We used Cube It (2 full size containers) to store our furniture for just over 3 months while our house was being built. Excellent service for pick up and delivery, reasonable and affordable price compared to competition. The only thing I would recommend is to schedule your delivery and pick up as soon as possible to avoid any delays in the pickup of empty containers. I should have provide a firm pick date, instead i had the containers in my driveway for 10 days. Overall, highly recommended.

I used Cubeit services twice already and their service is exceptional. The highlight is the customer service and the friendliness of their staff. EVERY SINGLE FOLK I have spoken to was ready to help and willing. I chose Cubeit to move from Toronto to New Brunswick (storage only) even though they currently do not deliver the container here (only to Montreal) just because of their service level. I could have gone with Pods but my experience with Pods was very unfriendly and honestly kind of rude the 2 times I have interacted with their representatives. Again Cubeit is 5 stars!

I do not believe I have ever reviewed any business establishment, however, my most recent experience with Cubeit has led me to take the time to prevent anyone from having the same costly issue at the expense of an unorganized, overbooked company. Do yourself a favour and call Big Steel Box or any other storage facility and inquire as to whether they accommodate their customers. I booked a Cueit unit in the Spring and when I called to have it picked up in August, I was told that they were too busy and would need to retrieve the unit in September. Given September is the busiest month in our company, I e-mailed and called a representative to ensure that the unit was not picked up at specific times. Our business parking lot is not navigable for a period of time during the morning and afternoon. The delivery service arrived precisely in the middle of our busy time where vehicles are lined up around our commercial building. When asked to please wait 15 minutes, I was rudely dismissed and told to move the vehicles, that he could not wait and was on a schedule. I called the customer service and was told that they could not schedule times, was charged and was given an alternative date for pick up. That date came and went and a delivery truck did not show. When I called again, I was told there was an error, was charged for an additional month and given another date. I explained that the fact that they could not pick up the unit in August when I was done with it, that they arrived when it was impossible to pick up and that I had my techs and staff on alert waiting for the unit on the day it was rescheduled with a no-show and that all of these issues were not my problem did not result in a refund of my money. I was told today that I would be refunded October's rent if all goes well with the pick up tomorrow (hopefully, inside the windows that have been provided). My son used Big Steel Box, extended his rental for a few months when their new home was not ready, had a pick up within a couple of days of calling without issue is why you should NOT use Cubeit and go with a company that is organized to accommodate and service their customers without penalties for their errors.

Great Service and very professional. Customer service been very helpful everytime you have concerns and they make sure delivery and pick up is smooth. You'll get email notification the day before service and text message on the day of service to let you know what time the ETA pick up. We rented the storage as we are moving and closing our old place on diff date its very convenient for us to load and unload our stuff smoothly without rushing. All our stuff is in good condition after unloading. Truck drivers are very nice too. They are very patient as on the day of delivery on our new place forgot that they start early so i got my cube-it at 7am driver is very patient waiting for us to drive out our cars from the parking :-) Thanks so much Cube it !

So far so good, from the quote process to actually going through the rental process and booking the unit has been pain free. I noticed on the receipt that was sent to me prior to delivery that the mattress cover was omitted so I sent an email to have them correct it as I needed the cover delivered with the container, they responded via email within 7 minutes and I received a phone within 5 minutes from hitting the send button. The response time is amazing and all the staff members I spoke with were extremely courteous, friendly and very helpful. It is being delivered next week, so I hope to continue being impressed by this company.

This company is very difficult to reach to talk to someone. You leave a msg and they call back the next day. And you can't get an exact time for pick-up or delivery. They should improve that. We had movers ready to unpack the cube but since we could not get any information except that the delivery would be during the day, we had to let the movers leave. They advised when the container was supposedly on its way but that was not exact. Maybe the truc was but it took a while for the container to be picked up. But otherwise the service was OK.

Another flawless experience with CubeIt. This was our second time dealing with CubeIt this year as we work our way through a complicated move and renovation. The service was nothing short of perfect. The front office is very organized, courteous and responsive. This is clearly not some off shore call center. We received a text letting us know exactly when the truck was going to come. The driver was nice, sized up the challenge of positioning the unit where we needed it and being careful to place wood blocks to protect the driveway. We highly recommend this company. But you need to plan ahead... they are busy.

I have had an excellent experience dealing with the sales and customer service with the Cubeit team. I used two of their storage pods for five months while our home was undergoing renovations. The cube was dropped off at my door exactly where I requested and picked up when requested with a heads up for the four times they would be at my house. I am currently going to unload them at the facility because CoVid has meant that I was less certain of my date to move back in. They helped me arrange a date for which I could get a moving team in place for this earlier date and even gave me a recommendation for a company that they have worked with! I can post again about my final experiences once all is back home. The cost of rental went up by a small amount over the last month of my rental but there was good warning on this. Invoices arrived regularly by email. Special shout out to Mason who was a huge help on the phone!

If there was 6 stars, I would give Cubeit a 6 stars rating! From the correspondance to the delivery and pick up, everything was perfect, went smootly and quite a stress reliever. Moving is always an experience, not always a good one, but using Cubeit was the best decision I could have made. Having the container in my driveway two weeks before the move, gave me the flexibility I needed to prepare our belongings. I was also contacted by Cubeit personnel to give me some valuable information on how to safely pack the container. Two days before the move, cubeit confirmed that the container would be ready for pick up, and on the day of the move the driver arrived early, was quick, extremely meticulous and careful in picking up and delivering the container at our new residence. I am not kidding I could have safely place an egg on the top of the container and it would have made it intact, as such the driver also deserve a 6 stars rating LOL. Finally after two weeks at the new residence, I realised that I would need a few more days to finish the unpacking, Cubeit worked with me to find a solution that would save me money in the end. For info, we rented a 16 foot container, the unit was very clean, solid and completely waterproof (I know as we had multiple downpours while we had our belongings in it), it also had these little hooks mounted on the inside and this allowed me to properly secure some of the more heavy items. Seriously, I hope not to move again in the near future but if we have too, Cubeit will be part of our move.

My unit was delivered on time and positioned exactly where I wanted it in my drive way. The unit was very cleaned and easy to use. My experience with CubeIt has been mostly positive, and very smooth. Their customer service team is quick to answer phones and always very helpful. My only complaint is that my billing was mixed up at one point and my pod was incorrectly scheduled to be delivered four months early. However, this was easy to fix by calling their customer service team and I would give 4.5 stars if I could.
