They may be able to move pianos but negotiating with him in regards to his used pianos was a very unpleasant experience. When I first went in I noticed his huge selection of piano rolls and he told me they were $10.00 each. I then asked if he would give a bulk discount and he said yes. After negotiations over a piano broke down, I sent my husband in to purchase the 25 rolls or so I had set aside. We thought we had more than enough money because he originally said he would offer a bulk discount on the rolls. (for example - 7 rolls for fifty dollars) He must have been unhappy with the recent failed piano negotiations and made my husband pay full pin for the rolls and not only that, he made my husband place three back. My husband also gave him over 30 or 40 of our old rolls, thinking he'd give us at least a dollar a roll. No such luck. Dream on with this guy. I will NOT recommend this establishment to any of my piano students or my worst enemy for that matter. An absolutely horrible experience.

One of them told me the keys of my piano are in real ivory, something I never knew, and other facts I didn’t notice about the restorations it has gone through during its long life. Apparently they move 6 to 8 pianos per day, and one time 10…. Wow!

These guys are awesome! Long story short, I own a piano company in Michigan and happened to have a customer need a piano moved to a relative in ottowa. I made the mistake of originally hiring a different company 3 weeks ahead of time. I drove 700 miles and the day I arrive that company disappeared, didn't answer a call, email, and left me hanging. Super unprofessional. I'd give names but you can probably figure it out. He has a really nice website, and good reviews but don't be fooled. I called these guys and they showed up within an hour and helped me move a grand piano up about 15 stairs, seamlessly and almost effortlessly. I move pianos myself in Michigan everyday, and these guys are good. They're knowledgeable, quick, professional and just straight up good guys. Ardy (the owner) knows his stuff and is a great guy. End of the story, I wish I would have called them first. I highly recommend them!

Great job! Was given a 2 hour window between 2:15-4:15 on a Saturday as to when they would show up. They arrived at 2:15 on the mark. I wish the cable company's were as efficient. I've shopped around and the price is very fair. All correspondence was done by email and it was easy to make the arrangements and Cheri was friendly and quick to respond to any questions I had. They arrived at my doorstep prepared to do the work and smiling. I would use them again and would recommend them to friends and family.

This company does not respect or value their customers and this is why. During the second wave of the pandemic, I wanted to purchase a piano from this company. At the time, I felt that the security of having a decent quality piano was worth the $1000-2800 plus moving costs. After arranging to meet at their warehouse, I asked about their covid-19 protocols. I was told that the owner/salesman would NOT wear a mask, even though it was an indoor space where they are selling pianos (i.e. a business). When I said I work with a large group of youth that I wanted to protect, there was no offer wear a mask or have someone else show the pianos and absolutely no reasoning provided. In fact, they told me they do not wear masks in 99% of the homes they go into! This company chose being anti-maskers over my business and I am very happy to say that I found a beautiful piano for free elsewhere!

Ottawa Piano Mover Arnprior moved an upright piano for us from Kingston, On to Ottawa On. You need look no further for a mover I was so impressed with the fact they sent me all the information for an Ottawa Piano tuner that they recommended wether I used their moving services or not. They gave me a written quote with options on what to choose to make the move less expensive. Their pricing is more than reasonable. Cheri my contact at the company was a delight to work with. She explained everything through both emails and phone calls. The three men that arrived from Arnprior to pick up our piano were very nice and took great care in their handling of the piano. They loaded it onto a special dolly and had set up ramps to avoid any stairs while loading it on the truck. They covered it well and had all the proper equipment to secure it well once inside the truck. They arrived well within the time frame we had agreed upon. The crew was just as nice and courteous at the delivery end as well in Ottawa. My daughter and husband would also recommend your company. Terrific same day service pick up and deliver.

This was our second piano move with Arden and his small platoon of piano movers. There was no guesswork to the quote for the move, it is based on the number of steps to be traversed and factors such as if the piano needs to be turned on it's side. The team arrived within a 30 minute time window that they confirmed with me the day before. Our piano was moved from Arnprior to Carleton place and it was done with extreme efficiency. I shudder to think what the cost might be to an individual who might think it's cheaper to forgo the experienced piano movers, and maybe wind up with damage. It also helps that the company owner is fond of pianos so there is appreciation for the care of this old world instrument.

They were pretty amazing to watch as a team, moving in synch, confident of each other's abilities and skills, and watching out for each other. The crew was right on schedule delivering the piano to my son's home in Toronto, and did a great job bringing it in and setting it up. On Thursday, January 9, 2020 3 guys showed up at 10:15 and carefully set up ramps on the truck and on the 4 stairs to our front door landing. Then the senior member came to the door, greeted me and was joined by two younger men. All were very friendly and compassionate to my 'piano loss grief'. The whole move, including getting our player piano out the off-set doors down the ramp and up the one onto the truck, securing it and departing, took less than 15 minutes! They were so careful with both the player piano and our home; no damage at all. The e-transfer method of payment was so well described by Cheri and easy to use. I don't normally leave reviews, but when it came to moving our 650lb cabinet grand piano, I need to say I was nothing but impressed that this team vastly exceeded my expectations. They arrived exactly on time, laid out ramps and protective padding in my house, lifted the piano like it was a feather and moved it a few kilometers to the next place only to complete the same steps in reverse. They were well prepared and organized to make this move and clearly had the expertise to do it safely. The sum of my face time with the team was under 30 minutes and I was not at all worried about my piano or house at any point in this process.

Outstanding! From start to finish 5 star - my highest recommendation as a very very picky customer who never gives above 4.5 stars (if no partial stars, I give 4). We had many things that went very wrong or partially wrong with our move including: 1`. Keys misplaced by seller's real estate agent, 2. movers misplacing some of our personal items (such as our bed frame, so we had to sleep on the floor!), 3. Not knowing whether we would have to put our valuables into storage because of the lawyers and bank mistakes, 4. Having to call in some of our friends at the last minute to help clean our old home because everything else was delayed because of lawyers, real estate agents, banks, sellers, movers etc. The only thing that went without even ONE little issue were the piano movers. They handled our initial inquiries with world class Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skills, they demonstrated world class communications with us throughout, were flexible and completely patient even though they didn't know exactly when or where they were delivering our grand piano even on the day of the move, and their professional moving staff were in and out of our old house in record time - then in and out of our new house also in record time (even though they were very fast and professional they were friendly, courteous and helpful). We paid them without any incidents or issues. I can't recommend them highly enough!!!
