Moved from Connecticut to Nevada. Pickup was fairly uneventful and efficient. Delivery was on the last day of the time window provided. Driver called in advance and complained of a bad back and that he was having difficulty finding a second local helper to unload. (It was as if he was hinting that he expected me to help unload the truck.) Driver ended up arriving with two helpers, one of whom was very vocal and condescending to his associates. He was yelling about the “evils of capitalism’” and that “Jesus Christ was fiction.” That didn’t go over well with the driver who was obviously a devout Catholic. And it only added unnecessary stress to my move. There were boxes without numbers, but they insisted everything they had picked up was delivered. It was only after they left that I opened boxes and discovered some damage — and a few missing items (which I suspect were in one missing box). The unloading crew had also used one of my boxes for trash when reassembling a floor lamp they had disassembled enroute. While removing the trash from that box (mostly wrapping paper) to put into a recycling bin, I discovered the lamp shade that belonged to the floor lamp that the crew had missed. Thank goodness I didn’t throw that box away in its entirety. (Another lamp shade still remains missing.) During the claims process, Stevens customer service reminded me that I should have noted any damage or missing items BEFORE the driver and his crew left since I had packed most of the boxes myself prior to the move. I was trying to be nice since I knew it would take hours to open everything. And the driver was in a hurry to get to California later that day. However, I will not make that mistake again. The lesson I learned here is that I will definitely open every box and inspect every item before I release the delivering crew on my next relocation. Since I failed to notify the driver of any damage and missing items before they left — and because I had packed the boxes myself — 100% of my claim was denied. I will not use Stevens or its associates on another move in the future.

Our moving coordinator was always easy to communicate with and the crew that packed our household was friendly and efficient. The local office staff were very nice, the ladies made me feel like a friend. The crew that delivered our household to our storage units 2 states away worked hard, were professional and best of all made us feel like we had a mini family visit from home! Payment was easy. I was able to pay for each "step" as we went along, they even stored our household for 2 unanticipated months at a reduced rate.

Forged my signature. Move was contracted for items to remain on trucks until delivery. Instead items were unloaded and reloaded causing damage and missing items as well. Delivery was on several trucks and not done on same day, so inventory was impossible to track. Did not sign for items until sure all my goods were delivered. When the mover was contacted with damage and loss, they refused to acknowledge any loss saying I had signed inventory. What they have is a very poor forgery of my signature. After being advised of this and filing a complaint with USDOT, they have tried to settle for less than half of value of items lost.

The actual movers here are good at their jobs for the most part, but the management leaves a bit to be desired. They have a somewhat difficult reputation for dealing with their customers' claims. If something does get accidentally damaged, they aren't usually keen on paying for the damage.

Please do not choose this company as your moving company. My husband and I have both served over 20 years in the Army and have moved five times. We have never had damage and never filed a claim. Stevens moved us from Fort Bragg, NC to El Paso, Tx and we had 27 items damaged. (brand new leather recliner, 28 by 48 Thomas Kinkade print, numerous glass items).....1,000 of dollars in damage. We filed a claim and was given 754 in damages. We appealed and they denied it. We are military and do not have a choice in our movers but it you have a choice DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY...........Just horrible and disappointed that this is the way this company treats 2 service members.......AGAIN DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

I just approached for local move based on the google review but they disappointed me. I got a call from office and I answered all the question asked about moving items, they offered my home visit to evaluate the moving items. I received an email for appointment confirmation. Appointed person called in the morning said " I just wanted let you know that our minimum rate is $600 for local move" lol Then why these all drama? Person evaluation, appointment etc? The first person could give this information and I can take a decision same time. Wasting time...

WORST company ever!!!! I have never seen so many things damaged in a move and on top of that a missing container full of progear. The company is giving us a very hard time replacing broken items and they WONT replace the container full of progear they lost. Beware of the inventory list because they write every single alphabet on the list to say its damaged in some kind of way even though there’s no damage so that you wont be able to claim anything if it happens to get damaged along the way. We have taken the claim to military claims and when we walked in we didn’t even have to give them the name of the company there first words were “STEVENS” …….. Stay away from this company and if you’re unable to avoid them from moving your items please be aware of what they do. Oh and to top it off they used my wife’s personal number and texted her to go out! I had no idea this company was that bad until this happen to us so I ended up looking them up and there reviews, and it seems like there is a looooot of people that have gone through the same thing as we have, its extremely sad that this company is still in business and that this company is still allowed to move military family’s…..

