy. All my belongings were delivered to Fort McMurray in less than 24h. Once they got there, they covered all the floors and everything again and started to unload. They reassembled all my furniture and bed sets and placed them where they're supposed to go. They didn't take any payment from me until the job was finished and once I handed them the payment, the driver pulled out his tablet and emailed me the receipt right away without me even asking for it. In comparison to my last moving experience, it was a day and night difference, I would highly recommend 4 Seasons moving to anyone. I am so happy that my first experience with a local company in Fort McMurray was amazing and worry free. I have also asked their team if I can take some pictures while the work was being done and share them with my friends. Moving to a different city is stressful, I am very thankful to them for making this move stress and worry free.

I would give a "zero " star, but it's not an option. The move itself went well, but the main entrance door got scratched badly. The owner of the 4 Seasons -Hany is his name- was supposed to send somebody to fix it, but never come or call. More than that, I contact Hany several times but the discussions didn't go anywhere. He is good on finding excuses, but not solutions. He is even impolite when you ask for a resolution of the problem. I had to go ahead and find somebody to fix it. I would NEVER ever use their services and NOT recommend for others.

I began my experience with 4 Seasons with complete satisfaction and happiness. They were very responsive and helpful and understanding of my unfortunate situation. The movers showed up and were so extremely nice and went above and beyond. They dropped off the contract to sign when they had told me I didn't need to sign it after and told me they would send me the invoice for payment. They got very rude after this point and less understanding. The movers loaded incorrect items and told me incorrect information and then charged me for it. When I tried to explain my situation and where the misunderstandings took place they got very ornary and I just paid them even though the price was clearly incorrect as I was paying for their errors. I personally will never use them again or recommend anyone else to use them.

The team damaged our brand new home because they were not properly equipped to move the item. It's been 8 weeks since they damaged our new home AND the item, and they still have not repaired the damages. The owner is taking no responsibility and is actually making his employee pay out of pocket for the repairs, causing further delays. This should be handled through the company, not at our expense (time). 4 Seasons Moving is not professional, not prepared, and not accountable.

They're professional, fast and efficient and moved me from a fourth floor condo to another fourth floor condo. Hany, the owner was rude and dismissive. The movers did not lay moving mats and were not knowledgable in using straps to move our new refrigerator into our home - resulting in a newly installed floor being damaged. When trying to negotiate repair, he continuously interrupted and yelled, before discontinuing the call. Very unprofessional service - would not recommend.
