Very Poor Expereince. Beware of this company. There is a dispatcher on Kjiji by name Jay Singh (Sales manager) who will offer flat price and then will change it. He offered me flat price and after assessment his two rogue guys started the work and after loading the truck they started blackmail and doubled the price. Two very rough people. I had to call police and lawyer. If you want to avoid the mess avoid this company. Always make and inventory and make them sign the agreemenet

Master movers and storage are AWESOME to say the least!!!! They are on time; trucks are exceptionally clean; the staff are courteous, professional, efficient and gracious. Coming North from Toronto (and moving multiple times across the city), I wish I had these gents to move me for all of my previous moves. The cost is extremely reasonable- $144/hour + get for 3 staff to move you and those costs include the truck and fuel to where ever you need to go. You Rock, Master Movers! I am So Pleased we were able to work with each other on my move from Gravenhurst to the Magnetawan area. I am most happy to refer you to anyone! -Lindsay P.s. Ensure you read the insurance form thoroughly. I received a cheque for $100.00 when the damage estimate was $1200.00. Two of our new couches were damaged, plus some smaller items. I would not recommend them.

Who doesn’t hate moving . . . everyone I know but Master Movers made our move go smoother than what we expected. From my first phone call inquiring to availability and cost to the moment the truck drove out of our driveway we were impressed. Shelly and Marie were able to answer all my questions, they were pleasant, took time to review all the details, offered suggestions and returned all my phone calls and emails. We moved in one of the season’s high periods and ended up moving on a Sunday as it was the only day they had available in our time frame. Considering all of the company’s movers were probably working a lot of hours during this time, Tim and Brian were AMAZING! They arrived exactly when I was told they would, they looked around our home, they explained how they were going to load the truck and the reasons why our contents had to go in a certain order. They worked hard and never mentioned how heavy anything was (we were careful to pack boxes trying to distribute the weight). I cannot say how remarkable this team worked together! After days of unpacking I can tell you not one item was broken, scratched or dented. We highly recommend this company and can not thank them enough for helping us get through our move!

We called Master Movers to book a date Unfortunately they were full on that day However Shelley spoke to us at length and let us know that the mover we had a quote from was not the most ethical company in the business. She was amazingly helpful with suggestions on "what to be aware of". She even suggested 3 other companies to contact. We believe she helped in saving us from a nightmarish situation. If we ever move again I will deal with Shelley and Mastet Movers in a heart beat!

The men that showed up were courteous and considerate of our belongings and treated our furniture like it was their own. We are seniors and needing to move at this time in our lives can be very traumatic but the two gentlemen that moved us made the transition very easy . We would recommend this company to anyone we were very pleased with the service.