The Manager of my move, Melissa Schugars, was excellent. She is very knowledgeable and experienced in her field, and provided consistent personal attention to me and my move. She was very responsive when I needed her to change an aspect of my move, and when an issue came up. A good example arose on the morning of my move. Stevens had posted three "no parking" signs outside my apartment. Yet a woman had parked in the middle of that space. I called Melissa and left her a message asking her to alert the city's authorities. She did so immediately, and they set out immediately to tow the car. The woman did come out and remove her car. But it was very reassuring to me that I could count on Melissa to respond like that. The two gentlemen who handled my move -including the packing, load-in, and unloading- were also excellent. They were the very best I have experienced. I write this as someone who has moved 8 times in 11 years. Their names are Gerald Gilbertson, and his assistant, Mo. They are both extremely knowledgeable and experienced! They really know what they are doing; they simply do not make mistakes that inexperienced movers make. They are both a calming presence. They work well and communicate well with each other, and they worked and communicated very well with me. All of my belongings arrived safely and undamaged. They took great care with my belongings, and were very respectful and considerate to me. They were very timely and efficient about all aspects of the move. I literally feel that the two of them did the work of three people. I have respect and admiration for them both, and wish them well. I hope that you will share this positive recommendation with the two of them. Before answering this survey, I opened all boxes, unpacked most of them, and inspected my belongings. We used Stevens Worldwide Van Lines for our move from GA to TN. The entire experience was handled professionally with the estimator, through the load and delivery. The team was courteous and tried to take good care of all items. Out of a full semi, we had small dings on 3 pieces that will easily be repaired. Not one item out of boxes has broken and is saying a lot. We would definitely recommend, and especially our driver Toby and his team.

Pretty decent experience, but waiting to hear on our damage claim. Overall, good price. Good communication. Workers seemed careful and friendly. We had a big move about 10 hours away. Out of that move, damage to one tv and our elliptical is now clinking. Filed a claim takes 30 days to resolve so still waiting on that. Otherwise good experience.

Pretty much the worst experience I have had. I wish I had checked out Stevens before getting involved with them. My advice to others: DO NOT USE STEVENS. They dont call you, they dont deliver on time. They can and will "split" your load with the remainder of your household goods getting picked up by an "overflow" truck. of course they dont tell you any of this. And then good luck getting the overflow truck delivered. And after having looked at the other "answers" to other reviews" Stevens doesnt have to send me an email to "contact their Help representatives". I have already been in touch by phone and email many times. The only thing that that accomplished was to get my first load delivered on the date that they originally promised me. I plan on getting involved with the BBB and any other consumer help organization to work on getting some kind of refund. ABSOLUTELY no way do they deserve full price for the work that they didnt do. I only wish that there was a lower category then poor - fair.

We are a military family and have been through lots of moves. Stevens Van Lines is by far the WORST company we have ever dealt with. They broke sooo many things, and took weeks to return phone calls. It took them over a month to get around to repairing my daughter's crib. To top it off, they refused to replace an expensive filter fan that was lost in the move! Please avoid this company at all costs!!

Everyone was careful, meticulous, extremely courteous and friendly. I have never seen a moving crew move so fast and yet be very mindful of furniture and boxes. We moved from Seattle area to Tucson area. It was mostly furniture and a large safe we had to move. They came to the house and gave us a written estimate of the charges after looking at all we had to move. The moving date was set and we got everything ready for that day. The movers wrapped and covered our furniture and great care was taken with our antique pieces. They got everything loaded on the truck and I signed and noted all the items they took. We left for Arizona the same day.The furniture left 3 days later than we did. We were able to get to the new house and have everything ready for delivery. It was about 6 days later when the truck arrived. Again the movers took great care with our belongings everything was in great shape and they were very professional. The cost was actually less because the weight of the estimate and the true weight was less. I highly recommend Stevens Worldwide Van Lines.

Our experience was okay for the overall move, however the reason I gave the company 5 stars is because of our moving coordinator Christie, she was amazing!! We had some damaged goods and though it was expected, it was still frustrating. The reason I would recommend them is for the fact that we didn't have to make a claim with the military they sent us a check upfront for all of our damaged goods, it just made it a great experience because of out coordinators efforts to make it easier for us.

