Parkview Moving Co. was a great choice for us! The whole experience from start to finish was so good. Lisa came to our home to give us a quote, which was very affordable (and most importantly, accurate in the end) their office staff was efficient, helpful and very courteous, and the movers on the moving day were excellent. Craig, Dee, Marcus and Cody were very careful with our items and our home, they were efficient, and they worked very hard even in the very hot weather. Thank you Parkview for a successful move and a great experience. Very professional, affordable company that I am happy to recommend!

What a great experience! Moving is stressful at the best of times, let alone during a pandemic. The crew was punctual, efficient, super helpful and very, very hard working. They handled our multi-stage move, from a condo to Dymon storage, to new home and did all within the cost estimate, so we were able to budget accordingly. Everything was packed up with TLC, gently removed and loaded onto the truck, and safely relocated in the new house. Fantastic service right from the Facetime walk round the house quote and booking with Lisa, to the efficient and professional moving day. The team of Keith, Robbie, Issac and Kenny arrived right on time and got to it right away. Protective runners were laid everywhere, furniture wrapped and taped, beds were disassembled. The men carried several heavy boxes behind their backs and almost ran up and down stairs. Unloading was even faster and impressive. I really appreciated the quality re-assembly of the furniture, and the guys checking with me to ensure the placement in each room was good. Thank you team. Great job.

Never ever recommend this moving company to anyone. The worst moving company and customer services that I have ever experienced. This company moved my stuff in late December in the town (about 30 km distance) and they damaged my furniture and brand new mattress. I moved twice over the last three years from one city to another one (every time more than 400 km distance) and none of my furniture damaged in any of them. Whereas choosing Parkview Moving Company to move my furniture in the town for only 30 km distance, damaged a few items. During the moving, when I mentioned to the movers about some delicate items and requested them to be more careful, they responded me in inappropriate and not very polite manner. The worst part is when you request them to be responsible for the damage and ask them for repair. You need to follow up 100 times. They made an appointment with me to have a visit in my place and they did not show up without any notification. When you ask and follow up the case they tell you that they will call you back a day after you called them and they never call you back and you have to call them again and again to follow up. This happened to me at least 4 times!!!!!!!! It is now 2 months after my moving and not all of my damaged furniture fixed yet. NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL.

They overcharged me. They got stuck on the grass and took them 2.5hrs to get to the new place. They made me 3 hrs late to get my key. They broke stuff. They dropped my box that had appliances in it and grease was everywhere because of my deep fryer. I paid $1100 for 8hrs and they got stuck for 2.5 hrs of that time. They just put boxes anywhere when they were clearly marked. They complained that I had a lot of stuff even though I told them what I had. They took advantage of a single mother who is disable.

I moved from Standerd to woodroffe and it was a small apartment moving and i was looking for some moving company who would take care of my furniture and as well as my electronic items and i was asking my friends and one of my friend suggested me Parkview Moving Co. and i called them to get the quote. I am very happy with their customer service and a date and time was fixed for moving. I was bit nervous how they will handle my stuff but to my surprise they came equipped with all boxes,wraps and packed my furniture very carefully and delicately as if it belonged to them not even a single scratch and they know the proper lifting techniques. Kurt, Shane, Adam, and Jaylen are the best movers we’ve ever had! They made sure that everything was mat protected, they skillfully fitted 2 of the large 20x10 ft size storage containers into one truck, including a piano. They also were very courteous and friendly. I do my best to only write reviews when I have a truly positive or truly negative experience. After past negative moving experiences with other local companies, my bar was set low, but Parkview blew all of my expectations out of the water. For my truck loading, I had Shane, Kurt, and Travis. For my truck Unloading, I had Shane, Kurt, and Daryl. Both teams were AMAZING. They showed up early, to ensure they could get through everything. They assessed what needed to be done so that they could make a plan of attack, and they quickly got to work. They easily did 5-6 of work in under 4 for the load, and 4-5 hours for the unload in under 3. They were fast, efficient, and professional, ensuring that they asked questions. There was one tiny spot of damage on a piece of furniture, and the owner quickly reached out to rectify the issue. To boot, they were incredibly reasonably priced! I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Parkview to ANYONE looking for a moving company.

