Im going to start off by saying that this was the smoothest & fastest move I’ve ever experienced! Thank you Emerson & David! To provide more context: My friend referred me to Big Box moving company because I was having trouble finding a moving company with good service & reasonable price. Although we didn’t have an excessive amount of stuff, I was concerned because we had to start loading from my bf’s place then make a stop at my place and then head over to the new condo. The elevator in the new condo was booked for 10-1pm and we started the move at 9am. I was really hoping we’d be able to leave mine (2nd stop) before 12pm but 25 min later at 9:25am my bf texted me saying “they’re done, heading over to yours” and I couldn’t believe it! They got to mine at 9:40am, loaded EVERYTHING in 40 min and they went over to our new place and completed the move in 3hrs. When I moved last year with a different company, I paid double the price & took same amount of time just for myself. So... today’s experience was mind blowing and The Big Box moving company will def be my go-to moving company & will happily introduce them to my friends! Thank you ????????

Incredible service -- very fast, clean, careful, and courteous. And best value for money of any moving company in Toronto. Had to move out of a condo (while 2/3 elevators were down) to a house on a one-way street. Whole process took less than 3 hours. Can't recommend these guys more!

In the two moves they've helped us with recently they did everything right. From the promptness, the way they handle all the items, the politeness, to leaving the place spotless even when we were ok with it not being spotless. We highly recommend box box movers.

We've used them for 2 moves before, this time we used them to move a heavy elliptical machine from a bedroom to our basement. It involved moving through 3 flights of stairs, not only did they do it without any damage to the machine or our walls, they did it without having to disassemble the elliptical! We used Big Box Movers in mid August 2021 (mid-30 degrees Celsius weather). What a blessing! Frank, James and Benny showed up on time ready, willing and able. They assessed what had to be done, described their plans, and executed in the friendliest, professional and above-and-beyond manner at all times. Top class gentlemen! Our Experience: each man had the strength of 2 men, worked together as a team, insisted on taking everything for us (and even transported our two motorbikes properly secured in the truck!), put all boxes, lamps, and everything else in the room we requested, used appropriate protection for the furniture and floors, there wasn’t a single scratch or nick on the wall or anything –how?!? These guys define efficiency. *I blinked and our 6ft sofa was already in the truck. I blinked again and it was as if the contents of our house transported from here to there like Star Trek. Best part: hassle-free and they saved my lower back. Thank you guys!

I got referred to big box movers from a friend , I had a 220 gallon fish tank to move which is easily 500 pounds , the 2 guys showed up on time and moved the tank from my basement with ease , you can tell that they where experienced movers , anytime I have anything to move I know who I will be calling.

Took them only 3.5 hrs to move everything out of my previous condo in North York on the Thursday afternoon, drove to downtown and moved everything into my new condo! Jackie and his team are very responsive and knows what they are doing. They handle everything with care and wrapping. They won’t force everything through the door but instead extremely careful for not scratching it. They only took a little lunch break and non stop moving. Another thing to note is that my house is three stories high with basement as well. They didn’t show a tiny bit of altitude for climbing all those stairs. They are also very polite and will follow my directions. I highly recommended them if you need to move. Needless to say they have a very fair pricing.

Booked the big box moving company on June 28th 2021, they provided exceptional service and handled My items with great care. BONUS: My couch did not fit through the main doors but it was not a problem for them, THEY BROUGHT IT IN THROUGH MY BALCONY THAT'S 20ft HIGH. Nothing was damaged during the whole move and all my items were handled with care. Would absolutely recommend these guys to anyone looking for professional movers.

Jacky and his team arrived much earlier than scheduled. Photo speaks louder than words, they did the impossible, managed to move our washing/dryer machine from our basement, up those stairs and out to their truck without causing a single piece of damage to our floors and walls. Jacky and his team were extremely professional, courteous, efficient and most of all; Strong! Nothing is a challenge for these guys. One last thing that all consumers always worry about; they are extremely well and reasonably priced in case you were wondering. Will only call Big Box moving for any moving assistance, just book Early though because they are super busy and will be hard to book if you are a last minute man.

These guys were very impressive from the start! They arrived early and went straight to moving our stuff out the door. We moved from a 1+1 condo to a townhouse -2 movers. With one elevator out of order and management pressuring us to move as fast as possible, they were careful and efficient. Not to mention, very considerate. They arrived at the house before we did, and started to unpack our stuff from their truck to the appropriate places in the house. They made it possible to move our sectional couch in the basement by removing the legs and putting them back on. Courteous, friendly, and polite guys.