Very professional, attentive to our questions from the beginning of the estimate to the information of the schedule regarding the loading of the furnishings - this could have been a very stressful out of state move but this company removed the nervousness and anxiety of the entire process - the actual movers that loaded and unloaded were very friendly, on time, and worked from the moment the van pulled in to the last setting up our bed, and even assisting above and beyond! Everything was properly wrapped and due caution in supplying runners and being aware of our home flooring, lots of TLC! Not cheap pricing but we certainly felt it was worth the peace of mind. Worst move of our lives --- and we have moved 12 times including overseas and moves involving long term storage of goods. Would not even give them 1 star unless we had to. MAJOR issue with damage to our goods that were stored for about 14 months. Thousands of dollars of damage to wood furniture (including a family heirloom that arrive in more pieces than it left in) and the finishes to wood furniture. All claims were denied without them even sending someone to look at the damage, and no clear explanation of why the claims were denied. Never had this happen before. They had a great salesman but could not deliver what we expected with regards to storage of household goods. We moved from a house to an apartment to our new home in Florida and for the most part the furniture that moved point to point made out OK. Good packing teams - nothing broken other than a picture frame glass. However, cannot say the same for a variety of wood pieces that went into storage. The delivery driver in Florida was exceptionally unprofessional and did not show a lot of care for our goods. Would not recommend Stevens to my worst enemy.

Overall I was very happy with my experience. I didn’t have them pack and unpack, we did that ourselves. The men loading and unloading were great though! When they delivered everything to my new home, they brought floor covers as I requested to protect the floors and they never strayed off of them. They gladly put everything where it was most convenient for us and put a few furniture pieces together that we weren’t expecting to be put together. They acted like they really cared and enjoyed their job. We are only maybe halfway through unpacking boxes, but so far nothing is damaged. Every person we worked with was very polite and professional and they really seemed to care about being careful with our stuff which is the most important thing when moving everything you own. I would definitely give them a shot again if we move in the near future.

The Stevens Worldwide Van Lines company did an amazing job of moving my household goods cross-country from Connecticut to California! The driver in charge of moving my load for that journey was Jerome Brown ~ and he did such an awesome job of managing to keep all of my things from getting damaged in transit. My load was just one of three others that he drove to California from the east coast, so to have seen the perfect condition of my possessions as they were unloaded was wonderful ~ and I was SO grateful for that!! Jerome was in charge of the loading and unloading at each point, so I credit him for his oversight during that process ~ even though the crew he had working with him at both points deserve credit for their work as well. I'll admit that I was somewhat nervous about finding possible damage to my things during a journey of that distance. One of my sons and I did a great deal of the packing ourselves, but the larger items and many others were carefully wrapped and loaded by the crew for Stevens. They did such a great job of that ~ judging by the fact that when the load was delivered it all looked almost exactly the way it did when it was loaded in Connecticut. Even the cardboard boxes were clean and without any damage. I am grateful to have found and used Stevens Van Lines for my move and would do so again without hesitation!! I’ve had well over 15 moves in the same amount of time and for the first time we’ve had a successful move where nothing was broken or lost! I’m blown away. We always have to prepare to lose thousands of dollars each move and this time has been a blessing. Our movers came from the area we were moving from and I couldn’t have asked for a better group of men. Everyone was so increbly kind and professional. We had toddlers and a dog and they worked so well around us and even engaged the children. The unpacking was last minute as our closing happened early with a day notice. This company came out on a Saturday so our children could settle into their new home before starting a new school. I can not thank you enough. Let me just say that the Moving Team was absolutely the BOMB! I cannot say enough as to how pleased I am. Chad (the foreman, captain, driver, crew spvsr) is the cream of the crop. From Michigan to Tennessee he kept me posted along the way. Brought my things, set them up where needed then took my sons things to his apartment and did the same. If there was an option for 10 stars he'd get it!

Stay away from this company! (Update October 2, 2013. Both my inconvenience claim and damge claim have still received zero response after being submitted August 19, 2013) Moving from WI to CA. My family has had to endure many moves due my military career. In our experience, this is the worst moving company to date. After reading all the reviews online, it seems I’m not alone. On day two of packing, I overheard the driver ask the apparent boss, “Should we tell him about the dresser?” The boss simply shook his head no and then looked over his shoulder to see if I heard. This crew was terrible. The boxes were not clearly marked; they destroyed my walls and floors and forgot to pack many items then complained about having to pack them. They picked up my goods on July 17th with a “contract” delivery date of August 1st. Shipment wasn’t delivered until August 17th. I can understand a company being 3-4 days late, it happens, but over half a month late is ridiculous and unprofessional. Getting shipment updates from this company is also a joke. The only time I was updated on when my delivery “should” arrive is when I called them. The delivery crew was also a joke. They complained about unpacking the boxes (it’s in the contract) and tried to deliver many items that didn’t even belong to me (I feel sorry for whomever they do belong to). They also had a 15 year old kid working with them. While this young man was very polite, he was constantly dropping my boxes and I even caught him throwing one into my daughter’s bedroom which contained a lamp. Total I have eight damaged pieces of furniture. Four of those are completely destroyed. I’m rating Stevens two stars for now. I have a feeling after all the property damage paper work is done, I’ll be dropping the rating down to one star. P.S. Don’t fall for the “We have A+ rating from BBB” statement. The Better Business Bureau is a joke now. Their ratings are skewed by the time the company has been opened and complaints not being followed up causing them to be closed without resolve. Stevens has had 19 official complaints with the BBB in the past 12 months and 44 in the last three years.