I have been a mover for this company for 5 years, I've been on jobs that most movers would decline, and I've been on some moves that could be confused for celebrity homes lol Never once have we not been able to finish a job, and if we haven't been able to finish the job, it was due to circumstances out of our control. We have friendly movers, friendly administrative staff, and friendly and accommodating bosses. John and shaw have been running the company smoothly for about as long as I can remember. I recently moved with Parkdale it was such a positive experience I was called and they confirmed that I would be moved they offered to bring an extra person which reduced the amount of time but cost more per hour I still ended up paying less than I was quoted because of the expedited process these three men were real experts at moving no damaging anything making sure that I was comfortable and happy with where I was living and how things were set up. The real benefit of buying movers is that they take apart any furniture that needs to be moved upstairs or that is harder to move I've never thought about this and they rebuilt it in my new home. Hello, I am one for ensuring I post information good or bad, regarding a service or company. It delights me to rate 5 stars and review Parkview Moving Co. I have had 2 moves, one in Aug 2020 horrible experience (different company) - but the one I just had done was on Feb 1, 2021, and I couldn't have asked for anything better. First off from the first call to the company, I was treated so well, and the office staff were so helpful and relaxed but professional, Stephanie worked with setting stuff up for me. She is without a doubt very punctual at getting a quote out to me in less than a day I believe. Outlining what was wanted and booked. Giving me lots of info from knowledge of what the movers can/will do, to explaining hours I've booked etc... and the way billing works. Then Feb 1, 2021 came and I saw the truck and 3 amazing men got out and we walked around house, seeing what instructions I had etc... explaining I didn't want to go over what was booked so they told me how they'd start with and if time expires then I would have the heavy or large items moved. I went over some paperwork, signed it and they introduced themselves and off to work!!! They did a fantastic job, no one could've done any better. To boot, they were easy to talk to, had a good sense of humour and seemed like they enjoyed their work, how I have no idea, as moving to me isn't enjoyable. But this whole experience was professional, easy going, cost effective, and a positive experience for myself and my daughter. Our movers were Ben & Justin and Joe. Guys you really made my day, with so much thats happened in my life in 4 years and so much hardship, this was one thing I didn't have to worry about at all. And "nothing" was broken, can't say that for the other company we had last Aug! Thanks again and you're in my phone for whenever I or a friend or family member needs a mover, they'll call you!!! We started off this process with a thorough video-conference meeting with Lisa (not in person due to Covid-19), so they could get a better sense of everything that needed to be moved. The quote seemed reasonable and I appreciated the transparency in what was included and what was an additional cost. On moving day, we had Joey, Rob, and Steven show up on-time and in great spirits. These guys were so friendly and incredibly considerate of our belongings! Our furniture was carefully wrapped in moving blankets and they treated them with care. They absolutely went above and beyond! There was no surprise costs on moving day and the move cost slightly less than estimated. We will definitely be recommending to others.

Parkview moving was mentioned to me last year when I needed some help with a residential move and they were pretty good. The office was easy with planning and at making sure everything was ready on move day, and the crew was on site, on time, professional, and friendly and made moving OK. No problems, fair Price,good work I'm happy. These folks made a fairly large job seem effortless. So little more than a year later and have another move, and Parkview comes through again. They are really good at doing this work, good equipment, good crew, great booking planning staff and they were very fair on price. So I feel I need to recommend these folks if you need some professional help, I would recommend you let them help you out. And no I'm not a friend of someone who works there or getting a discount for writing this, they deserve to be recognized.

I first contacted them on July 9th. As of August 17th, I still don't have a quote, this despite numerous follow ups from my end. I had to continually follow up and was told "we'll get in touch with you by end of day" or by tomorrow. It wouldn't happen, I'd wait 2-3 days and follow up. Rinse and repeat. I then finally got a home visit to be able to get an estimate. After that, nothing. No quote. I followed up. "I'm busy and will get back to you by the end of today". That was a week ago. I understand if you are busy--believe me, I do, but some honesty and communication would be nice. Even a "hey, sorry, it's been hectic--why don't I call you in a few days?" OR SOMETHING. I wanted to book with Parkview because they were highly recommended by a co-worker and finding good movers is hard. Needless to say, I'm taking my business elsewhere. My co-worker was appalled hearing my experience and is also now hesitant recommending them to anyone at the office.

Don, Keith and Ryan really knew how to move a house! They showed up on time, they used runners to preserve our floors. They wrapped up all our furniture and paintings for safe travel. They showed up late then had to rush because of an elevator time limit so they started throwing things into their truck. They didn't pad wrap anything so they broke and scratched my furniture during the move. Then had the audacity to ask for tips several times... Ridiculous! And then got billed for a 45 minute drive back when Google maps showed a 15 minute drive. Would not recommend.

Great guys. Very efficient and took great care with our floors. Their efficiency did cause several boxes to be moved to the wrong rooms and there are multiple marks and nicks on the walls. We didn't mind as we saved some $ in billable hours but it might be something to mention to them when they arrive if you prefer extra care with your items and walls. All things considered, they were wonderful and we would absolutely recommend them and use them again!

Parkview Moving Co was my Champion in helping to deal with an unruly and aggressive landlord. I had suffered a severe car accident (Broken back, ribs and torn aorta) shortly before the landlord pulled his tricks and actually evicted me while still in the trauma unit. One phone call to rock star John the day before I moved and everything was set. Diligent, hard working, caring and professional. In some of the confusion, one large item (in another location) was overlooked by myself. John had absolutely no issue returning with a truck and two fantastic helpers and completing the job at no further expense. Even negotiated with the unruly and aggressive landlord personally.
