Elle a reçu un appel de la pharmacienne, frustrée de ne pas être capable de rejoindre le médecin et parce que le dossier de ma mère serait soit disant déjà fermé dès le lendemain...Ma mère s’est fait dire par la pharmacienne « c’est pas le temps de nous apporter vos prescriptions 2 jours après votre sortie, j’en fini plus de faire des appels et je ne suis pas capable de rejoindre personne, etc. ». MANQUE d’ETHIQUE PROFESSIONNEL ET D’EMPATHIE!! Et puis non, ça ne faisait pas 2 jours que ma mère était sortie de l’hôpital! Comme si ma mère était responsable de ces complications liées à son métier! Des complications et des frustrations, il y en a dans tous les domaines. Il serait temps que la pharmacienne travaille sur elle même et apprenne à les gérer! Ça, c’est sans parler de la confusion qui règne quand vient le moment d’être servi, « capharnaüm » comme dit un autre commentaire. Bref, on va faire affaire ailleurs avec du monde plus compétent, c’est garantie parce que chez ce PJC, on trouve de tout, même ce qu’on a pas besoin!!!
