Kevin did a great job for us as we moved into our new home in Huntsville. He was very flexible with the scheduling, accommodating our changing plans and brought the appropriate crew to complete the initial unloading of the truck in less time than expected with no damage to furniture or new home. He returned the next day with an expanded crew to assist with the assembly of bed frames, futons and desks and unpacked numerous boxes and helped set up the family room and kitchen. Kevin and his crew were very efficient throughout the process and very thoughtful in their approach, they did a great job.

After seeing all of the reviews lately about this company not calling or showing up, I took it upon myself to try and reach out a few days before my move to confirm that they were still coming. I left at least 3 messages, and an email, over several days, but never got a word back. The day before my move I decided to hire another moving company because I couldn't risk being stuck without movers. It wasn't until a friend of mine, without my knowledge, wrote a negative review of Muskokan Movings on Facebook that Kevin finally called me back, but only to demand that my friend take down the review. He blamed his lack of communication on a family emergency, but I pointed out that he was on Facebook every day sharing comical videos. If he has time to play on Facebook, he has time to answer a phone call or email.

Didn’t come. Didn’t call back. Sounded very friendly on the phone - but that’s not enough.... I even offered to help myself if he could bring his truck over - no reply. We’ve moved a lot - it’s never been this stressful.

The worse mover we have ever had. He damaged our furniture and said he would pay for it and never did. His men didn’t have booties to slip on over there shoes and my front stairs were carpet and they got if dirty. Said he would come back to clean and never did. He didn’t order enough trucks and had to go back the next day and still didn’t move everything. We had to rent a 26’ truck and go back and get everything he left at the house, even after the new owners told him to take it. He charged us more than he quoted so get your quote in writing. I would never tell anyone about this moving company and would never use them again. Oh yea he will say something like “you are mistaken, I’ve never moved you”. If you hire Kevin you will be sorry you did.

Despite this being almost 5 months ago, I think others would like to be aware that I would never recommend nor use this mover again....and I have moved several times over the years.

The worst! Booked six weeks in advance. Never called, never showed up. Left us high and dry. Unreliable, undependable, unprofessional. Do yourself a favour and use a different company. What a joke, 1 year later he posts to apologize and ask what he can do to make amends. Just trying to cover off all the negative reviews, no sincerity at all. How about a direct call? never happened. His restitution is about as punctual and dependable as his service.