The Stevens crew was very wonderful. Lori Martin our consultant was great checking with us to make sure everything was going smoothly, she made us feel comfortable and at ease. We never met her but felt more like she was a friend than a hired employee. Dave our driver was FANTASTIC! He and his crew were very friendly, careful and professional. Super great job! Everything arrived safely and was placed where we wanted. Can't say enough good things about the Stevens folks. I would have given 5 stars to Stevens - the reason for the 4 stars the car transport company which was included in the estimate. We had two cars shipped - that didn't go so well. Nationwide Transport. They had an accident with one car and had no help getting the other car (which they knew did not run) off the carrier. While the people were nice who I dealt with, the process was poorly executed. I do want to say thanks to Matt King for being honest about the accident and having the car fixed. He was very professional and wanted to make sure we were fully satisfied with the repairs. Needless to say the overall experience with the car move made us feel bad about the move. We would not recommend them to move anything - including a box of rocks.

While the app is totally useless, far from real time tracking capabilities. They do need true tech support for their app, as even you need to continually sign-in with 7 digit registration number and name. ugh Had to use my own tracker. However, their customer care email is excellent and they do respond quickly with ACCURATE INFO via email and when neccessary no phone wait. Although their paper work is cumbersome and codes incomprehensible without full analysis, most important their packing and delivery crew amazing, great attitudes and while we did have an issue it was resolved within 36 hours. Certainly do recommend.

My sister reached out, and immediately had someone come out, bid the job and see what she might need. The move went great and the cost was almost exact to the bid! Worst experience ever. We moved from NY to Tennessee with them. Our home took up a full tractor trailer and had over 350 packed boxes. when the trailer opened it's doors in TN, we were shocked and what we saw as it looked like a bunch of college kids packed it moving stuff from dorm to dorm. Items shoved in wherever... stacks of various sized boxes (some on their sides). As items were taken off the truck, other items were falling periodically, some even falling off the truck. It was shoddy work, at best. The crew that moved us in, could not follow simple instructions and it took us months to find items (even after carefully packing & labeling everything as well as itemizing lists) many items were broken, some parts to equipment are missing... and the worst part was the amount of time it took us to recover from it all. This is the worst moving company we have ever used.

We moved from Alabama to Kansas and decided to use Stevens Worldwide Van Lines to make the move. They were the best choice for us; not the most expensive, but not the cheapest. The representatives from the local company really were great and helpful through the entire process. However, our delivery day had to be unexpectedly postponed due to another job they had en route to our new home. And, many of our furniture items were scratched, banged up, bashed in, or missing. The sad part about it is that we didn't discover many of these issues until we were able to move furniture items around, view pieces from the top of a ladder, and/or place them in the right places in our home. The movers undoubtedly had to have noticed the damage and yet did not report it to us. I was the only owner present at the time of delivery and move-in. I could not check everything thoroughly as the items were being unloaded. I unfortunately signed something that said everything was delivered properly, but it was my understanding that we had time to evaluate the condition of our furniture and contact the moving company if there were any issues or problems. Once we contacted the company and went through the entire documentation process we were informed that they were not under obligation to address any issues because I signed a statement saying everything was good. Again, that was not my understanding and the crew leader did not explain it in those terms. We did not discover that they actually walked away with one of our furniture mover dollies until later. This is really unfortunate because I enjoyed the hard working crew and even tipped them well. NO ONE reported to us that they damaged our furniture pieces in places that we could not see once they were placed against walls. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES TO ANYONE JUST FOR THIS REASON. WHERE IS THE TRUST, CHARACTER, AND RESPONSIBILITY!

