Very professional, everyone I dealt with. I screwed up and had it delivered to a home - they do NOT want this type of customer - charged extra $89 on a $200 delivery fee. But, I would use them again - far better than any experience I have ever had with Canada Post.

This is not a great transport company to work with, i called to get a shipment picked up which they were happy to do. I asked if the had a flatbed service and emailed specific instructions of how the freight was supposed to be handled as it was an oversized shipment. The dispatch said no problem and i thought everything would be great. When the shipment arrived i came in van trailer not a flatbed. The shipment was damaged. I refused the shipment and made the take it back to their warehouse where i was told i would have to make a damage claim. I then waited 5 weeks for them to reply and refuse the claim saying there was no evidence of mishandling of my shipment. I called the supplier to confirm it was not damaged and the freight arrived damaged. Not sure how that is not mishandled. They also threatened me saying that if i didn't accept the freight it would get more damaged at there warehouse. The forged my signature and dropped off the damaged freight and have since ignored my calls and emails. I will not use them again! they are dishonest bunch and cant even admit to a mistake when i have all of the evidence to support it. They will draw out your claim and them say its been two long to do anything about.

First class delivery. Called for a quote, it was very competitive. Next day my shipment was picked up in Alberta and delivered within 2 days to the dock at my local depot. Received a call from the local depot and they assisted me with loading. First class company, well managed Depot.
