They arrived at the posted time. They were very careful moving our furniture and very polite. We were very pleased with the service that we received. One mover went out of his way to move a big plant to our van and was very careful and even unloaded it when we got to our destination. I would recommend Bay of Quinte Movers 100%.

James to the rescue at the last minute. Had to be out today and need 5 days of storage. James was able to get a crew together and traveled an hour to get here. They were here only 2 hours after the original crew was to arrive. Absolutely amazed by the quick and courteous service. Highly recommended!

The men who moved my belongings from Belleville to Picton were very hard workers. pleasant, helpful and they deserve recognition. However, I ended up being charged twice what I was quoted, no doubt because I was only asked to describe the things I had, while no one came to my home in person to check it out. I informed the owner when booking that my contents consisted of minimal furniture and many boxes along with an electric piano requiring disassembly and reassembly of the legs and pedals. Mainly as a result of the piano, these 3 men had to do two runs in order to get the move done in a small temporary /rented van. It took them the whole day-- and it is my understanding -- with no lunch. Sorry, not impressed with the price hike. Ultimately, it seems to me, the company owner is responsible for not confirming the situation in person!

Fair price, but caused several thousand dollars damage to the house I was selling and my furniture. One of the movers was incredibly rude and had to be told by another mover to not come back into the house.

I was very pleased with the team of movers, that helped in making my Mom's move seamless. Even with some tight time limitations involving elevator access. The team arrived on time, set straight to the job at hand. Adjusted placement of furniture and boxes, to make my unpacking easy. They were all cheerful and hardworking! The only damage was an old brittle plastic garbage can! Which they brought to my attention immediately. (It was NO loss!!) I spoke to James several times leading up to the move, even before booking it. He answered all of my questions and concerns promptly and professionally. My mind was set at ease, going into the day. James and his team were extremely efficient and professional. there were four floors and many stairs and many heavy boxes. they helped packing artwork and took furniture apart and reassembled it in my new home. l would highly recommend Bay of Quinte movers excellent service and value. L Thompson

I was in a total jam trying to move out of Toronto to the area over a long weekend...James and team made what looked impossible an easy feat. They went out of their way to store my furniture and deliver the following week. They were in constant communication and always upbeat and professional. The truck showed up at our home yesterday on time and with the four workers ready to get into it. They started immediately and were almost running carrying multiple boxes during each load to the truck. They had the truck loaded in a few hours with all of our possessions. Care was taken to ensure all the fragile items were wrapped with their blankets. We were very impressed with their dedication and how they worked as a team. They then unloaded and repacked everything into the storage lockers for the next two months. I recommend Bay of Quinte movers for your consideration for your next move. We now know they will be there for us in two months to move our possessions out of storage and into our new home. This team we had was a group of respectful young men and helped us in a very professional manner.

Overall the move went well, with polite staff and only very minor damage to a couple of items. The issue we ran into was with payment. We were overcharged and trying to get a refund was terrible. Left them several voicemails and they only returned my calls after I threatened to get Mastercard involved. Even then, they agreed to provide me a refund, but the actual refund was half of what agreed to and now are not returning my calls again..... so in summary, great staff, but poor management. Beware.

The movers Justin and Trevor came on time and did the move quickly and carefully. They were friendly and professional and asked me what I wanted to be done in which order. I felt assured that my appliances and furniture were handled with care. When unloading at my new home they made sure that my belongings were placed where I wanted them. I would definitely hire this company again just because of the friendly demeanour of the movers and the professional manner in which they conducted themselves.

We used Bay of Quinte Movers for a move out on April 16 2021 and then a move in on May 6 2021. They were fantastic! They took really great care packing and wrapping breakables, as well as wrapping couches, hutches, etc. All of the movers were very polite and very patient with all of the last minute requests. The furniture was stored for a few weeks with no damage at all. The move in went extremely well and they even moved a large chest freezer and fridge out of the basement to the garage for us. The pricing was very competitive and there were no surprises on final billing. A major difference is that they charge by the hour, not weight, so they were the best priced quote that we received. We would definitely recommend!!

Nice guys, they smoke too much around your stuff, I had some minor damage here and there, I was charged a minimum 700.00 for an hour and a half! Ridiculous if you ask me!

We had our scheduled mover cancel the day before our move ( was United) and this great team stepped up and got us moved on our scheduled day. Guys were pleasant, worked fast and got us in! Jamie and his guys were wonderful on our moving day. Arrived promptly at 8:30, and got right to work. Very helpful, considering I haven't had to move in 15 years and was apparently more unprepared than I thought. They took the time to finish the fine details and took great care with our belongings. Even at the other end of our move, where we had a 2 hour wait, they kept their positive outlook. Nick took the time to reassemble our furniture and even unwrapped and hung our clothes from the closet where I wanted them! These guys were curtious, and professional. I would highly recommend them!! Thanks a bunch!!