I've moved at least 20 times in my life so far. ..but who's counting? Using Stevens Worldwide Van Lines, Watford, was by far the best experience ever! I've never had a company that individually wrapped every piece of furniture with blankets, customized boxes for sensitive electronics, and Giant rubber bands to keep it all in place! They even delivered my 7-foot grand, that's a hundred and fifty years old without a hitch. It went perfect. The driver, the staff, the company, the representative who came out to talk to me about moving, and the owner of the company even popped in... it was just the best experience. Every single item that was loaded onto the 53-foot moving fan was numbered and inventoried. What better confidence can you have that everything you have packed will arrive? They were PUNCTUAL... EVEN ACROSS STATE LINES!!! They arrived exactly when they said they would - even 45 minutes early on delivery day! Would I ever use them again? Absolutely! Because I'm sure at some point in my life there will be another move. All of my friends and family write my address down in pencil, because it doesn't usually last too long. What can I say? I am so disappointed in the way my claim was handled. I put a reasonable claim in, and they rejected it, stating that I did not meet the proper deadline, which was wrong. I put it in with aprrox a month to spare, per my contract. I even confirmed this with my sales person. He agreed with me and suggested that I argue the decision. Therefore I put in for a re-consideration. I called monthly to check on the status, and all I got was "it takes over a month to review". Then I just got a letter stating they stand by their decision, and I can go to arbitration. I received no calls for further clarification, no adjusters ever came by my home to assess the damage, and the small check they sent me ($174) was to expire one week after receipt of their letter! Don't let their pitch of "we have the least insurance claims in the industry, which allows us to have lower prices then our competitors" fool you. Of course they do! They just out right REFUSE to stand by the damage they do to your furniture, electronics and appliances. If they actually moved their clients stuff correctly (wrap electronics, empty drawers, refrain from taping wood drawers, and placing heavy objects on top of dryers and computers) perhaps they would not hurt peoples belongings.

I used Stevens moving to move my elderly parents from their very rural home, across state lines, into my home. The folks in the offices were quick to respond and kept us informed every step of the way, even with our evolving needs. We had to deal with an unexpectedly quick move from a tiny rural dirt road and the driver, Phelix, and his crew were completely unfazed by the complications. They were prompt, friendly and professional throughout. Even though we hadn’t expected them to need to pack, they ended up packing loads of my parents delicate items like stemware and antiques with smiles on their faces. When the truck arrived at my home in another state , they were on time, and just as patient as they hauled furniture up two flights of stairs and around existing furniture. The price was extremely competitive, and even with the additional expense of extra packing, came in $1000 less than the closest competitor’s bid. I highly recommend Stevens.

Unfortunately it started with the packers who did not mark boxes correctly and then threw stuff inthe boxes. Then the van driver who checked off every box on his list when some were clearly not accounted for and then asked me to sign at the end of a VERY long day. THe van driver was supposed to put everything back together that was taken apart but when he could not find nuts or bolts 'oh well" was his response. Then we found things missing odd things like a food saver and a french fryer. Called Stevens more than 30 days ago and they're still investigating... They say it may take another 4 weeks yet to settle my claim. I asked what that meant and was informed claims are settled as they are received and there is a long back log???? How many things do they lose a year that there is a backlog of claims. Even then my claim may not be approved. I have moved professinally many times in my career I have NEVER lost anything in a move before and the one time furniture was damaged it was repaired within 2 weeks. WORST SERVICE IMAGINABLE

I used Stevens as part of my job relocation. The price quote was right in the middle. I will say that I've used several companies now, and haven't noticed a big difference. Stevens used a video conference app to do the initial assessment which turned out to be way above what my actual weight was. The driver did turn out within the given time frame, but was a day late for both the pickup and drop off from what he originally quoted (truck issues). The other movers were all day laborers, so don't expect the scene from the website pictures. Actually, don't even expect a Stevens van; I only saw a UHaul truck for both my pickup and drop off. Beyond all of this, I got everything back in pretty good shape, which is never a guarantee.

I have nothing but good things to say about Stevens Moving Company, from Priscilla, who came out to my home to give me an estimate, to the driver/mover Daniel, who pack/loaded/drove 850 miles, and delivered my personal belongings safe and sound. I have heard horror stories about moving companies that low ball you with an estimate, just to get your business, and then charge you a higher rate after they have your belongings, but that was not the case here. In fact my estimate was over $7000, and in the end the total cost to me was less than that. This was because Priscilla and Stevens would rather be honest with you about the costs, and might even high ball it a little so there are no surprises, when other less reputable companies will low ball you just to get your business. But then these less reputable companies will charge you much more and hold your belongings unless you pay. Not Stevens, they are an upfront, no punches pulled, old school, honest moving company, and in todays day and age that is extremely refreshing. Most people write comments on these sites when they have a bad experience, but I believe in rewarding a person or business when they do a good job, and Stevens along with its workers did an excellent job. This is the third move in my life where I needed a moving company and they were by far the best. I highly recommend Stevens Moving Company to anyone who is looking for a fair, honest, and professional move.

Stevens made for a wonderful hassle free move! From the first phone call to the Stevens headquarters they were terrific and really seemed dedicated to making my move as smooth as possible. The local agent (Braun) in Connecticut sent an estimator who was very detailed and just didn't "blow through the house" as another did. Leading up to the day of the move Steven provided emails with packing tips and reminders, and then on packing day and loading day they were in touch to make sure everything was going smoothly. The one small thing that could be improved is the part of the app which says "Track your shipment", but that is a minor detail. The day the van arrived (on time!) the unloading was done efficiently (we had almost 500 pieces) and with care and concern . The fact that they move a lot of clergy shine through in their professionalism and the free insurance is also a big plus. I would recommend Stevens to everyone! (BTW - Our contact person, Lisa Soule was personable and show a real interest in us personally. - KUDOS!)

Our driver Rich and the hired labor that he used at both ends truly treated our belongings as if they were their own. The delivery time frame was excellent considering that we had a small load. The cost ended up being less than what we were originally quoted. The only negative comment I have is that our belongings were put on a semi-trailer that could not navigate the gates and narrow streets of the destination apartment complex. My advice is to walk the ground on both ends if possible and talk to your driver. I found a place for Rich to part the semi and drove the route in with him. We determined that he would have to rent a U-Haul and transfer our items to it. This all worked out well. As I said before, our belongings were carefully handled and we found no damage.

This was the best move I’ve ever experienced! We sold our summer home in Carmel, NY, and moved most of the contents to South Florida. Some of it came to our home in Boca Raton, and the rest of it went to our son’s apartment nearby. Our estimate was reasonable, and actually 50% less than another quote we obtained. Once we contracted with Braun/Stevens, move coordinator Robin was in contact with me every step of the way. On moving day, the crew showed up on time, however, it started snowing and because our driveway is extremely steep, they had to reschedule for the following day. Again, the crew was on time, and did a fantastic job. They took special care not to scratch any of the wood flooring or walls. After they left, I realized we had forgotten a 250 lb. car jack in the garage. They came back to pick it up before heading to Florida. While in transit, Robin was in touch regarding delivery date and time. The tractor trailer showed up exactly when expected (a little early, actually) and the Florida crew did a great job unloading and setting up the furniture. When they were done here, they drove to my son’s apartment and delivered and set up the remaining furniture there. Everything was in the same condition as it was in when it left N.Y. Robin called to check on how things went to ensure a great customer experience. A few days later I realized that I couldn’t find an ottoman that should have been part of my delivery. I called Robin who said she’d call the driver and see if they could locate it. Sure enough, it was still on the truck. Fortunately this same truck is making a pick up 2 miles from my home tomorrow morning, and I’ll get my ottoman then. I can’t say enough about the coordination of this move, and the professionalism I encountered. You may have heard horror stories about certain movers. This is the exact opposite of that. I would use Braun/Stevens again in a heartbeat.

The only thing we requested is to deliver the furniture on an exact day instead of an estimate period. They agreed and made it. It's very easy to communicate the consultant. The team lead (Lisa Soule), assigned to me, was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the entire moving process. She communicated extremely well and worked very efficiently to ensure things were as easy and stress free as possible. The moving guys that were chosen by Stevens Worldwide Van Lines for (packing/loading/transporting/unloading), put a lot of work into wrapping things up to protect them. They did a terrific job through the whole process. These guys had an all out amazing positive attitude. I really appreciated that they took there time and showed a lot of care while packing my household goods, along with loading and unloading.

I was so worried about our move, but the Steven's Truck Driver soon put my mind at ease. He and his crew did a great job loading our "stuff" and protecting it for the long haul to Michigan. It arrived on the day that he said it would . He and his crew proceeded to unload all my boxes and furniture with care. They even separated the boxes that were marked with blue tape. Scott Ginzler did a fantastic job and so did both of his crews. Ever have to move....Steven's Van lines will do a great job for you. BTW Bannister moving and Storage, located in Phoenix is the company that we used. They are affiliated with Stevens Van lines.
